Everything that could be done in here. So the intended audience for the space is mostly people who are into web three or in exploring augmented reality of various levels. Me personally, I'm just a beginner, I just heard of it and I'm just scratching the surface on augmented reality. I'm not really much of an expert. Develop people's digital lands and just navigate the web through space and we're focusing primarily on over the reality and the main social media networks. So that's what we're doing. And yeah, I know, I know quite a bit about over the reality, but I noticed that Carmen is supposed to be here too. So she's really the over expert. So I just wanted to point that out.

Ohh yeah Ohh charming has been a regular participant in the Filipinos in the metro space and we had a a collab space a few days, a few days or a week or.

Um, you just, uh, trying to connect a Filipinos in North America with Filipinos in the motherland cause uh, we're trying to, we're trying to bring Filipinos basically together from any part of the world in the different communities and maybe hopefully make a strong bond then maybe strengthen our identity, our global identity as well. I think that also.

How many people are in the Filipino diaspora?

I know I'll have to research on the actual data. They I think they have data there, but there are lots. There are lots because the joke is any part of the world. There is a Filipino.

I'm not sure if Antarctica already has a Filipino.

Why would they? They're too smart for that. Why would you go down there?

I don't know. Someone is crazy adventurous. I I'm pretty sure someone went there, but I'm not sure if someone lives there. That's a different story cause I've heard that like the most exotic countries ever, like Vanuatu or Christmas Island. I think there's at least one Filipino out there.

Well, Filipinos are known as a the number one of the top exports of the Philippines is. Filipinos have been mostly in the service industries. What about performing? I guess I could see it performing and service industries. I think those are most of the exported or the fields.

Fields of Filipinos that leave the motherland to go and work in other countries.

And Joe, here's a fun fact that you may not know, but.

Filipinos are the second largest Asian American group, next to Chinese.

Um, so there's actually a lot of Filipinos in the US and then in particular in Los Angeles?

In the world. So there's actually a lot of Filipinos.

In the United States, let alone you know, some of the other hotspots in particular are Dubai.

And it doesn't. You can do that from a from either, either either the if you're network or the Polygon network depending on what you have in your wallet. So if you have magic in your wallet, you can go to your wallet, you can turn it on to the Polygon network. I'm I'm just swimming right at the surface of what you know what I remember now because I've only done this a few times guys, I really don't feel comfortable with the expert term here, okay. But if you're in your wallet and you're in the P

And then you can go look for the OR token by going to the blockchain somewhere and getting its, getting its, it's you know, it's key, whatever you call the token ID number and you type it in there or you can type in OR and see if it pops up. Sometimes it does, but you want to check and make sure that it's the right token and then you just want to swap for those tokens. And then once you have those tokens you can buy lands in, metaphors in over. The reality is that is that what you're trying to g

No one will backtrack a bit, so I'm looking at my front, the front of my wallet.

So there's the account and then I switched to the Polygon. Main net as a network.

I click on the Matic, so it's the full page that says the amount of Matic in terms of Matic and in terms of U.S. dollars.

So 1234, the 4th Icon, which has two arrows that are going back and forth. It's like a clock, like a rotation, and it says swap.

I think right now over the reality over R is creating about $0.65, so you probably need about 13 or 15 Matic to buy a land or 13 to 15 OR to buy a land. I think Matic and OB are about the same price right now, but I could be totally wrong about that. But you're going to need, you're going to need like if you want to buy a couple of land, you're going to need like say 40 or 50 O Br in there just to make sure that you've got what you need. But I mean something like that.

A very small amount compared to what I've seen other lands going for. And you've got the opportunity with over the reality to buy lands like right where you want them in a city that you know. Where you know that people go and take part in art events or they go and take part in music events. Or they go in they shop or they go and they play in the park or on the beach. And you can be a part of those that that reality for them by having the plot of land there and then placing augmented reality asse

Those things were there then they can access them through the app and see your works and how you've enhanced the environment. Where have you've chosen to do that? Now that all being said, what we're talking about theirs is a is a small investment on your part and and like Filipino said, this is not the financial advice at all. I want to point out that using over the reality doesn't have to cost anything. It can be completely free if you want to just download the app and play with it.

It's, it's it's definitely worthwhile to do that. But also you can go to the website this marketplace dot a I.

And you can you can explore all of the things that are offered there. Furthermore, there's another website called Builder dot OR dot a I and you can go in and you can actually build assets using things like Blender in Photoshop, whatever. Your skills are to make 3 dimensional assets that then have value in the OR meters. So you can you can not not only use it for free, but you can actually start to create assets that have real value.

Now, whether or not you can find a buyer for them now is something that's remains to be questioned because we have to figure out what is useful in this augmented reality world. But I just wanted to make a point that we're talking about spending money right now, but you don't really need to. So it just is, I hope that's all right that I said all that.

Yeah because again you could you could enter as an investor of land, you could also enter as a user you know exploring what people have been creating in the augmented reality space in the OR lands or you could come in like.

If you're looking at the airport, I don't know where that is, but that that mall of Asia is definitely by far with 428 hexes bought in there, the most impacted area. So the hexes in there are probably more like 20 or $40 depending on how close you are to ones have been bought. But if you're talking about the airport, I do see an airport out here on an island. Have those clients rent land from someone like yourself or myself.

In the space to create some of the the work. Now I know they have like at least one internal builder.

In there, who I met with, and he said he can do some of the work, but if we were successful, he's not going to do all of it. So they're going to have to outsource to some others to do some work.

Like other various mobile based companies or Internet based companies do a lot of testing in the Philippines first before they go to other countries.

Seen there and having land there and in specific areas, especially if.

Um, I don't know. You know, based on everything I know and everything I've heard about doing business with them, I don't know how far it will go or how quickly they will react or respond. But.

So there's another feature on marketplace. If you own a land or if somebody else owns a land that you would like to use, you can rent it. You can rent that land from them.

So you can either buy the land from them or rent the land from them.

And uh, I usually watch the duration. What are the terms of the rental cause? Do you have to have, do you have to chat with the one who owns the land or is there a drop?

Is there a menu that were specifically says that you could rent this for a you put a number of days and then it it automatically generates an amount and then it's yours automatically for those number of days? How, how, how does it go about?

So the the whole program is pretty new and I think actually mints my company is actually either the first renter of land or one of the very, very first renters of land. But we rented a spot in Paris for one of our stores. And the way it works is you go when you you go to the marketplace that over dot a I you select a land and then you go down to the rents tab and you make an offer and the lowest offer you can make is 4 O br per month.

If the if the owner of the land does not respond to you, my understanding is that it'll automatically rent it to you for the lowest amount. So we do not because over the reality doesn't want dead lands around the world and that some people are going to lose their wallets or you know, lose land somehow, not be able to access their wallets to get to the lands over over. The reality does not want to have those lands just be dead. So what they're doing is they're making them automatically rentable i

Doesn't respond now, though. The over tokens would go to that owner's wallet still. But you know, say the owners, either you know an absentee owner, he's not paying attention, or they're an owner that somehow lost the keys, you know, to their lands. Those lands are still going to be rentable.

So let's say theoretically you forgot all about this, you bought some land, you forgot all about it, and many things happened in your life. And then that apparently that land is was in a place that was popular for events, or a new mall suddenly came up and you forgot about it and maybe around 234 years past and then for some reason you suddenly remember ohh wait, I bought some VR land. Maybe because.

VR theoretically became more mainstream. And then you look, you retrieve your passwords and all that, your access to the OR you open up the your app.

You were able to get access it again your account.

And you could theoretically open it up to a lot of uh O VR tokens because people have been constantly renting it without you knowing it.

You know, four times as much theoretically. Theoretically you have to find a buyer for that, right? There's no such thing as a as something that you know your your your hex is only worth what somebody will pay for it. But over the reality, that's the minimum price.

And you know, they, they start setting the minimum price higher and higher and higher for what they're going to sell it for.

The English words that you were familiar with, they don't really make much sense together. But it's an easy way for you to remember if you know this land, you know how to get back to it. So I have a couple of lands that mince has developed. They're very easy to remember because I bought these names specifically. One is called win, got win, got win. So if you opened up the app and went to win, win, win, you will find our, our, our mince Metaverse store.

To a HEY dot HEY dot HY, you're going to find our mince open sea store where you can click on a bunch of different clickable assets and go to our open sea store to buy, you know, something from our collection if you if you like.

But what you're going to see in those two locations are buildings, functional workplaces that that people can come to, see your brand, interact with you, contact you from.

Yeah. So win, win, win. Or hey, hey, hey, those are mints locations if you want to see a really, really, I mean like the best for the best public, the best public.

On some of the lands for during Philippine blockchain week also.

So one of my goals too is since I know like, you know, there's probably a few builders like Elle, I know you're a builder.

Um, and I think Joe Pat is also a builder. And you know, you're the Minsky yourself described as a beginner. So we're just getting through this. And like, I don't build yet either, so I'm beginning to learn. So maybe you and I will learn together.

But I'm going to reach out to some of the community and mins. Obviously I would love for you to participate in this too and some of the land that.

You know myself and Joe own, and I know Kyle and out already has plans for his land.

But during Philippine blockchain week, we're just going to drop some of the experiences so people can understand it. I've got a Filipinos in the Metaverse experience and someone built for me. It's very simple, very easy, but I'll be dropping that.

And that's why I also suggest a lot of you just, you know, buy land during right around where Philippine blockchain week is going to happen.

And cause we're gonna be able to promote it, as long as I can get there physically, I'm gonna be able to get on stage and promote it. I mean things are looking good that I can get there.

But yeah, if you have land. And then as I've said, I'm also trying to bring in some others that will be able to rent land from you during Philippine blockchain week like it's already happening. I have somebody renting land from me.

Um.

And he's actually hiring uh, cyber nerd baby, who mints mentioned earlier to build something for him.

Now.

He's a friend of mine. You maybe you've seen him around with Matt Lubetech. He floats around in these spaces sometimes. He's becoming in a lot more, but he wanted to do it because he's very interested. He's very curious about over and just augmented reality in general. But we wanted to kind of create a system.

That hopefully can be repeatable for everybody and then also get like boiled down to stats and see how many visits we get during Philippine blockchain week and just like go through the entire process so we have something we'll probably even come up with some.

You know, some light agreements, slash contracts that people can utilise and look at and modify on their own for their own needs, but we're trying to create a system so we can come into this.

Business oriented also, and not just for the arts. Not saying that there's not anything wrong with that, I actually.

You know, I'm I consider myself a creative with a business mind. I was a creative 1st way before I was a businessman and so I just taught myself business so I could.

Make this. But Matt is more of a business who's interested in creatives and so, you know, he's much more of a businessman than I am and we're just taking it to the next.

One of my key skill sets is I'm a high end networker. I can if you give me enough time, I can get to just about anybody in the entire world.

I am one person away from the President of the Philippines. I I can, I can make my way and that's what I do. I'm just not like I said earlier, I'm just not always the greatest business man. So I can bring in the people. But if some of you want to step up and.

Help close those deals and just get things moving then.

Hey, there's maybe a lot of possibilities to.

To build together, make some money together, and more importantly, have fun together. Because if we're not having fun while we're doing this, why the fuck are we doing it in the first place?

We're going we're doing a land grab together in the Philippines.

You mean you can obviously buy wherever you want and but.

For Philippine Blockchain week, which happens November 28th through December 4th, we are doing a takeover of Filipino blockchain week which is happening at the Marriott near the Manila Airport or the Nanoi International Airport.

It's all happening inside of the Marriott, inside the Grand Ballroom, and I and I think actually another coinciding hotel.

But they are officially recognising us and will help to promote us. And as long as I can physically get there, they're giving me some time on stage to promote it. And then also I'm able to share a booth with the CEO of Philippine Blockchain Week, share her booth to promote it. So there's a lot of possibilities here. We're also, I'm in talks, nothing's 100% stable yet, but it's looking really good of bringing in an advertising company.

From the Philippines called GIGGLE and they you know their clients are like Netflix Philippines and Jollybee and Unilever and.

One of other big companies and they've won awards. They're they've only been around about five years, but from what I understand, the founders are all from like.

Um, much larger.

Are the previous advertising companies in the Philippines and so they're you know they're they're they've definitely made a lot of headway and and there might be coming into the space to 1 they're probably going to buy their own land but two they might rent land from you.

And depending on where you own in the Philippines, I think they're gonna focus Filipino on the Philippines 1st and then go global. And then we're also at the beginning stages of talking about creating a Dow specifically focused on NFT. It's like the Filipino nft culture and web three culture. But that does not mean that if you're not Filipino, you can't participate. Of course you can.

Obviously not going to kick anybody out and for those that are involved in over an augmented reality in general, I I think it would be a good space for you.

But yeah, we're organising this.

Um 4.

You know, Phil, during, I should say, Filipino blockchain week. And then we'd like to repeat it. It's it's an idea I've had for quite some time. I think Elle and Melissa were probably there when I first mentioned it, like a year ago.

Doing a land grab together and now we're finally doing it.

And then it's a repeatable process that I would like to do for other events and or other specific areas that are.

You know, they don't even have to be Filipino focused really, but that have maybe a lot of Filipinos like historic Filipino town in Los Angeles, which is the only like Filipino town that's officially recognized by the United States. Like it's actually a government I don't know the the right terms for, but it's a it's a town where there's like a little Manila.

And where is it? Well, actually I think there's two little Manolas, but they're not like officially recognised. It's not a official like town, it's just called Little Manila because there's a lot of people there. And there's also the Soma Arts district in San Francisco, which I know meant, I don't know if you're familiar with but you're up in that area. But there's a somewhat arch district which is.

Is something actually we should think about buying as Filipinos because there's a lot of.

It's a it's a Filipino.

Arts Districts, arts and Culture District in San Francisco, and they've actually petitioned to be officially recognized, but they never were. For some reason, historic Filipino town or Hifi is the only spot.

Currently at least, unless things have changed in the last couple of years, I haven't kept up so.

Yeah, I think there's a lot of possibilities for this. And so let's just, let's on board, let's get ready, let's all work together as a community, whether you're a Filipino or not, it does not matter.

It's just let's hang out, get to know each other, and have fun.
