    Howdy fwas.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:00:50 PM

    How you doing, Dave?

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:00:51 PM

    Freaking awesome.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:01:00 PM

Likewise. Likewise, I was watching the Argentina Croatia semifinal for the World Cup today.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:01:04 PM

And is it still on or is it over? What happened?

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:01:09 PM

It's, uh, it's at halftime right now. So we got like, what, 15 minutes until it starts back up?

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:01:11 PM

    And what's the?

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:01:14 PM

    Well.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:01:18 PM

UH-2 nil. Argentina. Obviously Messi is not going to let his team. Now let let his team down.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:01:23 PM

So he's he's going to go out as the undisputed goat.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:01:33 PM

That's I mean that's facts and and now water snake plant or not make snake plant this is a what is this?

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:01:39 PM

A pothos. It's just like a really big one, so I have to just water this.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:01:41 PM

    But how you doing, kid?

    fwazsol
  • kidonthephoenix12:01:45 PM

    Hello.

    kidonthephoenix
  • fwazsol12:01:46 PM

    What's good?

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:01:47 PM

    All right.

    hellbendersmc
  • kidonthephoenix12:01:54 PM

A much needed break from uploading files to form function right now.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:01:55 PM

    Ohh.

    kidonthephoenix
  • hellbendersmc12:01:58 PM

    Well, 20, I mean, that's impressive.

    hellbendersmc
  • kidonthephoenix12:02:09 PM

Yeah, there's a lot of pieces of art here. A lot of artists send some stuff, so I didn't realize that so many would when I embarked upon this journey.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:02:20 PM

Because I just didn't think that many would. But I mean, it's a good thing. It's a pain in the butt, but it's a good thing, you know? It's a good problem to have.

    kidonthephoenix
  • hellbendersmc12:02:23 PM

And what time is this happening tomorrow?

    hellbendersmc
  • kidonthephoenix12:02:36 PM

It's 8:00 o'clock your time so 7 central, 88 Eastern and it'll be about the the space will be about 2 hours. I'm going to be running the auctions all day but.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:02:44 PM

They'll be, so the auctions will be concluding as the space wraps up, so.

    kidonthephoenix
  • hellbendersmc12:02:47 PM

Ohh got it. So the auctions will go live like in the morning or?

    hellbendersmc
  • kidonthephoenix12:03:02 PM

Yeah, I gotta look because I think form function limits you on the durations, but I'm gonna try to have everything done to where I I know you can do a 12 hour duration, so I'm going to try to do.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:03:07 PM

    9 to 9 basically.

    kidonthephoenix
  • hellbendersmc12:03:07 PM

    Nice.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:03:13 PM

    OK. I see what you're saying. That's a that's a pretty good. Yeah, I like that model.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:03:19 PM

Sorry, I'm like also if you guys hear rustling, I'm putting plant mix in my plant pots.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:03:24 PM

I'm. I'm super hyped for that. Actually, I'm not gonna lie.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:03:33 PM

Because, uh, sentient actually came into the chicken tribe discord and started giving me more details about it as soon as there was, you know.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:03:43 PM

As soon as that space happened, and I mean yesterday, space was absolutely, you know, incredible. And just retweet this one for this one for today. I believe I already did.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:03:48 PM

Yeah, let's see if we can get some folks in tomorrow.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:04:00 PM

We do wanna, I mean I think we should really focus all of our efforts on on getting people to the auction and to bid. So you know, I think what we're going to do is.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:04:04 PM

As Hellbenders place some bids across the day.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:04:14 PM

And then Thursday is going to be thug birds. Thursday I'm talking to those guys. I'm going to donate.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:04:20 PM

    Right on.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:04:28 PM

A thug bird to the hellbenders vault and yeah and so we'll try and get. I also got a couple of the the thug Nuggets and.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:04:29 PM

Ohh yeah, they released those. Yeah that's right.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:04:33 PM

Yeah, so I grabbed a couple thug Nuggets.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:04:39 PM

We'll donate those, but that'll be Thursday and then.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:04:48 PM

Well, you know what, do you guys want some chicken tribe NFTS for the Dow or not for the Dow? Sorry, pardon me, but for the hellbenders?

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:04:52 PM

Yeah, yeah. And you could say for the down, how boundaries is the Dow, so.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:04:59 PM

    Yes.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:04:59 PM

Yeah, it is a Dow. So like I I mean I don't wanna call it like a you know it's you wanna call it by the the the brand name right but.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:05:10 PM

It's one of those things like I just yeah, I have a bunch of chicken tribe and FT is like I can I can talk to Art Dao and be like hey guys like do you wanna you know like do this.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:05:11 PM

    And I'm sure they'll.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:05:26 PM

Well, why don't we pick a day? Yeah, talk to him and you know, we don't have anything in particular for Friday or, you know, could pick a day next week, but it would be cool to actually do something where, you know, where we're hyping their project and.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:05:31 PM

You know they come in and you know we we start collabing.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:05:35 PM

    Yeah.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:05:36 PM

100%. That would be huge. And there it is, Vlad. What's good? My guy.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:05:43 PM

All right, Vlad's here, and one of the stars of the moment.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:05:48 PM

Dwip Joe. Is that how you pronounce it? You know I'd love.

    hellbendersmc
  • kidonthephoenix12:06:04 PM

Yeah, that's my buddy dritto there. He's uh, he's part of the Soul City radio team. I know he mods the discord and does a really good job with that, but he's also A11 artist. Yeah, he was. He collaborated on the on the addition that we scooped up yesterday.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:06:09 PM

The Neverland and it was, yeah, dropped to and Neverland. So yeah.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:06:11 PM

    Stoked.

    kidonthephoenix
  • hellbendersmc12:06:13 PM

    Well, awesome.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:06:17 PM

Dude, directo I I see that you like birds which were already best friends.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:06:20 PM

    So.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:06:23 PM

Oh man, Vlad left. I was hoping to.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:06:24 PM

    Oh, wait, no, he's back.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:06:26 PM

    There is.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:06:29 PM

These bastards. OK, there he is. So I.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:06:46 PM

I'd like since duetto, you're you're new here, um, Vlad knows a little bit about this, but let me give you guys an update. Just kind of set the room and it's a little early, but first I'd like to ask you guys to oh man, I guess I should probably.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:06:51 PM

Pin the tweet. Uh, if we're going to ask people to retweet it.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:06:58 PM

    Where is it? Yeah.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:07:00 PM

Hey Dave, if I don't mind, if you don't mind me, make a recommendation real quick.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:07:01 PM

    Sure.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:07:08 PM

Let's pin the tweet at the end, because we pin a bunch of tweets, so people might get lost, you know, in the in the pen tweets.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:07:12 PM

Yeah. How do you do that?

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:07:19 PM

So just like literally at the at the end of the, you know, when we start auctioning it off, we'll just pin the tweet and then everyone will start retweeting them.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:07:24 PM

    Ohh yeah, of course.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:07:42 PM

Oh yeah. No, we'll do it both because what we want to do is first get some more people into the room. So I wanted to ask, but particularly because we're going to bring dwip to up, hopefully. I don't know if you're at work or like making love or doing drugs or something, but if you can, if you can come off mute, we'd love to, to talk to you. Umm, here's what we're doing here.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:07:52 PM

Hellbenders is launching February 3rd, 2023 this coming February 3rd.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:07:57 PM

Create a massive collection. Hellbenders or massive salamanders?

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:08:10 PM

There's a lot that's really unique about this. It's a creator cooperative, so there's a way for everybody involved to legally make money.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:08:30 PM

On lament itself, but also at the end of every year, the Dow is going to vote on how much we're going to reinvest and collecting, building other stuff, and how much we're going to distribute out to creators and collectors. So everything's 100% down from the beginning.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:08:35 PM

A lot of other cool stuff we got a grant to.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:08:53 PM

Open source and optimize our mobile app for the saga phone. So we've taken that off the App Store in Google Play. We're reworking it. It's going to be native to the saga, but then we're also going to push a new version out that has live audio video.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:08:56 PM

    Printing. Trading.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:09:01 PM

All kinds of cool stuff, all in app um.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:09:09 PM

And that's kind of the story. So we're having these daily and right now we're really building out.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:09:34 PM

Building our vault, but also building out the community for people who are who are going to get more involved. So if you guys don't mind, I'd love it. That tweet I pinned if Dwip Joe and glad you guys could also retweet that and see if we can get some more people in here. Umm, it's going to build real slow. And then sometime next week we're launching.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:09:43 PM

Our launchpad, which is very different from what anyone else has ever done instead of.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:09:47 PM

    Thank you guys instead of.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:10:05 PM

A white list. You're actually going to mint a fake ID, and it's your hellbenders fake ID. So it's going to get you into the clubhouse, it's going to get you into the discord. It's gonna get you into a bunch of things. It's going to get you into the app. But.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:10:08 PM

    More importantly.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:10:14 PM

All right, one of our guests of honor is here. Awesome.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:10:23 PM

But this fake ID is going to be it's going to allow you to mint the final collection, but it's also going to.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:10:28 PM

Be away, we're going to just distribute royalties.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:10:35 PM

When other people met. So when you invite other people to join.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:10:52 PM

They could only meant from someone who has a fake ID and so it's a whole new way to get these things launched so that that should be live next week and at the bottom of the hour.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:11:16 PM

Today MD is going to be joining us on stage and he's gonna be talking about the piece that we collected of his Umm, I'm going to put his his piece most recent piece up here and dripped to if you can join us, that would be awesome as well. If you're not, if you're not doing anything too private.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:11:18 PM

    So.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:11:31 PM

Kid and flaws. My cohosts. I've actually been really thinking, so I sat in on Soul City radio this morning. All right, we got whipped up here. OK, so let me.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:11:38 PM

Share the piece we collected, but I'd really like it if you if there are any.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:11:43 PM

Particular works you'd like to talk about or share.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:11:48 PM

If you could also post those up here, but can we start by just asking you to?

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:11:55 PM

To come off Mike and or come off mute and tell us a little bit about your work.

    hellbendersmc
  • dwypto12:12:02 PM

Yo, GMGM, how's everybody doing? It's great to meet you guys. Kid, what's up? I know, kid.

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:12:11 PM

Yeah, no. I am a photographer, primarily photojournalist. Done it for going on 15 years.

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:12:15 PM

Got everything from cupcakes to riots?

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:12:25 PM

Yeah, and I got into a sauna at the beginning of the year, I guess, and then I joined the Soul City radio team.

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:12:35 PM

To, you know, help build up the society radio community, recently taking a step back from that to concentrate on my art a little bit more.

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:12:40 PM

But yeah, I mean, I just, uh, just a working photographer. So that live.

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:12:43 PM

    Eat, sleep, breathe photography.

    dwypto
  • hellbendersmc12:12:47 PM

Well, I'm finding some just amazing stuff on your.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:13:10 PM

On your Twitter. So I'm just popping some of those up there and I want to make let you know. So I come from a photojournalism family. My my mom was a professional photographer. She actually was editor of Washingtonian magazine for pretty much the whole 80s. So I got to assist for her and like.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:13:15 PM

Be in the photo shoots of Joe Theismann and uh.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:13:18 PM

You know, pretty much everyone actually have all the.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:13:24 PM

A lot of the big senators at the time I have their autographs Moe Udall.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:13:30 PM

Birch by you know, people probably know what remembers anymore, but they're important in the 80s.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:13:33 PM

You might you might be aging yourself there, Dave.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:13:35 PM

Yeah, yeah, I know. I know.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:13:41 PM

    100%.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:13:40 PM

But they were important people at the time and it's OK.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:13:45 PM

But I respect. And she also did you know she also did a lot of.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:13:50 PM

Photo art she died, you know, six or seven years ago.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:13:58 PM

But I definitely have a huge appreciation my my sister's a professional photographer and my brother-in-law.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:14:16 PM

So tell us a little bit about the intersection. Well, first of all, I like origin stories, so please tell us how you first got into photography. When when did you pick up a camera and say, this is going to be the rest of my life?

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:14:17 PM

I will follow-ups too by the way. Just saying.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:14:18 PM

    What's that?

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:14:22 PM

    Yeah, jump in. But.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:14:23 PM

I have a lot of follow up questions, but you're you're photojournalist like.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:14:24 PM

Let me get this one first.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:14:25 PM

    Yeah, for sure.

    fwazsol
  • dwypto12:14:55 PM

Yeah, so I I wish I had some great, like origin story like that. You know, I did it all my life or, you know, like my grandpa gave me. It was none of that. It was literally, I've had always been a bit of a shutterbug. Umm, but I was actually a high school dropout, grew up, you know, extremely impoverished to, you know, a single mother moved around a lot and all that fun stuff. So there was no real infrastructure for art or creativity. It just, it just didn't happen.

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:15:25 PM

You know, outside of like a class at school. So I my first job that I really fell in love with was construction because I guess that was kind of my creative outlet because, you know, it was like one of those like sense of purpose things. You show up to a pile of wood and when you're done, it's somebody's house. And you could always think like wow, some family is going to grow up there. And that's my contribution to society is I'm, I'm giving people the roofs over their heads, you know? And. And

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:15:31 PM

Right. And then I hadn't had a bit of an accident while I was working in a Salt Lake City.

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:16:04 PM

Working up in the mountains and and I fell down a 32 foot extension ladder and my arm got tangled up in the rungs and it destroyed my right elbow and they're like, Yep, you can't do that anymore. You can't swing a hammer. You can't shoot a nail gun. You have to find something else. So I I was a you know, I'd always kind of like taking pictures here and there when I could. But I was in the I went to community. Well first I went and got my GED and then I went to Community College and Umm, you know

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:16:34 PM

Because I've never really thought about anything outside of just being a Carpenter. And I I needed something to kind of break up the monotony of the like algebra and the Spanish and you know all the regular like core classes that you have to take. And I was like oh shit, they got a photography course. I would love to do that. So I took one and I was just like immediately, just like I'd never had a professional camera, you know before nothing. Nothing like that. And and like the first course you

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:17:05 PM

This old film camera completely manual. Like there's no there's no light meter no nothing on it. So you have to learn all these basic things about light and exposure and all that shit and and I just absolutely loved it. Ended up taking every class they had there and I I actually they hired me to be their lab technician and a teaching assistant. So I took care of like all the dark room all the studio stuff. And I did some like a free workshop for you know my my classmates to like because I was re

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:17:35 PM

Would be like, oh, I want to go shoot star trails or I want to go shoot learn how to shoot lightning. Ohh, I want to learn how to shoot this, you know, and that. And so like I always had this like learn and share policy. So I would, I would learn how to do something that I thought was amazing and then I would immediately teach as many people as I could about it. So that, you know, because like, I kind of early on I saw this tendency for photographers to like find this one thing and then like it

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:17:45 PM

And it would be like whatever the genre you want it to be, but and it kind of like I didn't want to be that guy so I always made sure that.

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:18:00 PM

I had to keep moving forward instead of getting comfortable because I found one technique that everybody would not over. So I did that forever. And then I just. That led to a photojournalism class and a.

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:18:06 PM

Internship and then I went on to Indiana University. The.

    dwypto
  • fwazsol12:18:08 PM

    Hey, represent what you.

    fwazsol
  • dwypto12:18:08 PM

    Yeah.

    dwypto
  • fwazsol12:18:10 PM

    Dude go Hoosiers.

    fwazsol
  • dwypto12:18:41 PM

For real? Yeah, I know. Yeah. Was it the Ernie Pyle School of Journalism? So I went there and studied journalism and I kind of ended up having to have back surgery, which kind of destroyed that, that that flow and never finished my degree, my bachelor's degree. But so that kind of that kind of helped me back from working in newsrooms, like hired by papers. So I've just always been a freelancer going out and and finding work where I can and and and, you know.

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:18:51 PM

Watching myself. And so I've always kind of been a little bit entrepreneurial, you know, in that sense. But, but yeah, that's pretty much my, my origin story.

    dwypto
  • hellbendersmc12:18:54 PM

OK. First, before you jump in, I just have to say.

    hellbendersmc

That was the most incredible non origin story origin story ever heard. I mean starting with I don't really have an origin story.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:19:17 PM

Something one like better than pretty much any origin story I've ever heard, except for the kids who someday is going to recite it for everybody here. But no, that's.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:19:23 PM

It's incredibly inspiring and just shows that there's this.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:19:28 PM

I I don't know if who exactly made it up. Maybe I did, I don't know. But.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:19:41 PM

Every experience, no matter how unwanted, is guiding you toward the most powerful version of your life. So that experience of, you know, fucking up your arm.

    hellbendersmc
  • dwypto12:19:59 PM

    Yeah.

    dwypto
  • hellbendersmc12:20:01 PM

Is like that moment where your true superpowers like infused your being. You have to find this other way. And I mean, your photography is incredible. So, and that was a great story. So thanks for sharing that flaws. Yeah, go ahead.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:20:31 PM

Yeah, I mean honestly, again like Dave mentioned just now, I just wanted to repeat what Dave mentioned. Just you really the the most nontraditional introduction, which was the best introduction ever because you answered most of my questions. I was going to ask you like how you got into photography because I shoot 35 millimeter and 120 millimeter right now. I've never actually like sold like I've sold three actual, you know, NFT's of mine.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:20:35 PM

But I'm curious how you approach, like you know, the marketing aspect of your photos.

    fwazsol
  • dwypto12:21:06 PM

I am. I am probably not the best guy to ask about that because I'm very much like an all in kind of guy and I will just, I will just get the inspiration to be like I need to, I'm going to drop this collection. This is amazing photos. I can make a collection out of this, let's do it and then I kind of like maybe a day or two of marketing and then I kind of just drop it. I think my first collection which was the we are Giants, which was a macro collection that I made.

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:21:37 PM

I did that the night before because it took me, I think 7, seven months from the time I entered the space, the time I dropped my first collection and everybody was bugging the shit out of me, like, when are you going to drop some? When you drop something. And so finally, I think it was Jane, if you guys know her, she she S Jane. And and Neverland were on my ass that day. And they were like, you're supposed to be dropping something soon. And I was like, alright? And so they helped me curate that

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:22:01 PM

Or grind and all eight pieces sold out within like an hour and a half two hours, something like that. So and since then I've. I've tried the the the, the standard approach of like ohh market it for three days do auction every Monday or you know something, you know try to try to be very structured but it's still just.

    dwypto
  • fwazsol12:22:12 PM

    Man.

    fwazsol
  • dwypto12:22:15 PM

I don't know. I'm. I'm not particularly good at that. I'm, I'm much better at just being like, I want to get this out and I'm going to do it and I'm going to drop it tomorrow, you know? And sometimes it works sometimes, sometimes it doesn't.

    dwypto
  • fwazsol12:22:33 PM

I'm looking at your work right now on exchange art and like some some of your like just I'm on your created page like I'm I'm looking at Skipper like the moth, the Hornet like all the attention to detail in these pictures are just amazing man. Like these are like how did you get in these scenarios.

    fwazsol
  • dwypto12:22:48 PM

Well, yeah, thank you. But those are actually so, you know, as a photojournalist who gave up on doing wedding photography, which is typically the money maker for photojournalists.

    dwypto
  • fwazsol12:23:05 PM

    No way.

    fwazsol
  • dwypto12:23:12 PM

And I didn't have a big budget for, you know, macro setup and all that stuff, but I learned that you could take 250 millimeter lenses and put them face to face and tape them together and you would get this really high magnification macro lens. And yeah, yeah. So I kind of like made my own kind of ghetto macro rig and.

    dwypto
  • fwazsol12:23:31 PM

No, that's awesome, dude. Like, that's so badass. I love it. It comes from like your construction history and everything. Like, you know, it just, it all adds up into your like, perfection of your craft, which is, you know, like obviously, like photojournalism. I mean I saw, I, I clicked your profile and I literally saw that. Like I think it's a hawk or a Falcon, I believe.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:23:32 PM

    Yeah.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:23:56 PM

    Yep.

    fwazsol
  • dwypto12:24:01 PM

Yeah, yeah, that's another falconry. So that was a story I did for a local newspaper a long time ago. I, you know, when I was just starting out, I always, I've always been fascinated with birds of prey. And then I found out that there was a Falconer in town, I think. I don't remember if I, like, saw him on the side of the road, like, because because when these guys hunt with these birds, they just kind of go out into, you know, a public field and, like, hunt up rabbits and shit. And I was like,

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:24:31 PM

I called up the, the editor at the newspaper. I was like, I got this amazing story. There's this guy hunting with the fucking hawk over here, man. And so, so I actually followed them around for, I don't know, probably six months trying to get get all this stuff. And I made a video about it. I wrote, I wrote the story for it, you know? Yeah, I ended up learning so much about it was it was insane. And it just like blew my mind that falconry is still a thing because you kind of think of that as, li

    dwypto
  • fwazsol12:24:43 PM

    Yep.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:24:54 PM

    Exactly.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:24:54 PM

    Yeah.

    fwazsol
  • dwypto12:25:02 PM

You know medieval times kind of sport but it actually still is still happens today and it's all it's actually a large conservation kind of thing because when they take these birds out of the wild it's they can only keep them for like the first year or two and those are that's the actually is the first year that most of those birds will die. So yeah so they basically take them raise them up until they're healthy and then and then let them go to you know and they have a way higher chance of of sur

    dwypto
  • dwypto12:25:04 PM

And and live in a a full life.

    dwypto
  • fwazsol12:25:18 PM

Well, dude, I love your PFP #1 and then I love your I love your background so and I love your art. So, I mean, I don't know I I maybe for the hellbenders click I I don't know I'm gonna let I'm gonna let Hellbenders decide.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:25:21 PM

We're definitely going to collect a lot of dwip dough. I mean, I'm not.

    hellbendersmc
  • dwypto12:25:23 PM

    Let's go.

    dwypto
  • fwazsol12:25:23 PM

    OK, that's good to know.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:25:26 PM

You totally fit, you know, that's the thing, like.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:25:31 PM

We there is a different vibe of hellbenders. I mean, we're like.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:26:02 PM

Hell's Angels, in that we are outsiders. We all have very nontraditional trajectories for being here. Quite a few of us have had underworld ties at various times of our careers. And, you know, everything you've shared with us just fits in perfectly. We have a couple other people who've just joined. So I'm just going to reset the room. Would really like to share what we're up to.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:26:02 PM

    With.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:26:10 PM

Tattoo fingers in particular, someone I've been following for a while and and happy you're here. So we're launching this collection.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:26:14 PM

    Hellbenders on February 3rd.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:26:46 PM

2023, So this coming February and it's real different from what anyone else has done because it's a creator cooperative Dow from the ground up. So everything's owned by the Dow, but also at the end of every year every down member is going to vote on what we reinvest in collections and technology versus what we distribute.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:27:01 PM

Out as profit sharing to collectors and creators. So we're really. And then there's a lot of other stuff that's new. We're going to have an app, the mobile app, optimized for the saga but available for iOS.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:27:03 PM

    And.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:27:33 PM

And Android, that has all the features that you'd want in in discord and and Twitter, but all based on what's in your wallet. And to start, you're going to have to have a hellbender to even be in the app. We also have a lot of other cool stuff. We have our own protocols, social, crypto, syndication, but basically we're not, we're not talking about most of that yet because what we're really doing right now.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:27:41 PM

It's just building out the community and we figure by really focusing on cutting edge art.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:28:03 PM

The cutting edge of culture will get the right core members in so that this just really grows organically. So that's where, that's where we started with a phone call to the kid saying, hey, you know, you're back, let's just, let's just do this, let's, let's create something legendary.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:28:09 PM

That's where we are. I did. Hopefully he can come up now.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:28:17 PM

MD, who's one of the people, um, we've collected recently.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:28:43 PM

He said he'd be available from 3:30 to 4:00 because he's been at work and he's got a, you know, has sort of fit us in. So here he is now and I'd like, I'd like MD to talk a little bit about there's a piece at the top. Feel free to share more pieces, but I'd like to start the way we start with everybody, which is your origin story as a super powerful artist.

    hellbendersmc
  • mdstevens04412:28:49 PM

    Alright, so.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:28:52 PM

Nice to be here with everybody.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:28:58 PM

But my origin story I pretty much been drawing since I could hold a pencil.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:29:00 PM

    So.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:29:05 PM

You know, 3-4 or five years old, I was drawing color and whatever.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:29:12 PM

Art classes of high school honors art classes in high schools starting my first college.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:29:16 PM

Attempt going to college for art and then.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:29:19 PM

Dropped out of college and then.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:29:25 PM

Bunch of random jobs and 10 years later here I am creating art again.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:29:35 PM

    Hmm.

    mdstevens044
  • hellbendersmc12:29:34 PM

That's awesome. And you know, and so we we met through Vanth.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:29:47 PM

And one thing that's really interesting is I I didn't know this when I started collecting one of one art, but you know, you suddenly wind up in in discords or Twitter.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:30:05 PM

Groups. The first one I bought was from Ghost and all of a sudden I was in this Twitter group with an up bunch of other collectors and and it turned out to be a really great way to meet people. But you've shared a little bit in that group that I'd love it if you shared here. You know how?

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:30:06 PM

    How?

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:30:19 PM

Just some of your some of your challenges and how hard, how art helps with things like PTSD and and some of the other diagnosis.

    hellbendersmc
  • mdstevens04412:30:23 PM

Yes, I have a long list of.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:30:42 PM

Diagnosed mental mental health problems that are cured over the years through you know childhood trauma and things of that nature. But basically use art as an outlet and they're and therapy for the most part. So if I'm getting down and out and depressed or.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:30:53 PM

You know, having a little anxiety about something, I'll draw about it, which is why I must. My heart, if not all of it, now deals with some type of emotions.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:31:00 PM

And it's always been that way. So like in high school when I was in armed honors art class.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:31:14 PM

We we would get very little help with our art because you know, we're in honors and we've been taking it for years and all that. So a lot of my good work came after say a break up with a girl or something like that, so.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:31:18 PM

You know, something dramatic happened in my life. That's when I would create my best work.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:31:27 PM

And then the older I got, the more mental health problems occurred. And so that's kind of, it's, it's my way of.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:31:34 PM

Healthy way of getting through the working through the feelings that I'm have built up.

    mdstevens044
  • hellbendersmc12:31:40 PM

Yeah, I get it. I mean, this one really resonated with me, the one I just posted up there.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:31:43 PM

    Because.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:31:46 PM

    You know it.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:31:57 PM

You describe some some extreme depression and you know and trauma in your past, but even just.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:32:09 PM

Every day, just going through those, you know, they're all, everybody has intrusive thoughts that could be from, you know, when you were five years old or they could be from a week ago.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:32:13 PM

Imposter syndrome. You know, we're trying to.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:32:24 PM

You're trying to launch something, you're trying to do something, and someone just called something just comes up and you just wanna take that fetal position. You know, it just reminded me of.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:32:31 PM

Rodans thinker at the Gates of Hell that, like, you know, just that.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:32:54 PM

Inability to act, you know, being paralyzed, you know, not not able to go away from the hell and not even willing to venture into it. So this, this piece particularly kind of resonated for me. What? What? What's your media? What's your production? How do you, how do you get to this type of.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:32:57 PM

    Result.

    hellbendersmc
  • mdstevens04412:33:01 PM

    That piece is digital.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:33:06 PM

So just, you know, create it on my iPad with my Apple Pencil and.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:33:17 PM

I actually did that with that like 3:00 o'clock in the morning, I think the other night. So, but but yeah, usually most of my work is digital.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:33:22 PM

Painting or drawing I do do some.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:33:26 PM

Physical here and there, it's just.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:33:38 PM

When you do physical and you don't sell the physical piece with the NFT because it doesn't hit a certain threshold price wise, you just get a good collection of canvases sitting around collecting dust.

    mdstevens044
  • mdstevens04412:33:57 PM

And I have enough of that with my son that, you know, wants to color on all my canvases anyway. So it's like, you know, I just put it in the pile that I have with his canvases. And so it's just like, you know, I try to hold off the 5th schools as much as possible just for saving space and everything.

    mdstevens044
  • fwazsol12:34:00 PM

You know, if I if I may.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:34:32 PM

Just like on the like that, the piece that you have on the the Jumbotron right now, I feel that very much like you know, it's I went through some rough times when you know, the FTX stuff was going on and I know that's like not related to depression and things like that, but it definitely led to depressive thoughts. And you know I've been through my spells of addiction and stuff like that. I'm still, you know like you never end with that, with that struggle unfortunately.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:34:33 PM

    So like.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:34:41 PM

Really hearing it, and I can hear it in your voice, dude. Like you know you you hear it when you record. Like it's like real recognize real so.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:34:54 PM

Like art for me. Like when you described it. Just like, you know, as like a therapeutic outlet. I saw this happen in real life. Like I remember I was dating a girl.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:35:03 PM

And uh, she had some like family trauma or something and, you know, like her, her brother messaged her or something and like kind of like, made her go off the wall.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:35:17 PM

And um, immediately she pulled out this massive canvas. Like, I mean like bigger than myself, like, you know, bigger than I'm 61, so, you know, just for reference. So it's like probably like an 8 foot canvas.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:35:28 PM

And justice started body painting like punching the screen with paint or not the screen but punching the canvas with paint and like the piece came out so like.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:35:50 PM

I mean, the piece was amazing, to be quite honest, but it was so authentic and like because it came out of her emotions, you know. So like that, just when you said that I was like, holy crap, like, that is the correct. Is, is the creation of art like purely and it's, it's, it's wonderful. So I mean that's off to you, man.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:35:53 PM

That must have been an amazing experience seeing that.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:36:01 PM

Seeing that artist work like that, throwing her body at the at the canvas like that.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:36:19 PM

Ohh no. Yeah. Like she was like, yeah. She was like flinging her whole like body. Like she was like dropping her body in pain and like just flinging her body at the at the canvas and like she was like this is going to be my representation. And I was like and you know, she's expanded on it now unfortunately, you know, we're not together anymore but.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:36:30 PM

    Sir.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol12:36:39 PM

It's one of those things, like, I can tell that, like, you know, I see her artwork some places and I'm like, oh wow, I'm like super proud of you, you know, and I'm, I'm based out of Las Vegas, so it's kind of hard to get your artwork out here. So, you know, you see your art, you see someone's artwork and you're like, wow, that's really impressive.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:37:09 PM

So this is completely off topic, but it just having a photographer up and then this conversation just reminded me of this situation. It was in 1989, I was living in New York City. My mom was a professional photographer and it was her birthday. And my sister, who's also a professional photographer, told me about this photographer from Eastern Europe. Like the wall had just come down. I mean, you know, this is 1989.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:37:10 PM

    Umm.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:37:12 PM

    And.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:37:28 PM

The guy was bringing his stuff to America for the first time and it was these immense, you know, life-size horizontal scrolls.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:37:54 PM

That the way he produced this photographer is he would have models, I guess, dip themselves in chemicals or something and lie down on this photographic medium and do something with light so that they were like these ghostly nudes with like this beautiful different effects. And you know, I mean it.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:38:06 PM

I don't know how much it costs. There's probably a few $100 at the time because like my sister and I could chip in and buy this, but it's been in my parents house on this big.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:38:13 PM

You know, on this big wall framed, you know, ever since. But it's just.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:38:17 PM

That, that time period and what?

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:38:31 PM

I always think when we're in these spaces, and particularly when I'm in hacker houses or, you know, was blessed to be at a break point, you know, it really is what's happening now on this blockchain.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:39:02 PM

Is a lot like what happens in, you know, what happened in Compton at the beginning of rap and what happened in Seattle at the beginning of grunge. Like there is actually something happening here that's way bigger than any of the artists or curators or promoters. And I just think people far and, you know, people who care about culture in the future are really going to look back at this and say, you know, that is when it started.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:39:18 PM

I'd love to hear a little bit. I know, tattoo fingers, you're doing something big today. I hope I didn't miss it. I had my notifications on, but I haven't been paying attention. So what's happening with foods today?

    hellbendersmc
  • tat2fingers12:39:23 PM

Yeah, man, we're happy to be here. Thanks for having me, guys.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:39:32 PM

We're starting our auctions today for our first hood and custom hood.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:39:38 PM

And we're pretty excited. Like I've been kind of working on these for.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:39:42 PM

I don't know since the last part of August.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:39:51 PM

And kind of just excited to see where it goes and who is our going to be our first members. I'm pretty excited.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:39:53 PM

    We're using uh.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:39:56 PM

    Half of the funds to.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:40:12 PM

Go back into the ecosystem and buy art to host a gallery and kind of uplift artists and help them through this bear market and just trying to stay positive and bring positive vibes to the community here with these hoods making really dope one on ones and.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:40:15 PM

    Just enjoying myself.

  • hellbendersmc12:40:20 PM

That's incredible. What's the what time do these go live?

    hellbendersmc
  • tat2fingers12:40:26 PM

They're gonna go Live Today at 6:00 PM Eastern standard.

    tat2fingers
  • hellbendersmc12:40:38 PM

Awesome. All right. Well, fortunately my wife is out of town. She's visiting her daughter in college, so she won't know that I'm on spending her money.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:40:52 PM

So that's awesome. Like we do with everybody, I'd really like for you to tell us a little bit about your your origin story or the origin of your artistic superpowers.

    hellbendersmc
  • tat2fingers12:41:00 PM

Well, I mean, I've always kind of been a doodler, man. I've just kind of drawn all the time.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:41:23 PM

My whole life has been art and music and just stuff like that. So I mean, I I I tried to go to college for a few years for music and then I just really realized that I would rather draw because everything I was doing was drawing and painting and just kind of followed through with that passion and then.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:41:53 PM

I mean, like 1997. I've got my first break as a tattoo artist and just decided to kind of continue with that. I've always had a love for illustration and drawing of tattoos and designing things, so I just kind of kept chasing that passion. And here I am 23 years later and a professional tattooer, an artist. And I've been doing it my whole life, man.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:41:59 PM

Just really enjoyed it and I work in all mediums, watercolor, acrylic oils.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:42:05 PM

Charcoal, graphite and digital as well.

    tat2fingers
  • hellbendersmc12:42:07 PM

    And skin.

    hellbendersmc
  • tat2fingers12:42:11 PM

Skin. Yeah, that's the hardest medium, to be honest.

    tat2fingers
  • kidonthephoenix12:42:15 PM

I'm proof of that. I literally have his ink on my body.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:42:16 PM

    Yeah.

    kidonthephoenix
  • fwazsol12:42:18 PM

    Badass.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:42:20 PM

Wow, that's awesome. And where are you based? Where's your studio?

    hellbendersmc
  • tat2fingers12:42:24 PM

My studios in southern Idaho. It's called Ascension tattoo.

    tat2fingers
  • hellbendersmc12:42:34 PM

Nice. Well, I do. If we meant out, I plan to get a help Ender's Tattoo so you can do the honors.

    hellbendersmc
  • tat2fingers12:42:35 PM

    Let's go.

    tat2fingers
  • hellbendersmc12:42:53 PM

You know, my my son who's, I don't know, he's about 26, his girlfriend's tattoo artist over here in in Martinsburg, Martinsburg, WV and all my kids, every one of them's talented, you know? I.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:43:01 PM

Yeah, you know, I always was from the from the DC scene. Actually my first tattoo.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:43:07 PM

It's another kind of interesting story. So there was this guy.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:43:40 PM

Bear who, he was Native American. He would just come into town sometimes come into DC and everyone told me, like, you know, if you're going to get a tattoo from bear, you got to show up early in the morning before he's like totally baked. So I went to his house like, you know, this little apartment at like 10:00 AM and he's still up. He's been tweaking all night on meth and he's like.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:43:44 PM

Well, it's cool. Let me just do a couple bong hits and I'll I'll chill out enough to do this.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:43:52 PM

He did an amazing job, like total free hand this. A friend of mine had done this really.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:44:03 PM

Complex drawing, you know, and he just sits there, he just looks at it, takes a pen, right? So it just draws a totally rough outline of it.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:44:16 PM

And just free hands. It's incredibly detailed. It's a it's wings. It's like eagle wings with eyes and the wings. I got the idea from this piece of art in DC I always loved called.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:44:36 PM

James Hamptons, throne of the third Millennium General Assembly, and if you've never seen this piece, definitely Google it. James Hampton Throne, throne of the third Millennium and you'll see it. But he was this illiterate.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:44:43 PM

Janitor who lived in DC and he rented a garage.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:45:02 PM

For like, I don't know, 50 bucks a month or something, and no one knew what he did in there. But after he died, the person who rented him the garage found this incredible throne room that he had made off of stuff that he found and it had.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:45:13 PM

Space is had places in this throne room for Jesus, the Holy Family, all the prophets.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:45:19 PM

And throughout the whole thing there was and right at the top.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:45:29 PM

Where the two wings were with eyes and the wings it said fear not. So this tattoo I have has the wings and the eyes and fear not on it.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:45:32 PM

    And.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:45:37 PM

    They.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:46:04 PM

The coolest thing about this is there's throughout the entire thing, there's a whole book and all of this writing throughout the the throne room that's in a language that only angels can read. That's what that's what he had written about it, that basically the Angels taught him this language and.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:46:09 PM

People from NSA, all these cryptologists have tried to.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:46:33 PM

Decode this writing and no one's been able to do it so and it's it's right there. I lived in this place in gallery place back when I was in the DC punk scene. It was above star wig, you know, but it was right on gallery place, right across from the Smithsonian that had.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:46:50 PM

This collection in it and pretty much every day when I get up in the morning I just walk over and just stand up in front of the throne room. It's like the most amazing piece. So if you're ever in DC check it out and look at it, but just I would just a little a little tangent tattoo story.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:46:55 PM

    All right. I'd really appreciate.

    hellbendersmc
  • kidonthephoenix12:47:15 PM

The Solana foundation. So there's a lot going on here and we're really asking artists to come up and and share their origin stories.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:49:09 PM

Where their work? So I do have another question for you. Tattoo fingers with this collection. Hoods, how are you producing this? How's this? I know it's it's one of ones, but it's also a collection with how many are you going to do what? What's the mechanism behind this particular project?

    hellbendersmc
  • tat2fingers12:49:17 PM

Sorry, I kind of missed the first part of that. I was talking with my kid. Can you please repeat it?

    tat2fingers
  • hellbendersmc12:49:19 PM

    Sure, sure. I'm just.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:49:33 PM

Hoods is a they're all one of ones, but they're on this theme. And how are you, how are you marking this? How many are there going to be total like, what's the what's the design?

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:49:36 PM

Of the this whole collection or whole project?

    hellbendersmc
  • tat2fingers12:49:49 PM

Well, so the the things that are tying the whole collection together are basically just the hoods and the Halo behind them. Every one of them is going to have a unique.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:49:54 PM

    Crown unique hood details and.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:49:58 PM

Every single piece of skin art that I've made.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:50:12 PM

For the skin of the PFP is 100% unique. Nothing's been repeated, nothing's been done over. I mean, there are some ongoing themes, like I've done some traditional Japanese style, I've done some.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:50:16 PM

Ultra technical styles that I I.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:50:45 PM

Have, you know, spent a lot of my early years as a tattooer drawing a bunch of traditional Japanese, and I've done, you know, there's some dogfish, there's some Oni masks, there's a geisha, and as far as like a collection size, I'm just leaving it very open at this point in time. I'm trying to just take it slow and not trying to rush into like putting a cap on what I'm capable of doing.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:50:59 PM

Is there like as far as like tattoo design and artwork goes? I have so many ideas that I don't ever get to take to skin, so I figured I might as well make something of them.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:51:11 PM

And this, you know, kind of started as a as a design thing where I designed one and I showed it to a couple of friends and they were like, yo, I think there's something that could be done to these. And they're like, how many can you make?

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:51:14 PM

It was like I I don't know I could make.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:51:18 PM

A bunch of them, to be honest. And then.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:51:30 PM

I decided that we were going to do 2 styles of hoods and then one be a little more feminine than the other so that it can go to a wider range of audience and.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:51:39 PM

I mean, I I just really kind of am just having fun with designing and drawing tattoos that I wouldn't normally get to do.

    tat2fingers
  • tat2fingers12:51:45 PM

In the skin and I'm doing them in a manner to where everybody can enjoy them.

    tat2fingers
  • hellbendersmc12:51:52 PM

Well, so just so I know so kid, your tattoo, is that the phoenix one?

    hellbendersmc
  • kidonthephoenix12:52:24 PM

Yeah, it's a so tattoo fingers drew my original PFP logo. The one that I've used. I used it for a very long time and yeah we we've become friends. Early in the space when there wasn't a lot of 1 on one artists on Solana there just wasn't there was very few and we were some of the first. I mean there was a there's a handful of them that were the the true firsts that I would consider but we I I think we both.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:52:25 PM

    Extremely shortly after.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:52:56 PM

And yeah, he really helped me a lot. Like I didn't even know what a JPEG was or how to take a picture of canvases and make it look good. And he would just give me all this technical information and like really share a lot of things with me like on how to how to go about this. And we also just vibed, you know, like we we just connected. And so, you know, he asked if he could draw my draw me a PFP and I said hell yeah and he did it and you know, he drew some I gave him.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:53:07 PM

Some ideas and things that I'd like and and he drew it for me and I loved that picture so much I I used that for I didn't change it until he drew me this hood.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:53:08 PM

    And.

    kidonthephoenix
  • hellbendersmc12:53:18 PM

    Thank you.

    hellbendersmc
  • kidonthephoenix12:53:40 PM

Yeah, one day I was just like, man, you should just tattoo that shit on me. Like I'll come to Idaho. I was living in Iowa at the time and I was like, I'll drive to Idaho to get that tattooed on me and he let me pay him in Seoul. And yeah, he, he inked it on me and I got to hang out with his, his, his, his beautiful wife and two kids and get to meet them. And and I've actually been to visit him since then too. When I was up at Seattle Hacker House on my way back home, I stopped in Idaho and we we

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:54:06 PM

I plan on, I plan on going back and getting my hood tattooed on the other sides at some point and you know, getting my chest. I let a tweaker tattoo on me one time too and it didn't go over so well. So I've got some cover up work that needs done on my chest. And so basically at this point I'll never let another person ink on me again after the experience of of his professionalism and also what he means to me as a friend.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:54:38 PM

And also, him being so far away makes sure that I have to really think about my tattoos before I get them. And but yeah, no. And what he's meant to me more as a friend, like in terms of he's honestly OK, here's the here's a little story. I'll make it short, but I was in a extreme state of schizophrenia in the midst of my relapse and honestly thought my world was about to come to an end and I was about to get busted or killed and I sent him my most valuable NFT's to hold for me or if something ha

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:55:09 PM

We could have them and and that's how much I trusted him. And then when, you know, I realized that I was just being a crazy person and I got sober. He sent them back to me and but that's just the level of like trust that I have with that person that I would trust my most valuable. Those were all I had left at that point. I'd lost everything in my life. But I had a few NFT's that were worth something and I trusted him with those. And and then, you know, it's like 4th of July when I was out there

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix12:55:39 PM

It brought me back to Earth. Or, like, you know, when I've been going through my health problems, I'd call and be. He'd be my sounding board. And you. Yeah. You just couldn't ask for a better friend, man. And and if I ever needed something, I asked him. It's not. No questions asked. Just here you go. No judgments. No, you know, no, nothing. It's just I got your back if I can, you know? And so you couldn't ask for a better friend. And in terms of an artist, you couldn't ask for a better artist. I

    kidonthephoenix

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol12:56:31 PM

He has a family and a business and a lot of things. He can't sit on spaces a lot as much as I do. Alright.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc12:58:01 PM

Well, that's what it's about, though, because what what we're going for in Hellbenders is a ride or die culture. It is people. It's creating that fabric.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:58:32 PM

That is just all of the relationships so that people can be fearless, you know, just know that we all have each other's back, you know? I mean, who wouldn't want to be in an outlaw motorcycle gang like the Hell's Angels? I mean, you want everybody, everybody I know, everybody's friend, you know, it's the equivalent. Depends on the generation or you want it to be in fugazi, or you know, or you want it to be an N.W.A. It doesn't matter what your unit is.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc12:58:54 PM

Like people want to be in some sort of outlaw cultural unit because our civilization is so fucked. So that's the idea, is that, you know, create something that ultimately when this whole House of Cards collapses, we'll have what we actually want in terms of our culture.

    hellbendersmc

Ohh man, I'm. I'm living brother. It's good to see you man. Uh me and moleman, we go way back. We've been we've been. I I was introduced to molemen through a friend met a silo who's a collector and I've collected his work and and I interviewed him early on with United we are. And then he started doing Soul City radio and they've had me on the show and I go in there frequently and annoy the hell out of everybody and yeah so and I've just seen him. He's like the epitome of a grinder.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix01:01:02 PM

If you want to see somebody who knows how to grind and hustle and work hard and also produce really quality work, you're not going to find anybody better in the space than moleman.

    kidonthephoenix

That means a ton, man, I appreciate you.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:01:34 PM

It only looks like a grind because I have so many other things I'm doing. I wish I had it looked a little less forced but uh, between my daughter's girlfriend full time job opening an art studio, you know, running solar City radio, there's the grind is real. So yeah, that's a little bit about me. Hellbender I I started in this space last December because I was.

With my girlfriend's family and there was like 30 people there. And I found a corner and started Internet searching and saw this crypto thing. And I was like, you know what, I love charts and you know, reading. And, you know, let's see what this is all about. Started reading and then I came across NFT's and I was like, I'm a photographer, my girlfriend's photographer. This is going to change the world and change that, that the mindset of artists. And so I really, I mean literally, that's all it

And since then, I have been here every single day like a kid was saying, you know, Soul, City, radio, rise before grind. We're 217 episodes in on that particular show. But before that, you know, we we did a lot of messing around. We did a photography space in the mornings where I got to interview, you know, some of my favorite photographers of all time, not just web three. I got to interview Ben von Wong, John Hewitt, both top photographers on my list.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:02:37 PM

You've got a lot of connections there.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:02:52 PM

Ended up winning the OR not winning, but got invited to the Salana collective by the sign of Salana Foundation. They sent me to Belgrave this year for a hacker house, so I got sent over there.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:03:13 PM

You know, earlier in the year exchange, art flew me out to New York to do a video forum for NFT NYC, a mutable image, then flew me out to New York to kind of help them with their event. So. So I'm really just grinding and working my ass off trying to figure out where I land.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:03:27 PM

My art hasn't necessarily been the part that's gotten me there. Uh, you know, I'm still working on developing a collector base for that and and really finding my place. When I first came in, I I started with my bold portraits collection and.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:03:52 PM

Really loved it. But I started to get this feeling that I was a kind of a poser, a little bit like I was seeing all this digital art and I just started getting in my head that I was like, nobody wants to see my portraits, you know, it's not that isn't, you know, the type of art the space is looking for. So I kind of took a step back from putting out art and really just.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:04:24 PM

Loved the ecosystem and still believed in it that I didn't go anywhere. I I took a step back from being an artist but went into you know being more of a a program manager kind of style and helping and learning and just really helping artists. I advise with 21 down you know so anything to help artists I'm all about. And then recently you know I I was on this kick where my girlfriends are is just amazing. Kids know, kid knows her art is just amazing but she's not a a grinder like me you know.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:04:25 PM

So I tried to grind for her.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:04:56 PM

And help that out. And, you know, the space didn't really resonate with that. And so I got on some phone calls and I was like, you know what? Where do, where do I belong here? I got, I talked to some people and I was just like, I don't know where I belong. I can't pitch my girlfriend's art because everybody thinks it's, you know, me shilling her instead of us working together as a team. So I was like, I don't know where I belong there. And, you know, I don't know where I belong anywhere. So got

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:05:09 PM

And me, I I love athletics. I've played my whole life. I actually didn't find art until four years ago when I went through a really five years ago now, when I went through a really nasty divorce, I picked up a camera, and a camera actually should save my life a little bit.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:05:41 PM

And brought me back. And so I I had no real experience with art until five years ago. And so I'm, I'm much younger. And so I was like you know how do I blend my love for these that my camera and my art with. You know who I really AM and who I really am is I really love sports athletics. You know, capturing empowering images of athletes and how do I do that. And so I got in some calls again. Then I started Googling, you know how I blend art or my photography with.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:06:12 PM

You know, athletics and, you know, the last month I've been more myself and it felt really great and I actually put up an auction about two weeks ago. I went really well. It sold for five. And actually today I put up my second auction, the calm morning or the the. Yeah, the calm morning, which is actually the opportunity I got to shoot on a PGA Golf course and, you know, capture a really beautiful landscape style image, but still staying true to the the athletics.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:06:20 PM

Uh, blending the athletics with with the arts. So that was a lot. Hellbender, hopefully. I didn't put you to sleep, but yeah, that's my that's me.

  • hellbendersmc01:06:25 PM

No, that's perfect. What I wanted to hear, I mean it's I was.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:06:50 PM

When I when I hear new artists or hear you all for the first time, there's always this moment where it just brings me back to some point in my childhood where I'm like, yeah, I get it. And with you it was Leroy Nieman. Like, I was freaking out. I don't know how old I was, six or seven, but Leroy Nieman was this.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:07:07 PM

Sports illustrator. He was always in Sports Illustrated, but he came out with his collection at McDonald's he would get for free and I guess it was market by market, but we had the Washington Redskins at the time and I remember.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:07:31 PM

With hamburger, her bulky, Billy Kilmer, Sonny Jurgensen, Charlie Taylor, Larry Brown, and like how obsessed me and all my friends were about going to McDonald's and making sure we got every single one of these and we all had them on our walls. So it just, I mean, there is something.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:07:37 PM

And I love that calm morning. I mean when there was a.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:07:51 PM

The Kemper Open was near us, not far from us, you know, in DC at the Congressional Country Club. And I would go out. I would like get in there as a guy who would.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:07:52 PM

    Umm.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:07:54 PM

    Be able to.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:08:14 PM

Clean up like they would give you these, you know, trash pickers and big bags. And I just followed Tom Watson all over the course. I don't think I picked up a piece of trash, but it just got me into the Kemp rope and I was like obsessed with Tom Watson at the time.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:08:23 PM

So anyway, those are just like the things that resonate. And I love your story. I notice that you have a daughter, I thought on your on your timeline.

And I realize just at the beginning, like during this year, that that is not the type of parent I want to teach. You know, that's not the life I want to teach my daughter. I want to teach her to live a life of joy and creation and.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:09:05 PM

You know, I don't want to have her learn from me that the hustle is just going to the office and you know, that's that's so it's funny you say that. So thank you for noticing that, man. She love mom.

    crypto_mulliman
  • hellbendersmc01:09:10 PM

Yeah, you know, it's really interesting because that's so I'm in West Virginia. We live.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:09:18 PM

Just a couple miles upstream from this really small town, we call it Mayberry on acid, but.

    hellbendersmc
  • crypto_mulliman01:09:20 PM

How far is that from Harpers Ferry?

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:09:22 PM

    Ohh wow.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:09:34 PM

    Wow, that's good.

    crypto_mulliman
  • hellbendersmc01:09:46 PM

Really close. I mean little if I if if I walk down my driveway you know drop my kayak in I'd probably be there. I don't know in just a couple hours. But it it's a it's about it's actually I know it's 12 miles away because the there's a bike path the C&O canal right across from us and it's 12 miles biking to Harpers Ferry.

    hellbendersmc
  • kidonthephoenix01:09:58 PM

Fun fact for you guys. I actually walked the duration of the C&O Canal with £60.00 on my back and walked from Harpers Ferry to Shepherdstown where you live Dave.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix01:10:00 PM

When I was in my backpack.

    kidonthephoenix
  • hellbendersmc01:10:05 PM

That's right. You told me that story and you wound up with, uh, what's his name? Ohh Hurley. Jay O Hurley.

    hellbendersmc
  • kidonthephoenix01:10:28 PM

Yeah, Hurley general store, yeah, he he put me to work for a few days doing some chainsaw work and help me build this custom cart that I could carry all my shit on. And we spent like a week building it. And then it worked for the the C&O Canal. But then once we like got into urban life again somewhat, and there were streets and roads and curbs, we realized how inefficient it was and we did.

    kidonthephoenix
  • hellbendersmc01:10:34 PM

Ohh man Simon, what's your connection to Harpers Ferry?

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:10:40 PM

    Yeah.

    hellbendersmc
  • crypto_mulliman01:10:51 PM

So I was actually a a firefighter in Sterling, VA and not, yeah, not sure if you're familiar with that, but I was a firefighter, firefighter and EMT out there for a long time and I got to that part of the country because I was in Colorado.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:11:00 PM

And I I kind of noticed my life was going nowhere fast. I was smoking a bunch with buddies and uh, you know, this is early 20s, so I'm partying hard.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:11:02 PM

And I just woke up one day and I was like.

    crypto_mulliman
  • hellbendersmc01:11:21 PM

    That's amazing.

    hellbendersmc
  • crypto_mulliman01:11:20 PM

I need to change or I'm not gonna be the man I wanna be one day. And so I spun a coin on a map and it fell on DC and literally 2 weeks later I packed my car and I drove to DC with no job, no nothing. I just drove and ended up in.

    crypto_mulliman
  • hellbendersmc01:11:22 PM

    What?

  • hellbendersmc01:11:26 PM

    What? What year was that?

    hellbendersmc
  • crypto_mulliman01:11:29 PM

    That was. Let's see.

    crypto_mulliman
  • crypto_mulliman01:11:34 PM

    2012, right in there, 2012.

    crypto_mulliman
  • hellbendersmc01:11:36 PM

    Well, that's amazing.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:12:07 PM

Well, what do you know what made me think of when you were talking about your daughter and how you want you don't want her to be in this insane, competitive, destructive, exploitative civilization? Umm, you know, when we out my wife, I was in a band. I had like a guitar, a motorcycle, and a puppy. My wife had a condo, a car, and a job. And my girlfriend at the time, she was in Baltimore. I was in DC.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:12:08 PM

    Umm.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:12:13 PM

Typically moved up to Baltimore and with her, but.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:12:17 PM

We got married and pregnant pretty much in the same week.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:12:29 PM

And we just had that conversation of, you know, if we could have grown up anywhere, if we could have had any childhood, where would it be? And I told her about this little town and I was like.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:12:35 PM

You know, I used to ride my motorcycle out here all the time and I just said, you know, let's just go look at.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:12:42 PM

We can't afford anything in DC or Baltimore, so let's just go look. And we just found this little house on the river in the woods.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:12:49 PM

5 acres, A floodplain so no one could build anywhere near us.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:13:02 PM

And uh, it was $120,000 at the time. Since we're just married, you know, we we were able to get loans for our parents and.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:13:07 PM

And moved out here and really raising three kids in a small town.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:13:21 PM

You know, where they could grow, you know, right after elementary school, you know, they could walk into town and hang out with their friends at the bakery, you know, until it was ready to come home. They were ready to come home. I mean, it just.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:13:35 PM

Everyone looking out for each other, it's just a really different life. And again, I don't need to keep bringing things back to hellbenders, but I really think once you know, planetary ecosystem collapse starts accelerating.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:13:52 PM

All of these idiotic cultural boundaries like nations and companies and all of these things that really don't matter to people. You know what, how are people going to organize? Well, my belief it's going to be on.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:13:55 PM

    You know who are your.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:14:25 PM

Who are your blockchain friends? You know, that's how everything's gonna be done. Local food sheds are all going to be based on, you know, what, who's growing what and how to distribute it. I know it seems crazy, but I don't think that's that far off. And even if it is far off, it still is better. You know, it's good to be an awesome ancestor for your great, great, great grandchildren because you thought about these things, you know you prepared for the zombie apocalypse.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:14:35 PM

So I'm really, I'm really bonding with you there, you know, thinking about your your daughter and what kind of life she wants to have. You want, you know, you would have for her.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:15:02 PM

Give her that opportunity. Well, a couple things I want to do kid, if you could plug your event tomorrow and then I'd like to invite Malachi to plug. We're going to do thug birds Thursday here. We're going to be announcing some some things. So kid, do you want to just tell us a little bit about your auction tomorrow?

    hellbendersmc
  • kidonthephoenix01:15:30 PM

Yeah, I'll just go briefly over it. It's just we're doing the First United we are charity auction and for anybody who's been in the space for a while, United we art was a show I hosted for quite a while and and featured different artists interviewing them. I've had several of the artists that we've had come up and speak on the show and the show died off when I went through my relapse and struggled a bit and.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix01:16:01 PM

But I brought the show back, like here and there, just doing little things. And I decided I wanted to start doing some charity work with United we are. Because I firmly believe that philanthropy is the key to mass adoption and in reshaping the narrative behind crypto and NFT's. So I think getting into IRL communities and and helping, it's going to be real key to that. And the House of Compassion is a a shelter that feeds people from 5:00 to 7:00 every night.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix01:16:32 PM

In the week and they don't ask questions, you can just go get a plate of food and it's actually like pretty good. You know, basically what happens is different churches or different families or whatever sign up to volunteer to cook for a night. And then the House of Compassion provides the food based off what they want to do. They create a menu and then those people come in and volunteer and serve their time and then prepare the meal and then the people come and pick it up and they get donations

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix01:17:02 PM

A little bit of state funding, but you know with the rising cost of food and things of that nature they're struggling pretty hard right now. My friend is the assistant director there and I became friends with her through I I used to serve there a lot when I lived in Marshalltown. And yeah, so that's the that's why that's the first place I chose. So 100% of the proceeds from the pieces that were donated are going to House of Compassion and the royalties are going to the artists themselves. So I h

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix01:17:26 PM

A lot of a lot of artists donate stuff, and I'm in the process of uploading all of that to form function right now. Those options will be going on tomorrow on the United we art form function profile. And then we're hosting a space tomorrow night under the United we are to count from 7 to 9 Central PM and yeah, so we'll just be celebrating that and trying to raise as much funds as we can.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix01:17:44 PM

Did I rug or there's nobody, nobody talking?

    kidonthephoenix
  • fwazsol01:17:55 PM

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol01:17:59 PM

    Ohh yeah.

    fwazsol

Oops, I I had my mute on so I was just being weird.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol01:18:05 PM

No, sorry. I was. I was.

I was like, did I just go over that whole spiel for nothing? Then nobody hear that.

    kidonthephoenix
  • hellbendersmc01:18:16 PM

No you were there is perfect. I I was just asking if there's any, if you could tell us a little bit about any of the artists cure if any of the artists are here who've donated to that.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:18:17 PM

    To that option.

    hellbendersmc
  • kidonthephoenix01:18:19 PM

Yeah, tattoo fingers did a wonderful piece for it.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix01:18:51 PM

He donated his wife as well, who's a photographer. She donated a piece. We've got sentient shapes who was on the show yesterday. She's actually helped me organize the whole thing. She's been extremely instrumental in it, like or like most of the artists that donated work were through her connections and her outreach. So as soon as I told her about it, she just immediately jumped on it and really wanted to take charge on it. And then, yeah, we've got my friend.

    kidonthephoenix
  • kidonthephoenix01:18:55 PM

Lucky Maine has contributed a couple pieces. Red rabbit coal.

    kidonthephoenix
  • fwazsol01:18:57 PM

    kidonthephoenix
  • hellbendersmc01:19:07 PM

    Cool.

    hellbendersmc
  • kidonthephoenix01:19:08 PM

There was a bunch of artists I can't think of a month to help my eggs my brains fried, but.

    kidonthephoenix
  • fwazsol01:19:16 PM

You know what's crazy is that like all these names I I recognized from Solana, Miami I actually took. I have.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol01:19:18 PM

    I have a.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol01:19:33 PM

Like film archives and film photos of all these people that you named or except sentient. Sentient wasn't there. But you know, I got Dave. I think I took a picture of you, a kid. I got a picture of you. I got that. The piece that you did in in Miami.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol01:19:36 PM

    Umm.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol01:19:48 PM

And then yeah I just I have all these film photos I should probably do I could I could do a series on Solana Miami to be quite honest like when we I'd have to just put it together and I'm I'm not sure how to do all that so.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol01:19:51 PM

    Umm.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc01:19:53 PM

We got a lot of people who can help you. I think that would be awesome.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol01:19:56 PM

Yeah, I think this is this is the right place to speak, honestly.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc01:20:03 PM

Yeah, put it together. I think a lot of people are gonna really enjoy that well, so.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:20:33 PM

Oh and one other thing that we're doing so hellbenders, you know, this is form function. So you know, it's it's high end, you know real art. But there going to be a couple hellbenders snuck in because we we did 3 Santas and three Satan hell benders and and I think I think kids going to offer those as part of the auction as well in about 10 minutes.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:20:49 PM

We're going to do our drawing. So I'd like everybody to please, uh, retweet the room that will automatically enter you. And it's the one particular. Umm, I'll go ahead and.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:20:52 PM

    And posted the top again.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:21:01 PM

Because we need 10 retweets and you have to retweet it in order to to be in the the giveaway and we're giving away.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:21:10 PM

Of a collaborative piece from Twito and Neverland, and we're giving away a hellbender.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:21:16 PM

Just for those who are just joining in, Hellbenders is a collection.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:21:47 PM

That's also a creator cooperative. It's a Dow where end of the year all the participants vote on distributing prop, what to distribute out in terms of profits and what to put into buying more art and building more stuff. We're doing a mobile app that's only going to be available for hellbenders holders and we're really focused over the next couple weeks on getting as many amazing.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:22:09 PM

Artists and builders into the hellbenders as we can. So Malachi, tomorrow is Thug Bird's Thursday, and we're going to be donating a thug bird to the collection. We're going to be giving away some thug nuts. Do you want to just tell us why you're so bullish on thug birds?

    fwazsol
  • davidcastain01:22:30 PM

  • fwazsol01:22:33 PM

    No, dude, tell us more.

    fwazsol

  • fwazsol01:22:45 PM

I love birds. That's the I started off with space. But I love birds.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc01:22:59 PM

Well, I'll just, I'll, I'll say it, I'll say it for Malachi. You know, he's actually bringing in some amazing people into this community. The floor price is going way up and one of the things we're going to be announcing is that thug birds holders are going to get a discount on.

On hellbenders, so you can get 20% off if you're also a if you have a thug burden your wallet. When you go to mint you're you're hellbender. And one reason I like the collection is that they did a really graceful transition to a Dow and I think it's really cool. It's really community run now. The floor price has gone up amazingly since it became a a community down and not a a solo person project.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:23:38 PM

I'm really bullish on projects supported by the Community, and Malachi is bringing in some really amazing people from.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:24:59 PM

Some of the inner circle, some of the the HELLBENDERS leaders. This is going to be an actual outlaw motorcycle club as well as being a bunch of massive salamanders on the blockchain, and we plan to be a major force at all slana events far.

I tuned in this morning very first time and loved it. I loved all the talk. Elizabeth, I met so many amazing one of one artist. We went to one dinner. It's probably like 25 people, all artists filling this, you know, little cafe.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:26:58 PM

    hellbendersmc
  • brickastly01:27:07 PM

I don't know. It's weird. Everybody just came out. I mean, I just shot him with the camera and everybody came out as their weird avatars. So I don't have any faces. I don't know what happened. There's something weird going on with the blockchain on my phone and some sort of.

    hellbendersmc
  • fwazsol01:27:31 PM

Yeah, I think, uh, I think I'm gonna see like start seeing uh, like, you know, avatars from my phone and my glasses now like, here soon.

    fwazsol
  • fwazsol01:27:51 PM

    Yeah, let me just.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc01:27:53 PM

Yeah, it's that AR thing. You know, there was that they were giving out those AR drinks at the the hacker House and I drank one. You know, something happened. So were there 3 minutes to the bottom of the hour? Fuas, why don't you do the honors and and line up, see if we got enough retweets. Remember, you got to.

    hellbendersmc

Yo, your husband, can I ask real quick about, uh, this? You said real motorcycle gang. Like my Bree and I both ride. Actually, we have three motorcycles out in front of our house right now. What's up with that, bro? Like, what's good? You guys all riders or?

  • fwazsol01:28:21 PM

    Ohh man yeah.

    fwazsol
  • hellbendersmc01:28:37 PM

This whole thing represents freedom. To me, the blockchain is about self sovereignty and that means you go wherever the hell you want, you do whatever the hell you want. And that's our goal is like, I mean, I would love to. My kids are all moved out.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:29:09 PM

There's nothing I would like more than to have my entire business on my phone and just, you know, ride where I want to ride when I want to ride. Who needs a fucking RV? You know? So we really do. That's the idea that, you know, we want, we want to be an actual motorcycle gang as well as an actual collection, an actual Dow and and be a bunch of artists. But the artists here, Nat Jones, actually has a clothing line.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:29:15 PM

He and his wife called Lewis Mayhem. That sells at festivals and stuff. It's like.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:29:24 PM

EDM meets Goth meets, you know, festival wear, so they're going to be doing like one of one.

    hellbendersmc
  • hellbendersmc01:29:46 PM

Jackets with actual hellbenders patches and you're going to be able to put like at the bottom of your patch whatever you want. So it could be like instead of it could be hellbenders, West Virginia, or you could be hellbenders tattoo fingers or whatever it is. But no, we're really we're really going with this like this is real life.

    hellbendersmc
