BIP Collecting Art for the Hellbenders Clubhouse Walls
December 8th, 2022
All right, we're going to just wait a moment for my co-host to arrive.
motocoasterAnd then we'll get started.
motocoasterAll right.
motocoasterThe kid has arrived. When he takes a stage, he will get going.
motocoasterOoh.
motocoasterHow are things shaking today, Mr Kidd?
motocoasterMan, I am Livin.
kidonthephoenixAll right.
motocoasterI believe that.
motocoasterUh, I'm just gonna.
motocoasterBeen, uh, I've been hitting some spaces hard to asking some tough questions about, you know, like why is there no mobile apps? Why, if there was a mobile app, what would we want, you know, just getting some, some thoughts, some feedback, some ideas, you know, letting people know what we're doing.
kidonthephoenixEllen artists to get ready for the Hellbenders Gallery, you know.
kidonthephoenixAnd what's the response like?
motocoasterOhh yeah I mean.
kidonthephoenixThere are some mobile apps like, UH, I'm. I'm in the process of researching more on the NFT backpack app. I think it's fascinating from what I've learned so far.
kidonthephoenixAnd then yeah, I mean from what I from what I'm getting like I also sat in on a space of another app that's just launching on the on the iOS and they said, yeah, it's a lot more work than they ever would have realized. And I think that's why we don't see as many mobile apps because it's not as easy. It's not that easy to do apparently. So I've gotten some some feedback that says, well, we've got our work cut out for us, but.
kidonthephoenixYeah.
kidonthephoenixBut yeah, that's.
kidonthephoenixYou know.
kidonthephoenixI think it's important because at the end of the day like.
kidonthephoenixPeople don't want to be on their browsers on their desktop, like looking at the computer all day like they're on their phones, like mass adoption is gonna be phones. We gotta get something that.
kidonthephoenixThat people can use.
kidonthephoenixI could not agree more. I mean, I know this is ridiculous, but I sit at my computer most of the day and half the time I'm reaching over and picking up my phone like when I.
motocoasterLet me just see if I got rugged.
motocoasterYou did.
kidonthephoenixYou did for just a second, but your.
kidonthephoenixOK, good.
motocoasterYou're good.
kidonthephoenixWhat I'm going to do is I always forget this. I'm putting myself on airplane mode so because when people call it screws things up. But.
motocoasterWoof. Yeah, I mean, the bottom line is it's.
motocoasterBest case scenario, mobile apps are really hard but.
motocoasterApple made it almost impossible to do.
motocoasterWeb 3 app. I mean just they've done, they are a behemoth, they are a monster, and they have done everything they possibly can to make sure that nobody in the world mints and NFT without them somehow getting it cut or even transfers it from one wallet to another without them getting a cut. Like it's just it's crazy. So, but I really do think, I mean totally had the vision like he was at Qualcomm.
motocoasterFor so many years, 10 years or something. And he knows how transformative mobile is and he's gone all in and it's just going to change everything. It's just going to be.
motocoasterThe way this works, um, you know, it's just you're going to have your, your wallets going to be your phone, you're going to be able to swipe up, someone's gonna be near you. You're going to flip them in JPEG. You're going to, you know, get into a club by holding your phone up to a sensor that says, yes, I've got the pass to get into this club or get into this show, or, you know, you're in an opening and everybody knows who the the creator is because you know all your.
motocoasterPhones are connected to web three and you've got the wallet address, you know, it's just so obvious.
motocoasterFor everything.
motocoasterYou know, particularly augmented reality, what's coming, all the cool glasses that are coming, you know, you're just, you know, you're going to walk down the street and you're going to see monkeys and.
motocoasterBears and you know, hellbenders. Because that's.
motocoasterWhat's coming next, that's what people want. They don't want this.
motocoasterYou know.
motocoaster1980s style sitting in front of your computer. You know, just it's over.
motocoasterSo here's what's going on today. So we've we've been doing this building in public since Monday and.
motocoasterI don't know why.
motocoasterI didn't start this years ago, but I've been a builder for 30 years and it's just so inspiring to meet with the community every day. It's just insane. It's just like, I wake up the next morning, you know, because I do this in the afternoon. I'm in the East Coast, I sleep the next morning. My brain is just on fire with like, OK, what that guy said, I know how to do that, what that guy said, I know how to do that, and it's just really fun. So today we're focusing on.
motocoasterCreators on on one of one artists and bespoke programs. Like I'd love to have Ronan come up a bit and and talk about what he's doing, you know? But we're going to be having this clubhouse for hellbenders and we've got to decorate it. We're going to have a coffee table, we're going to have a lunch room. We're going to have all this stuff.
motocoasterRight. And it's not gonna be in discord. It's gonna be on this app, and it's gonna be in this game world.
motocoasterAnd once we uh.
motocoasterOnce we get that.
motocoasterUm, you know.
motocoasterThe world's gonna change. We're gonna have.
motocoasterIt's not going to be like we're collecting, it's going to be like we're surrounded by the stuff we like and that can even be other collections. That's something we're going to start about, talk about tomorrow is what projects we want to bridge to. You know, they could be legacy OG projects where you know we want to collect some degenerates or some monkeys and and have a.
motocoasterSome sort of loaner program so you know what hellbenders are at.
motocoasterBreak point, you know, they can get into, get into shows and we'll have things, you know, or hacker houses or you know, whatever it is. So there's a lot we can do as a community that's centered around mobile app center, around game, centered around what we love and that's what we're here for, to to come up with all these ideas. So and we do. I should post it at the top, which I will do shortly.
motocoasterDuring these, I actually take notes, and I have the notes organized on a whiteboard.
motocoasterAnd the whiteboard evolves so.
motocoasterWe're going to let me just add a new section to this.
motocoasterI'm gonna take this. I'm going to tweet it.
motocoasterJoin.
motocoasterAnd then I'm going to add this to the top.
motocoasterOK. Um, and then you'll have at the top.
motocoasterA.
motocoasterUh.
motocoasterWhite board where you can actually, um.
motocoasterOhh no.
motocoasterI'm actually going to have to let the kid take over for a little bit, which is actually a good thing because he's much more versed in in the art world. We have an Airbnb and my wife asked me to to change the sheets before the guests arrived. They're going to be here any minute. They said they were going to be here around 3:00 and I completely forgot they're still in the dryer. So. So I'm going to put you on mute run over the guesthouse.
motocoasterLet me make.
motocoasterKid Co host.
motocoasterUmm.
motocoasterAnd I'm going to send cohost to kid as well, just in case I rug, I think.
motocoasterIt'll still stay live.
motocoasterBecause it might, as I'm running over to the guesthouse. Alright, so kid, can you take the stage?
motocoasterAlright.
motocoasterI got you. I got you Dave. So.
kidonthephoenixSo one thing that I've kind of talked to Dave about in terms of building a project, in terms of building an app.
kidonthephoenixIt's something that I firmly believe in is.
kidonthephoenixWe need to be supporting the one of one ecosystem within Solana, the creators. And that's just a small facet of what I want to see Hellbenders do, but I do believe it is essential. I believe that the one of one creators are the lifeblood as well as the developers.
kidonthephoenixBut.
kidonthephoenixCurating a gallery on behalf of Hellbenders with a small budget, supporting artists, getting them excited about what we're doing. It's just good marketing too, because when artists are excited about what you're doing.
kidonthephoenixAnd it's cool. Like I I know that sounds really stupid, but like it may sound stupid, but man, I artists are fucking cool. And when we when we support them, they support us. We become a family. I've seen it work time and time again. I watched George do it with the buggles. I watched the thug birds do it. I watched a lot of projects. When you get into the lifeblood, the one-on-one creators and support them, it really does works really well for projects. So.
kidonthephoenixThat's one facet of what we're doing that I'll be focusing on, and that's curating some art.
kidonthephoenixWe are going to establish a budget that will have to be able to do that. And right now with the price of soul, you know, it's a little, it's a lot easier to do it even, but and then we can use until we have our own gallery built in app, we can use a collector dot SH or something along those lines to display. But that's something that I'm really excited about and I've got a lot of artists that I'm looking at and I'm going to be continuing to look at artists that are.
kidonthephoenixPutting out work, especially emerging ones, um, especially ones that are extremely active on Twitter right now, people that are in the Twitter spaces, people that are out there talking about what we're, you know, to be talking about what we're doing.
kidonthephoenixAnd yeah, so I don't know how much of that will be doing like right off the bat, but yeah, as soon as Dave gives me the green light with, I'm gonna be curating some art. And I'm really excited about that because nothing makes me happier than supporting artists and and being a part of their journey. Because a little over a year ago I was an artist just starting out. And because a few people collected my stuff and encouraged me, I was been able to continue to keep doing this and it's changed my li
kidonthephoenixA lot of artists since then, so hopefully I'll be able to continue doing that.
kidonthephoenixKit, you got anything you're excited about today?
kidonthephoenixUh, how do I sound?
kitbaronessYou do a bit. You're a bit muffled.
kidonthephoenixNot terribly, but a bit, yeah.
kidonthephoenixI'm currently driving.
kitbaronessBut yeah, I'm super excited, uh, overall of what the mobile application that's being built off of the Solana grant fund and being one of the exclusive projects for the mobile rollout. Uh, the tokenization that.
kitbaronessBuilders, communities and 101 artists and users can actually utilize for their own applications. And the fact that this this mobile application like you were talking in the intro, some people are new in here about everything switching over to mobile. Like for me I'm a little bit old school to where I do love the practicality of having a mobile device. So when I actually wanna sit down and like play video games and so forth and we player and utilizer.
kitbaronessBut trying to work around this whole issue and trying to merge you know Web 3 into you know as extension of what we currently know and or have is the idea of making a web application that can be utilized across any device.
kitbaronessI think, you know, synchronicity is the the key factor and what's being built with this mobile app or mobile device is just amazing and it's the wave of the future and it doesn't necessarily mean it's just Solana, it's the ability for people to.
kitbaronessYou know, if you're uh 101 artist, office, theorem, network and so forth, you can there's ability to work with Solana just wanna blockchain is low gas fees, high speeds and it's practicality to work on other layer. Blockchain is just amazing.
kitbaronessAwesome, yeah, I.
kidonthephoenixAnd with the one thing with the the Avant pushing for I'm, I keep telling Dave, I say I want an app that will notify me about shit with these like the marketplace action, like man, that's something I would love to see an app do. And that's just, that's an idea that I contributed. Where, why can't we build something where if the floor price or the sales volume of a thug bird or a hellbender or whatever goes up drastically within the course of an hour, I want to get a notification about it because
kidonthephoenixSpending too much time going to magic eating and looking and checking and it would just be nice to have something where there's some parameters that can be set that send a notification.
kidonthephoenixAnd that's just one idea, and that's to give an example. But what we wanna do is encourage other people with other ideas to come up. Dave can put it on the whiteboard. We can talk about it. We can figure out which ideas we want to do and and solidify a vision and make something that's that, that people will actually be able to really benefit from. So then what we have is we have.
kidonthephoenixHave a NFT project and an app that that has utility, but it's also got the lifeblood of the ecosystem with the one of 1 creators and we're supporting that. So it's got kind of the best of both worlds and that's something that I don't see a lot of projects do really well. It usually is just one or the other, but I think we have a really good opportunity here to do both.
kidonthephoenixI wanna just welcome. We got pinwheel up here speaking. We've got JJ. How you guys doing?
kidonthephoenixGreat. Just great. Thank you. We are OK.
pinwheelinghocaAwesome.
kidonthephoenixAnd a real quick everybody in the space, if you haven't retweeted it out, let's go ahead and get it. Give it a retweet. Uh, get some people in here. Uh, if you know any artists, get them in here. Let's get them excited about what we're doing. Maybe get some art collected. If you know any developers, if you know any community managers, if you know anybody, let's get them in here. If, if somebody wants to help build what we're doing, let's let's retweet the space out and get as many people as we c
kidonthephoenixThe.
pinwheelinghocaAnd I am back now. I'm embarrassed to say that our.
motocoasterGuests from Utah were perfectly settled in and I had to go interrupt them and put the quilt on the bed and put the burners back on the stove, but they were very gracious about it.
motocoasterSo, but I have been listening and and I I wanted to add that we're going to add.
motocoaster4:30 so it's going to wrap up. It's been 90 minutes total.
motocoaster4:30 we're gonna do a giveaway. As long as there are 10 people in here, we've had 10 retweets.
motocoasterWe're gonna give away a hell Bender.
motocoasterSo, and you're definitely going to want those.
motocoasterSo I hope you'll stay for this and the way we're organizing it. I did put a link up at the top.
motocoasterAnd um.
motocoasterDefinitely want kid to to be more of the MC today because this is his wheelhouse, but what we're really doing, I'm going to be making a list and keeping the section on the whiteboard on.
motocoasterOne of one artists and artists in general and creators and just taking notes and basically we're going to come up with a philosophy of what?
motocoasterHellbenders should be collecting.
motocoasterWith our funds, some of that's going to actually be preeminent. We have a generous grant from the Solana Foundation mobile grant. So we're going to be using some of that to collect some art and then once we do our, our big mint, we're going to have.
motocoasterBe able to collect a lot of art, so we'd like to just, you know, have the curator start talk to people and make this a conversation about what we're looking for, what makes really compelling.
motocoasterNFT art, the other thing I'd just like to share before we hop into that is that, you know, based on these conversations and particularly what we did yesterday, we came up with a new launch concept.
motocoasterThat's gonna happen in the next week or so. So we're designing something called.
motocoasterUm, it's basically a leaderboard slash Launchpad, but you're going to be able to go in and do character creation, so create your ID. And yesterday we got some amazing.
motocoasterPlayers so I've been farming community cultivator kid on the Phoenix obviously you know we got Arcade, Arcade, the cybernetic being Jaguar the artful healer you know we got. So we're going to sort of do this system hex the cosmic destroyer where you get even before pre ment.
motocoasterSo before we met the actual health boundaries collection, you're going to be able to go through layers and design your custom PFP and that's going to be minted as your identity with your own.
motocoasterThe bio that you're going to want in this social app? Your external link.
motocoasterAll those things are your username. All of that's going to actually be minted into your ID, which is going to be your ID in the system. So obviously it's, you know.
motocoasterYou're welcome to stay docked, but what's going to be cool is you can move these from wallet to wallet. But it's the combination of the wallet address that's minted at with that allows people to know that it's you versus if you've. If it winds up changing wallets, you know the person might want to check again and make sure that you haven't sold this or whatever. And as kids said, it's all about notifications. There was this great app key base. I don't know if anyone used it, but it was bought by
motocoasterZoom and what's really cool about it is when you validated a connection, if that person changed their.
motocoasterIf they reconnected with a different wallet address, it told you. And we used it in all kinds of organizing to make sure like you know someone hadn't taken over account or whatever. So anyway, we're designing like cool systems that we're going to have ready in a week or two that are really going to start building this all out. So with that.
motocoasterPinwheel, you were up here first. Can you tell us, um, and what I'd like to do is certainly everybody please follow the speakers. And while you're up here, you know, feel free to put some of your art up on the Jumbotron and tell us in particular, we're really interested in going deep on this. We want to get to know you. What inspires you? What made?
motocoasterWhat made you an artist and.
motocoasterWhat compels you to keep creating?
motocoasterYeah, this is the best part.
pinwheelinghocaLet me just tell people so it will be amazing and interesting for you also.
pinwheelinghocaFirst of all, before I start, I want to introduce myself. My name is inja. I'm 37.
pinwheelinghocaI'm a teacher and I work for children in my free time.
pinwheelinghocaI create these pinwheels because these are about children and also they have a special place in my life because.
pinwheelinghocaWhen I was kid, I had to.
pinwheelinghocaMake my own pinwheels because I couldn't buy any of them.
pinwheelinghocaI couldn't purchase.
pinwheelinghocaI could make pinwheels from wood. I can make wooden pinwheels. It was like 2 bladed.
pinwheelinghocaPlane propellers, but it could spin very fast if it blows and I was very happy with these pinwheels.
pinwheelinghocaAngry. Older. Uh, I missed those days a lot and his longing is treason and inspiration of my collection.
pinwheelinghocaWith this collection I want to move this.
pinwheelinghocaHumorous introductory and keep them spin forever.
pinwheelinghocaAs they stay up there, they manifest that those childhood memories.
pinwheelinghocaYou forgotten?
pinwheelinghocaThese pinwheels don't need wind to spin with the help of Web 3.
pinwheelinghocaCollection is consists of.
pinwheelinghocaThings which are 1000 pixel video animation with sound effects and chair covers.
pinwheelinghocaNot generate your arts. They are they are unique. One of one.
pinwheelinghocaIt takes an hour to create each one wheel on Photoshop.
pinwheelinghocaUh, some items are on 40 and some are on it, but mainly they are on etherium. The fuel price is 0.01.
pinwheelinghocaThere are many pinwheel forms.
pinwheelinghocaAnd I have created 620 items but I will create more than 1000 to finish my collection.
pinwheelinghocaMore like create, the more they become.
pinwheelinghocaSo uh.
pinwheelinghocaThis collection would be much more valuable than I reach that point.
pinwheelinghocaYou can read my road map and check my website for details.
pinwheelinghocaWe also make custom pinwheels at the full price about unity projects.
pinwheelinghocaThe collector can get printable format and move the NFT into real world.
pinwheelinghocaUh, it's like making origami. I sent the collector the printable format of Pinwheel and he cuts.
pinwheelinghocaIt's out cuts and pins it.
pinwheelinghocaSo make a real pinwheel of his of his art.
pinwheelinghocaAnd lastly every allocate some of the income to Save the Children that RG.
pinwheelinghocaWhen I make 0.1 eat more sale, I will donate 100 bucks to that charity because it's on my road map.
pinwheelinghocaAnd that's it. Thanks very much for listening and sparing time.
pinwheelinghocaWaiting for your comments or questions about the project.
pinwheelinghocaI'll be happy if you retweet and like my post.
pinwheelinghocaSo maybe your followers will have a chance to meet these pinwheels too. Thank you in advance.
pinwheelinghocaWell, that's amazing. I mean I have so many questions. I'm just going to limit it to a couple so other can others can hop up. But one thing that I was curious about, you said that you couldn't purchase them. I imagine that's because.
motocoasterYou couldn't afford them.
motocoasterWe.
pinwheelinghocaWhat? What was your circumstance?
motocoasterBecause since I was in a village, there were no toy shops near nearby and we were not aware that toys were being sold in toy shops. We only knew farm lands and nature.
pinwheelinghocaUh, where was this? Um, what city? What town?
motocoasterA small village in Turkey.
pinwheelinghocaAmazing. And so you also mentioned that you long for those days, so even though there wasn't a lot of.
motocoasterMaterial wealth. It sounds like you had, in a lot of ways, a very magical childhood.
motocoasterIn fact, I in my childhood, I was creative because I could. I had to be creative to have fun.
pinwheelinghocaAnd so we just we with this I still create something. If I had, if I bought or if I had a chance to buy a toys then I maybe I would not that much creative.
pinwheelinghocaUh, yes. I missed those days because I I realized that I was really happy when I was kid, but my childhood was not that much that much magical. We were happy, pure happiness without reason.
pinwheelinghocaBut nowadays we have.
pinwheelinghocaMaybe you need some?
pinwheelinghocaReason to be happy, but at those times we didn't need that.
pinwheelinghocaI love that that's so wise. People now need reasons to be happy, and before it's just pure happiness without reason. That's really beautiful.
motocoasterKid or kid, do you have any questions or comments for for pinwheel?
motocoasterHave you mentioned anything on Solana Pinwheel?
kidonthephoenixIn fact, I tried Solana network. Uh, I I created another project. It's 0.1 Solana. It's about font fortune. As I said, I am a teacher. It was a project of English it. It is like telling your fortune, but it's funny. It's funny for fun fortune.
pinwheelinghocaProject name is also found Fortune.
pinwheelinghocaSide of that, I tried to maintain a pinwheels. Then I deleted. I burned the items because I wanted.
pinwheelinghocaTo increase my number as a collection, because I think a collection should consist of lots lots of items because the collector wants to barrows and find the item which appeals to him very much.
pinwheelinghocaCook off.
davidcastainNice, all right.
motocoasterKit any other Jimmy comments or questions for pinwheel before we invite I believe?
motocoasterJ might have been next or or Kunal, I'm not sure.
motocoasterJJ you wanna?
motocoasterFor for the sake of other people.
kitbaronessNot looking.
kitbaronessLaugh.
kitbaronessGetting kids? Kind of uh, transcribing my head a little.
kitbaronessFirst, the acronym of it.
kitbaronessAgree.
kidonthephoenixAvailable just triggers me like ohh help me help ohh no and it would just.
kitbaronessI feel you.
kidonthephoenixBut uh, can wheel do you?
kitbaronessDid you met your etherium?
kitbaronessAnd upkeep until meds eaten like you have your contract.
kitbaronessAccepting Solana is like right.
kitbaronessI don't know if you understood that pinwheel, but Umm unmagic Eden, you can actually have the contract such that people have a choice of minting and Ethereum or or Saul.
motocoasterUh, sorry, I only use uh open C laser meeting. I couldn't unmute myself. You might. My items are only on open C on one choice for meeting.
pinwheelinghocaSo can I meant thug birds with ETH?
davidcastainUm, yes, yes.
pinwheelinghocaNot men, but by.
davidcastainI don't know if it works that way, I haven't tried.
motocoasterOK.
pinwheelinghocaI feel like it doesn't for some reason, which it should because that would be good.
davidcastainI'm not sure, I'm not sure. Alright, well it we had JJ up, it looks like you dropped down. Hopefully you'll come back up to the speaker, but Umm, why don't we invite Kunal next to share a little bit about your art?
motocoasterHimoto high kids hi duck kid. Hi everyone. Am I audible?
kunstvonkun2022Absolutely. You're loud and clear.
motocoasterYou're audible.
davidcastainOhh OK OK thank you uh for this space I think it's my first time here.
kunstvonkun2022I'm. I'm kanaal debnath. I'm a fashion designer and a multidisciplinary artist based in India.
kunstvonkun2022And it's almost like 8 months in NFT. So it's been like a fun journey for me. And yeah, exploring various avenues to express myself and I'm a trained artist. I've practicing for more than 20 years and I was trained in all sort of academic drawings and watercolors, oils.
kunstvonkun2022And kind of ventured out into more different directions of contemporary art right now, right now with discourse. And my studies kind of revolve around a lot of material exploration and a lot of studies around found objects and involving a lot of sustainable methods of like recycling up cycling. So it's basically very sustainable. I use a lot of discarded objects.
kunstvonkun2022And found items in my studies and my discourse and my practice to create. So it's really, really enriching and fun to kind of work with hands. This is what I love doing. I'm very analog in that way. I love working with and everything has to be done.
kunstvonkun2022With hand or the hand skills, that's what I'm very passionate about. Everything from embroideries to stitching and all sort of throwing them very much. And I also have a luxury fashion brand in India. We do luxury women's hair. And yeah, I'm just exploring the space. Thank you.
kunstvonkun2022Well, that's wonderful. I'm looking at some of your work, particularly the PIN tweet is just so compelling.
motocoasterThose actual bandages.
motocoasterAh, no. It's actually a cotton malmal, which is basically the softest cotton which is woven in India.
kunstvonkun2022So it's a vacant temporary expression. And I did this when I was starting about the feminist art movement and stuff, and it was during 2018, which, and it was the same time where the mute Me 2 movement kind of broke out.
kunstvonkun2022And because I was in fashion and also I was also kind of very I had this sort of proximity to a lot of things. And I I saw a lot of things happening in I I saw a lot of my, I knew a lot of people who were called out at that time.
kunstvonkun2022So I had a very close sort of interaction at that time with the whole movement.
kunstvonkun2022And a lot of my friends also came out and and so this piece was not just about the me too movement, it was actually questioning the whole.
kunstvonkun2022Power play, I think me too was more about like authoritative sort of dictatorship of power rather than it was based on gender. I do not think it was it gender sort of a war. I think it was basically questioning the power play, you know what I mean? So there's a lot of things involved. Me too. I also was very much in tandem with the whole imperialism, which happened in India. I wanted to kind of decolonize the whole fabric of India.
kunstvonkun2022Through my art and stuff and and and kind of kind of honored the bleeding sort of fossilized trauma which was kind of.
kunstvonkun2022Buried inside and I wanted to kind of trigger those moments which happened and also a lot of things. It happened with the textile industry basically during the.
kunstvonkun2022Did you burial or the colonization because there was a lot of trade that was that happened that also a lot of murder and genocide that happened during that time especially with the with all the weavers in India so.
kunstvonkun2022Uh, so it kind of encapsulates all those emotions.
kunstvonkun2022I would don't want to get into the nitty gritties of it kind of, because it's pretty much very dark, so yeah.
kunstvonkun2022Wow. No, it's a it's a incredible story. And on your.
motocoasterUm, your bio. It also mentions fashion design. Is your.
motocoasterAnd you've talked about the materials and upcycling. Do you do clothing as art and art is clothing how? How are those two interests connected?
motocoasterUm, I mean, for me, everything is art.
kunstvonkun2022Maybe because of the childhood I had. It's very artistic. I was like trained in the arts, music. I used to do theater, remember, very, very early on. So I had a very, very artistic sort of a background. And also my parents kind of pushed me nuts, you know, I I've never had this thing. You no, no, no. You can't be an artist or stuff. We never had that. So there was a lot of power that was given to me by my parents and my by my family to be who really.
kunstvonkun2022They wanted to be and it just happened with a lot of ease I guess. I mean there is a lot of hard work, I'm not going to discount that. But also there's a lot of love that happened. I think that kind of enabled me to kind of achieve what I really wanted to. But yes, a lot of the things is kind of overlaps like my fashion is, art is, sometimes my art gets also gets into like fashion and so.
kunstvonkun2022Wow.
motocoasterYeah, the client of clothes which I'm doing for my brand is actually all hand done. It's all handmade. It's luxury, it's it's a luxury Pret line. We do women's wear and it's basically all the hand ancient Indian skills done in a very modern sort of way, high quality goods basically.
kunstvonkun2022Yeah, so.
kunstvonkun2022It's like Gandhi meets Gucci.
motocoasterYeah.
kunstvonkun2022Just.
motocoasterWe made some, yeah. Maybe. Yeah. We use a lot, yes. But yeah.
kunstvonkun2022Yeah, you can tell I'm not in the fashion world because I'm sure I picked exactly the wrong example well before I ask.
motocoasterKit and I'm sorry the Baroness and and kid to join in.
motocoasterI just would like to just reset the room quick, let everybody know what's what we're here for and what's going on because we've had some people join. We're launching a new project, the Mint date is February 3rd of 2023, that's 2323. And building up to that we have a a generous grant from the Solana mobile team. So we're going to be collecting.
motocoasterStart with that grant and then once we.
motocoasterMeant um, we're hoping to really have a substantial.
motocoasterGallery at the Hellbenders clubhouse so we're just starting this process of.
motocoasterTalking to artists, the kids going to be curating the collection and so that's what today is for. So kid, would you do you have any questions or comments?
motocoasterNo, no questions are it's just I really enjoyed listening to.
kidonthephoenixYou know, your journey through that and well, I guess my question would be.
kidonthephoenixI mean, what was your experience like with your family when you started doing all these, you know, doing all this art for these movements and and all of that. I'm just curious like how was that?
kidonthephoenixI mean, my parents don't really understand what I do because they think. I mean, what is this abstract expressionism and all those crazy thing? Because I also use a lot of like cow dung and like crazy items, which are like everyday items but meeting into like contemporary art and stuff like that. It's very they think it's like some bourgeois guy who is doing something, you know? So they hardly care, but they are very happy.
kunstvonkun2022Nice.
kidonthephoenixAwesome fairness. Any questions or comments?
motocoasterYou know, I love hearing people's mindsets because when you look at art is very subjective based off of what you associate to. And then you actually meet the artist and hear their background, and then it kind of gives you a little bit more of an emotional integrity. You, you know, it's a learning curve for all of us to actually put ourselves in someone else's shoes. So appreciate your talking.
kitbaronessYeah, really. Thank you, canal. It's really fascinating and and I love the, you know, just Even so far such different journeys and such interesting journeys both you and pinwheel have have conveyed to us. So Jay Jakes, it looked like you got bumped from speaker before. We'd love to have you come off mute and tell us a bit about yourself.
motocoasterGood day guys. Yeah, I'm Jay, I'm a graphic artist from Nigeria and I'm currently working on two type of project that scholar minimalism artwork and illusion architectural collection. Yeah, that's basically those two artworks are mine and artworks I founded in Outlook iPhone. So I would love to talk about addition architecture. Let me pull it up.
jey_jey_naijaSo I'm with you guys. I just want happy.
jey_jey_naijaYeah, I hope you got you guys can see you now.
jey_jey_naijaI hope you can see it.
jey_jey_naijaSo am I still with you guys?
jey_jey_naijaYes, we got you on.
kidonthephoenixYeah, yeah, we got it cool.
motocoasterYeah.
jey_jey_naijaYeah, so illusion architecture.
jey_jey_naijaArchitectural unwill architecture brought to life with my imagination and with the use of perspective.
jey_jey_naijaThey're done on Colorado, so you're just kind of building my brand and doing it differently.
jey_jey_naijaYeah, so that's just the main thing about this collection and the what I'm working towards, just building it differently and doing it differently.
jey_jey_naijaSo and my column animal is my talk, probably pinned down up to. And let me just say a little bit about that too.
jey_jey_naijaWell, it's amazing. I mean, I just got lost in your on your feet and in your foundation art collection. It's really mesmerizing. So what what inspires you? Where did you, where in your life did it?
motocoasterDid the road fork and you suddenly found yourself going in this direction of architectural?
motocoasterDesign and art.
motocoasterLet me see what I see. I'll just say it's kind of inspirational because what if you are you're in my foundation right? You will see color minimalism artworks. That was a different collection that was working on before I started edition architecture. Basically you will see kind of similarities between these two collection. That's the kind of illusion feel.
jey_jey_naijaBetween these two collection I'm just kind of doing it differently and the reason why I started architecture once I kind of like I just basically I just, I just started, I just probably I was just inspired to start.
jey_jey_naijaJust kind of draining different and kind of building my own heartbrand during it and obviously obviously no one has done it before. So that's I think that's the reason why I'm I just majorly focus on these aspects.
jey_jey_naijaSo.
jey_jey_naijaFascinating. Well.
motocoasterBaroness. Anything to add or jump in with.
motocoasterWhat's the, what's the response like in your community there? In Nigeria, it's an EFT's as a whole.
kidonthephoenixOhh, it's quite OK. Yeah, we have a lot of Nigeria creatives here. We have a lot of Nigeria, OK. Even in the NFT space here we have a lot of Nigeria going to. So it's, it's I would say in term of Kuwaiti would say 60 years, I'll give you 6061 hundred.
jey_jey_naijaInteresting. Yeah, that's it. That's a good question. You know, I've also been thinking with this.
motocoasterSalata mobile phone the saga, even though it's, you know, a spending item in itself.
motocoasterIt could really wind up, I think, you know, long term it could really revolutionize things where you just really have a a crypto and NFT native phone that could, you know, people could find all kinds of uses for it. So I hope there's someone here actually built Thatcher who I'd just like to introduce. And you might want to follow him because we're setting up the Scobee Foundation. So Hellbenders are project Scobee societies.
motocoasterOur company, and he's going to be running a nonprofit that once we have enough funds, he's going to be looking at how to get.
motocoasterThe saga phone into as many hands as possible around the world so that we get a lot more creators and a lot more interesting things happening. So you might want to follow Bill and send him a message at some point. He'll follow you back, and after we get things rolling, you know we'll have a we'll have a whole grants program even beyond the what we're doing with the curating the collection.
motocoasterOK. Well, thank you so much for joining us, JJ, really beautiful work. Thank you.
motocoasterYeah. Good to be here with you guys, good to be here with you guys and looking forward to what you guys are up to.
jey_jey_naijaAlright. And that actually reminds me, Umm, please do follow the cohosts and stay in touch. We'll, we'll definitely, you'll know is as things grow and accelerate, we're here every day at.
motocoaster3:00 PM Eastern to 4:30 eastern, so 90 minutes and.
motocoasterThe purpose of this is building in public. We really want to connect deeply with.
motocoasterThe community, so that we create a collection, a Dow, and most importantly a mobile app that reflects what you all want, what we all want. And that's going to be. It's just a very different journey. It's been really fun for me because the typical journey is you build, build, build and then, you know, hope people want it. But this way, it's like I hear what people want and then we go build it. It's it's the great way to do it.
motocoasterAll right. Well, I don't really remember the order of people hopping up. I think. Um.
motocoasterCasey was next, and then Sanctuary was after him, now that they finally got the mic.
kitbaronessPerfect. Alright, so Casey, uh, it'll be Casey, Sanctuary and then Godiva and and if you've spoken, if you could just go back to being a listener just so we can let some more people up, that would be great. So Casey, please tell us about your work.
motocoasterHey, thanks so much. I really appreciate that. That's very nice of you. Thanks for hosting. This is great.
kcmaginationUm.
kcmaginationWho? So I have a.
kcmaginationTwo collections on Opensea that are available right now and two that are not yet priced out.
kcmaginationI have a dark arts collection and I have a power blender collection.
kcmaginationUh, the power blender is a lot of fun. Mixing Green Lantern with Santa Claus, and Yoda with Green Lantern, and Mr. Rogers with the Hulk and.
kcmaginationYeah.
kcmaginationSo you're the one who did that. I mean, you can see we have, we have the doctor in the audience wrapping here.
motocoasterIt's.
motocoasterI know dude. I'm so humbled. I'm so humbled that he's rocking that man. I'm like, what? Ohh. I'm so humbled about that. I'm so happy. Yeah.
kcmaginationUm yeah, yeah so.
kcmaginationI have those two available. I have my painted faces collection, which to me is, I don't know, more of a very calm, soothing.
kcmaginationPresentation and then I've got my abstract series that I'm working on. They're all a I I started off doing like in painting out painting and really trying to critique and then I kind of flipped the script and went pure prompt. If it doesn't work on the prompt then it gets deleted. So most of these have most of these images have a couple dozen behind them. Before I arrived at that one was the process anyways.
kcmaginationOhh go ahead.
kcmaginationSo this eventually, I just gotta jump in with this because I've been thinking that, you know, a lot of people talk about prompt.
motocoasterEngineering. And you know that prompt engineering is basically the future. That's what all the kids are going to do. And, you know, when they graduate from College in 15 years, that's the only thing that's going to be employing. But I'm kind of interested in prompt artistry, you know, and how much.
motocoasterI mean, I really just talk about it because there's no question that.
motocoasterAI is here. It's not the future anymore. And it's just it's such an incredible tool.
motocoasterIt's just wonderful that you know, you don't feel threatened by it. You're using it, this tool. Please dive into that more because I'm just fascinated.
motocoasterSure. Yeah. So there's two general camps of a art generation. One is an initial image that you alter and the other one is pure prompt generation. So just using words alone to generate an image versus taking an image and altering it with words.
kcmaginationUm.
kcmaginationThere is a a vast array of prompting techniques.
kcmaginationAnd.
kcmaginationMost people tend to use up the majority of the the characters available, but using everything from emojis to capitalization to numbers like my abstract series is all equations that generated these beautiful abstract images.
kcmaginationWhoa, that's amazing.
motocoasterYeah, yeah, equals MC squared is powerful. So yeah, so the the power behind the prompt.
kcmaginationIs that every character matters, even a space.
kcmaginationHmm.
motocoasterAnd so as people are dissecting it and and it's changing at the same time.
kcmaginationIt's a fast-paced environment for sure.
kcmaginationLet me jump in here real quick. Can you guys hear me?
robertwhetselYeah.
motocoasterYes, Rob, how you doing?
kcmaginationOhh.
kcmaginationHey man, you know, that's that's that's awesome. You, you, you talk about equations. I'm going to send you my equation that I did for my PhD. I want you to put that in art.
robertwhetselOhh yeah ohh yeah ohh dude the ohh man ohh that's outstanding. I'm pumped. Please that's awesome. Looking forward to that.
kcmaginationAll right.
robertwhetselUnfortunately, I think you might open up some sort of quantum disconnect we might wind. Well, I guess it couldn't be worse than this particular timeline is, so just go for it. Let's create a new stub.
motocoasterWe just start over.
robertwhetselYeah, reboot. Awesome.
motocoasterAh, well, you know and rob, you hopping up reminded me. I mean, we've been actually the Hellbenders game is based on machine learning and community prompts and prompts building on prompts. So there's something really wild that really hope you wind up aping into this project and being a.
motocoasterA core part of it, because, you know, it sounds like you've got the the prompt thing down and it's not easy. I'm telling you, I've been playing with it. I mean, it's obviously easy to create something, but to do something really interesting like what I'm seeing on your timeline is.
motocoasterIt's, I mean it. It really is an art in itself.
motocoasterI yeah.
kcmaginationI ask.
kidonthephoenixHe's talking. He's talking to you, KC, because I I don't do art.
robertwhetselYeah, yeah. Oh, man. Yeah. No, thank you very much. It's it's been a wild ride because I'm coming out of like, the corporate mortgage infrastructure, nonprofit outreach, financial literacy.
kcmaginationAnd so.
kcmaginationTaking my view and shifting it in this direction has been.
kcmaginationAmazing. It's been so fun and going into things like spatial and creating spatial spaces for one of one artists and different projects that don't have an additional channel of exposure for their work has been great. It's been a lot of fun.
kcmaginationAnd so, yeah.
kcmaginationWell, that's amazing. Well, thanks so much for sharing that. And as I mentioned to everybody at the top, there's a link where where I'm taking notes if you click on the little D.
motocoasterThe White Board will zoom into the notes I'm taking, but you can also always come back and look at this once again. We're building in public the killer app for the saga, iOS and Android. And so today we're looking at at art for the Hellbenders clubhouse. And you know, because we only have 1/2 hour left and a lot of people are interested in and sharing.
motocoasterIf if you're another speaker instead of just sort of waiting for the end, you know, if you have a question or want to take it in a particular direction, Baroness kid, or even any of the other artists, just, you know, jump in while we're going in flow.
motocoasterAll right. Well, thank you so much, Casey. And just to make room for others, if you could.
motocoasterUm, join your friend.
motocoasterI'll step down too, but I don't know how to do it. How do you step me down?
robertwhetselOK.
motocoasterI don't think we need anybody to step down, Dave. I think there's a few spots open, so.
kidonthephoenixCool. I'm new at this, so thanks. All right. Sanctuary of happiness. Awesome. Can we hear about your?
motocoasterCo creative quest your artistic journey.
motocoasterI have one Moto I kill Baron I.
sanctuaryofhap3All fly. I think it was your left already. I everyone good evening. Sanctuary of happiness. I'm from Nigeria. Well I'm a graphic designer and also an AI artist.
sanctuaryofhap3On them I like to like just show my latest collection which I maintain deal with thing of souls.
sanctuaryofhap3Top AI art.
sanctuaryofhap3It's about.
sanctuaryofhap34.05 etherium.
sanctuaryofhap3Yeah. And I made a trade for each of the pieces. Like what he represents and yeah.
sanctuaryofhap3Thank you for having me in space, is actually my first time here.
sanctuaryofhap3Thank you.
sanctuaryofhap3Yeah, well, tell us. I'm, I'm looking at this. It's fascinating. So they're, you know, in your PIN tweet, there are these.
motocoaster6 images how did you generate? You said it was AI. What inspired you? What? Why did you go in this direction?
motocoasterUm, OK like I I I started using air like two months ago and I've been actually like, you know, finding it nice and you know something challenging. I've been wanting to get my rights prompt for for like what I want to like project out there.
sanctuaryofhap3And you know, I did. I did like 2 already, but this is the third one I'm doing and I think I'm I'm liking this. I actually run close to like 50 prompts, but just we're actually the six I selected for this collection.
sanctuaryofhap3Nice, amazing and just the same question.
motocoasterKid had asked before. Have you have you done anything on Solana yet? Have you considered it or are you right now all ETH?
motocoasterNo, I'm just saying I'm not doing anything so long. I just eat.
sanctuaryofhap3OK, well, maybe consider it. Give it a shot and as.
motocoasterUh, kept mentioned before you can actually sounds like you can cross post them, cross deploy them I guess to the two different chains and I guess if somebody mints it on.
motocoasterWith soul it winds up on Salana. If you minted on etherium, this is all news to me, but the Baroness reports it's possible, so I encourage people to to try that as well.
motocoasterThanks so much any any questions or comments for?
motocoasterThanks your of happiness. I'm thrilled we have two from Nigeria so far.
motocoasterYou guys are really wrapping.
motocoasterOK, bear less you actually have. You've been paying better attention than me.
motocoasterI would.
motocoasterIs it Moses or tolu? Who's next?
motocoasterI guess we'll just.
motocoasterRight.
motocoasterLet's see here. You know, since we're getting more people to request the MIC, could you start raising your hands? And that way we can actually differentiate. It's little. It pops out at us more to be able to recognize who comes up and is next to speak. So we'll just go Moses and then Tolo Tolo, I was actually last person I brought up.
kitbaronessWait, did Godiva speak yet? Because that was.
motocoasterI think we missed Godiva.
motocoasterYeah, your next skydive, I'm pretty sure.
motocoasterOhh yes, I'm sorry.
kitbaronessYeah. OK. Glad you raised your hand, so reminded us. So can you come off mute Godiva and tell us about your work and yourself?
motocoasterHey, what's up you guys got me?
godivaomoruyiYeah, loud and clear.
motocoasterOr are you guys?
godivaomoruyiGood evening. From here, Nigeria. I'm Godiva Mori.
godivaomoruyiAnd disciplinary artist.
godivaomoruyiI do alternative photography sometimes and.
godivaomoruyiI'm actually focusing on my digital.
godivaomoruyiAspect.
godivaomoruyiCurrently I am working on a project called Project 217 where I am creating 217 digital artworks.
godivaomoruyiI'm currently on.
godivaomoruyiI'm currently at #65 which have been minted at the moment, but I have created some that have not actually minted so.
godivaomoruyiLet me mint.
godivaomoruyiSo for this project I'm actually exploring a lot of ideas, just to you know.
godivaomoruyiUm, I'm trying to explore a lot under these projects from Expressionism to fashion. I just got started fashion in the projects. This is the recent let me just pin up.
godivaomoruyiHarrisons work I just did.
godivaomoruyiYeah, this is one of the pieces from my project SO17 so I've actually created.
godivaomoruyiI have a page personal page for the project running up and.
godivaomoruyiFor this project I decided to choose blue and orange. So the reason I chose Blue was to you know.
godivaomoruyiGive that serenity and orange to give the woman so whenever.
godivaomoruyiAnyone sees my work, they, you know, kind of like connects to the piece, you know, so.
godivaomoruyiYes.
godivaomoruyiI also do like I said, I also do alternative photography, which I would like to pin.
godivaomoruyiSo let me just pin up my.
godivaomoruyiSweet.
godivaomoruyiAll right, so this is my energy train photography. If you go through the paint with, you see I have some of my works on objects.
godivaomoruyiAnd.
godivaomoruyiAlso, this is one of.
godivaomoruyiThe alternative photography which is called.
godivaomoruyiOK, I just have to jump into quick because I don't know what why I can't do this but how do? OK now I see it. For some reason I had scrolled and I just like couldn't find your tweet. So I'm sorry I was just being silly. Keep going.
motocoasterOhh OK so.
godivaomoruyiLike I said.
godivaomoruyiI also do alternative photography, so this photography is called cyanotype, where I use two chemicals called potassium.
godivaomoruyiCitrates and then I'm onion.
godivaomoruyiI use sorry protection for tonight and ferric ammonium citrate. So these are the two chemicals combined together to give me this blue effect. So for the process.
godivaomoruyiI convert my image to negative, then I print it on a what's it called on a transparent film paper? Then after the mixture of the chemicals, the two chemicals, then I quote it on.
godivaomoruyiThe watercolor paper then leave it to dry for at least for three minutes.
godivaomoruyiThen once it's dried, then I place the the printed.
godivaomoruyiPiece that I printed on the transparency paper on the quoted.
godivaomoruyiPeople. Then I take it under the sun to let it go.
godivaomoruyiPrince for so for this piece it depends on the weather how bright the day is. Sometimes it takes me at least 10 minutes to live under the Sun to print out. Sometimes fix me when it's cloudy I I leave the work on.
godivaomoruyiThis one for about let's say 15 minutes.
godivaomoruyiYes, I think, I think I'll go like say so if you have any questions.
godivaomoruyiTo answer.
godivaomoruyiWell, I mean it's, it's incredible. It's.
motocoasterThe craftsmanship.
motocoasterAnd the iterations to to produce your work. I mean it and it's. The range is amazing, like some of it's just.
motocoasterGorgeous. And I don't know. I my jaws dropped my I come from a photography family. My mom was a professional photographer, both for photojournalism. She was photo editor of Washingtonian magazine. She you know, but she also did a lot of fine art photography and she collected our house was just filled with.
motocoasterPhoto she bought and when she made and you know I used to help her out the darkroom and stuff and you know I just with that background I'm just astounded by the quality of your work so I I do I'm my first question is just.
motocoasterYou know, a mechanical one, but.
motocoasterIt looks like you're doing a lot on.
motocoasterTezos and I'm just wondering how that's worked out for you and why you chose that um that chain with the communities like I may notice some is you know Ethan all that, but I just haven't seen a lot of of Tezos.
motocoasterAre.
motocoasterOhh.
godivaomoruyiSo.
godivaomoruyiI actually joined because I was.
godivaomoruyiCommunity, sorry, I actually joined the blockchain because at that moment they were. They just popped in and.
godivaomoruyiYou are looking for artists.
godivaomoruyiThat would like to join in the absorption. So I applied and yeah, it's been going a bit, OK, but I've actually sold one of my piece called Vitiligo which stood for about 1000 tests. So since then.
godivaomoruyiBeen like that. So, um so quickly. I'm just on.
godivaomoruyiBlockchains.
godivaomoruyiIt's and then.
godivaomoruyiThere's a.
godivaomoruyiAll right. Well, thanks so much. So, Umm, just to let those people have just joined, know what we're what we're doing. This is building in public and we're starting the process of collecting art for the hellbenders, clubhouse walls and kids going to be our curator. We're going to buy some art.
motocoasterSome in January once we get our grant money end of this month, and then once we've minted out February 3rd, we're going to go crazy. So there's a link to our.
motocoasterSometimes I just get so wrapped up I I forget to take notes, but we're recording these so I can add later. We're not going to forget anybody or forget any comments, and we're going to, at some point, figure out a process where the community really gets to.
motocoasterUm kiddo, you know, bring it down. But we really want the community to.
motocoasterDecorate the clubhouse and and create the vibes. So thank you so much for joining us. I will also would like to remind everybody at the bottom of the hour.
motocoasterUm.
motocoasterThe Doctor Who plays PW Coopers. I don't know if you know, maybe this is stupid, but goes back to those old drawings that they used to have on TV before there was like.
motocoasterUm, lotteries everywhere. And the guy from Pricewaterhouse Coopers would was always the one who would do the drawing, just to make sure it was all fair. They're also the ones at the Oscars who dealt with the envelopes. So that's going to be, that's going to be Doctor Rob Wetzel.
motocoasterUmm.
motocoasterUh, if you could raise your hand if you'd like to go next, that'll help us remember. OK, Moses. Uh, why don't you?
motocoasterHop on stage and meet yourself and and tell us about your art and all we're going to have time for. We'll do Moses Tolu and then.
motocoasterUh.
motocoasterFickle.
kitbaronessSpeaker of Galaxy Elvis.
motocoasterAll right. So Moses.
motocoasterAre you want to? Uh, high kids, hide the kid, hide everyone. To Lou, my man, OK, he's he's dropped down.
moseslovebonif1Very amazing, wonderful work.
moseslovebonif1I hope you can hear me clearly please.
moseslovebonif1Yeah, loud and clear.
motocoasterAlright, thank you. Thank you. It's so nice to be here and I can feel the love and I think there's this welcoming in your voice as you speak. And yeah, thank you. So yeah, my name is Moses and I'm a painter from West Africa.
moseslovebonif1And I work with oil paints on canvases and I've been preaching for a long time now.
moseslovebonif1I think my father is an artist, so I'm 27 presently. And I started, you know, following my father to the studio when I was like.
moseslovebonif1So I think for the past 22 years I've been around the arts and, you know, practicing and.
moseslovebonif1Building my askill until now so.
moseslovebonif1I've I've done a lot of experimenting. Even though my father was more of a Prince artist. He does a sign post, you know banners, rubber stamps. In those days that was actually a big deal because in my part of the world, in those, you know, back 1520 years ago, there were no Prince machines like that. That was, you know, print on banners and signposts like we have now. So you know, those days are most pencil art and artists were the ones.
moseslovebonif1They pulled and banners and stamps and all of those things, so.
moseslovebonif1Dad was much in my kitchen and I was his first ever apprentice, you know, working with him.
moseslovebonif1But over the years I decided to go more into figure painting and portraiture. And you know, I was more intrigued with faces, because I.
moseslovebonif1As you know.
moseslovebonif1Of human expression and there's so much in the human phase and.
moseslovebonif1So.
moseslovebonif1I just. I just wanted to go more farther than where my dad was, you know, with the arts and everything he was doing.
moseslovebonif1Which I was very intrigued.
moseslovebonif1I became my voice. I became my passion. I became my ever like every day. I just. I was so like my addiction, actually. I call it my addiction because I can't go day a day without, you know.
moseslovebonif1Reaching out so.
moseslovebonif1Have done hundreds of works over the years. And please, if you can, maybe you can just check through my video as I speak by tweets. Actually messy because I I do a lot of retweeting of people.
moseslovebonif1You know you.
moseslovebonif1Don't find much but on my media you will see some of my works and if you can just go through my link tree you'll see just go my open.
moseslovebonif1Yet as I speak.
moseslovebonif1I've created hundreds of works over the years. I have 4 collections on open sea.
moseslovebonif1All of my works are physical paintings, which are I take photographs of them with my phone.
moseslovebonif1Of the minted as in FT.
moseslovebonif1Don't see presently I do. I have my work just on open sea. But I'm trying to, you know, have some.
moseslovebonif1Because I'm presently doing a collaboration with Camp Kilmer, Val Kilmer. So yeah, that has really been.
moseslovebonif1Right after is very chilly and I wish I could speak more, but I'm trying to.
moseslovebonif1Time. So I really am very excited every time I'm given the opportunity to speak about my artworks. But when you look at my works, you see that everyone of these works are not just, I don't just spend, I don't just create like, you know, just create. Create art to communicate thoughts and emotion or a feeling or something. My perception of life my my idea or philosophies and how I see like.
moseslovebonif1A lot of my works are very have great deep by backside meanings and you know just so much emotion and passion goes into every one of them. The four collections I have and by superficial.
moseslovebonif1I and then you have a this collection I called the untitled collection where you see a lot of my old works, and there's so much of my old works I I just pulled into the untitled collection you see.
moseslovebonif1Wonderful.
moseslovebonif1From from over the years, you know, over the years I've been working and I just have some of them. I'm still meeting more because I can't put up everything I've done over the years.
moseslovebonif1I would like that, you know, just check them, enjoy the earth, and if you have a question for me, I'll be very.
moseslovebonif1That's about the ads, so very excited to.
moseslovebonif1Thank you so much for you know.
moseslovebonif1Have key.
moseslovebonif1Days are just wonderful.
moseslovebonif1Well, I'm really appreciative of you joining us and and sharing your art with us and the range is incredible and and each one just captures.
motocoasterSuch a different spirit and a different part of you. Some you know the the hands holding the crucifix is so meditative and that combined with some of the images of pain and then the you know still life it's just amazing and your craft is amazing. So thank you so much for joining us and and we're going to be here every day every weekday. So definitely hope you'll hope you'll come back and it sounds like at some point.
motocoasterKid, we're going to have to head for Nigeria and do one of these live, because that's clearly where the the hotbed of creativity is, so.
motocoasterLet's go.
kidonthephoenixLet's go. Absolutely. Hellbenders, Nigeria. We're gonna, we'll make the jackets, we'll make the patches. You guys will be a major chapter. All right. Well, thank you so much.
motocoasterTolu.
motocoasterPlease come off mute and tell us about your art. Put a couple things up at the top.
motocoasterIf there's anything you'd like to talk about in particular.
motocoasterHey, Moto, are you doing OK?
teemoney_baitAre you kids?
teemoney_baitHowdy.
motocoasterOK Umm, my name is Tolu um. I'm an artist from Nigeria.
teemoney_baitSorry idea, closing the space very soon. There's a friend of mine that's in the listeners. She's an amazing photographer. She love, love to talk about art.
teemoney_baitSo can I just kind of post that up here too?
teemoney_baitWhat is her name?
kitbaronessMy name is Tiana.
teemoney_baitYou said she's a listener. I don't ohh I see her. I'm sending her a mic.
kitbaronessOK, so so let me talk about myself. I'm artist from Nigeria as I said, so I'm going to pick up my work here and open sea as my first collection and open sea is called all colors alike.
teemoney_baitSuch an amazing piece just talking about racing different races of women and yeah, they are just to just describe the women of different races actually. So I have found that piece too on open sea and bring it up here too.
teemoney_baitSo.
teemoney_baitSo I have my collection of objects and on tells us I don't want to pin up a lot on the Jumbotron and you can check it out.
teemoney_baitAnd if you resonate with you, you can pick one up and I would like a feedback on any of them. Ohh thanks.
teemoney_baitMy first question is, um, I'm very curious about the medium of these of the the four women first.
motocoasterOK, uh, I use. Uh, a I. Well, I do I use.
teemoney_baitOK, I use different AI for my work. I cannot mix them. I used, I used table type fusion, I used to make journey and I used Photoshop.
teemoney_baitIncredible. I mean, what?
motocoasterMan, what you're producing with that is unbelievable. And as we we talked about before, I really see AI in the blockchain together creating just something completely new.
motocoasterThat.
motocoasterWe've never experienced before because very soon it's going to become real time and people with.
motocoasterA lot of skills that producing this are going to be able to create.
motocoasterInteractive live, uh, real time experiences with their audiences. Audiences become collectors. So I definitely hope you.
motocoasterStay with us and explore and experience what we're going to be doing together here. It really is beautiful work.
motocoasterI don't know if you're if your friend um was able to come up on stage. It doesn't look like it, but if you'd like to just say a couple words.
motocoasterUm, about her work.
motocoasterBut it's OK, she's she's a photographer and up here.
teemoney_baitSort of a move.
teemoney_baitOK.
teemoney_baitThis is one of our walk up here. It's called operation.
teemoney_baitOK, I see.
teemoney_baitWow.
motocoasterWow.
motocoasterThat is amazing.
motocoasterThank you. I can check out the local so she has a couple good nice pieces and test on tesos and open sea. Same foundations.
teemoney_baitWell, I think we're going to have to come to Nigeria and and hopefully you guys will come to come to Salana because that that's our home base and I think you'll find it extremely welcoming audience.
motocoasterSo thank you so much. If we could ask everybody to retweet the room, we're going to have one more.
motocoasterPresentation before we do our our drawing and um.
motocoasterSo please we the way the the system works is we've got to have 10 retweets and and 10 people here and then.
motocoasterWe have that. We have that day. But what I want to make sure that if you're here and you don't retweet your room, that means you can't be considered for the giveaway. So if you're here, retreat to them.
robertwhetselYeah, man, really. Kit won twice in a row, so.
motocoasterIf she does it again, man, I'm out.
robertwhetselOhh well no. She's a Co host so that disqualifies her. Ha ha ha.
motocoasterAlright, so um.
motocoasterGalaxy Elvis Fico, please tell us about your wonderful creations.
motocoasterHey, guys.
galaxyelvisAnd my name is galazi peku.
galaxyelvisFrom West Africa, Nigeria to be precise.
galaxyelvisAnd I mean photographer. No sign. Yeah, but mainly photographer do.
galaxyelvisLet me pin most of my work, Miss Streets photographer.
galaxyelvisAnd.
galaxyelvisWe have I we train. Actually what we do is we train children.
galaxyelvisPhotography like we teach them photography so from there the best graduating student we give them and gadgets for his thoughts like the best two so.
galaxyelvisWe've been in the game for a while now and there's another thing coming up we are.
galaxyelvisTrying to bring them up to into the NFT world so everybody should explore. Let me paint some of my work here so maybe you can you could see it. Can you tell me how far?
galaxyelvisAnd.
galaxyelvisYou.
galaxyelvisI'm scrolling your timeline and seeing just amazing work.
motocoasterThank you very much. Thank you very much that we've got out on Tezos and open sea actually. But most of the, most of our work is on Tezos. We've minted most of our work on Tezos.
galaxyelvisAnd.
galaxyelvisThere's a good part on this, the second, the second atom meeting now was actually made by one of our students. Yeah.
galaxyelvisAnd he's six years old.
galaxyelvisIs still coming, but he's learning. Actually learning fast.
galaxyelvisSo outside that.
galaxyelvisMaybe you could go to my entry and see most of our our work there so I won't pin plenty work. So please move to you. Maybe you could tell me how.
galaxyelvisHow do you feel about the arts provide you that is anything we could improve on?
galaxyelvisI'm mesmerized by the one you just put up there. There's three children. I mean, they're just.
motocoasterYou.
galaxyelvisThe expressions and the range of emotions, you know, you look at the one in the middle and it's just.
motocoasterYeah.
galaxyelvisYou just see such an old soul and so much wisdom there.
motocoasterYeah. Thank you very much. Thank you very much.
galaxyelvisOK, baby. Yeah.
galaxyelvisYeah.
galaxyelvisAnd and carrying the dot, you know, carrying the younger, younger sibling at that age, you know, and the brick in the background. I mean this is one I really want for the, for the clubhouse, no question.
motocoasterWell, thank you very much.
galaxyelvisI think that's The funny thing that there's actually a sweet story behind this and we're actually running and working on the project currently. Now the project is not mainly my project but like my student project. So probably we are trying to try, we are trying to create something striking and something emotional. You know, our subscribe is mainly St photography, so before the end of.
galaxyelvisNext week, I'm sure that have been done with it and maybe I'll bring I'll bring out the ads for the world to see. And the kids are actually doing amazing work though, so thank you very much.
galaxyelvisAll right. Thank you for joining us. Well.
motocoasterOK.
galaxyelvisWe're right at that time where one last chance to retweet.
motocoasterSo you can get entered in our drawing and we're going to give away a hellbender. You're going to have a choice of two. I'll send those to you. And just reminding everyone again where building in public, we're going to be building a mobile app for iOS, Android and the saga phone.
motocoasterAnd there's going to be hellbenders. Is going to be um.
motocoasterBasically, you're going to have to have a hellbender to activate the app. I mean, eventually it'll be opened up to more, but this is the way we're getting started because we want a tight community.
motocoasterSo please do keep showing up, getting involved. We'll be here every day at this time.
motocoasterDavid, I just hit the button at 4/29.
robertwhetselUh, huh.
motocoasterAnd what's the result?
motocoasterI'll give you one guess who popped up.
robertwhetselNo.
motocoasterYes.
robertwhetselWell, she disqualified herself by agreeing to cohost, so he should have rejected that.
motocoasterI would just like, well I did tell me who won until I hit the button and then it popped up and then it I was like what?
robertwhetselAlright, so so kit, you did win again. I'm going to redo the thing. What the this is this is.
robertwhetselWell, problem is, because it's not just retweeting, but the interaction, the engagement. And I enter, I engage the most with that tweet. So if people want to increase their chances, the more engagement, the more people they engage in, you know?
kitbaronessAnd the.
kitbaronessInteresting.
motocoasterAh, that's just you're she's sneaky.
robertwhetselOhh.
motocoasterOhh.
robertwhetselYou take a break and you start writing back and forth. Underneath that tweet. Your chances of winning increases. So get engagement next time. Everyone that's in here, you just heard it.
kitbaronessOhh.
robertwhetselWow, that's a real alpha.
motocoasterShe's she's a sneaky bugger.
robertwhetselAll right, all right. So I'm going to redo this.
robertwhetselThat's that's what I had no idea.
robertwhetselIt's a cool, cool little website though.
robertwhetselAll right.
robertwhetselIf she wins again, I'm. I'm out. I'm not doing this anymore.
robertwhetselAnd continue.
robertwhetselWe have a total of.
robertwhetsel15 people in here.
robertwhetselNo.
motocoasterAnd I wanna pull out or pull her out. I can't. OK, continue.
robertwhetselYeah, yeah, I know.
robertwhetselShe's not gonna win again.
motocoasterBegin to draw.
robertwhetselRonan, just one.
robertwhetselAll right. Is Ronan here?
motocoasterI thought he left.
motocoasterWell, you have to be present to win. I'm gonna tell him. Ohh, man, he's gonna be bummed.
motocoasterHe's a good friend.
motocoasterAlright, so everybody that's in space right now, if you are retweeted, just start engaging with that tweet right now before he does the next draw and see if it really, you know, recalibrates itself.
kitbaronessAll right. Is there a setting on this that you have to be present to win?
motocoasterThere, there isn't. But we said that.
robertwhetselYeah, alright. Well, just hit hit that again. We're going to keep going, burn the last raffle ticket and do it again.
motocoasterSo I played jeopardy.
robertwhetselAnd our.
motocoasterIt's.
robertwhetselYeah, man.
robertwhetselAlright, so I have.
robertwhetselThis is it's a monkey MD Stephen SO4.
robertwhetselOhh, he left as well.
motocoasterSo you know what's cool? Like we actually built in our app a giveaway system. Where?
motocoasterDo you have?
kitbaronessYou can set all kinds of criteria and qualifications, like you have to be holding a certain thing or this or that. It's all on chain. You put your thing on chain and it actually works in a live session, so it actually pops up for everybody to see, including the speaker. I don't know why you know Twitter can't do that, but that's actually.
motocoasterSorry, do you have a repository for that? Because I seen your tweet about the discord. If you like, I can make a bot and I can have it interact with that report.
kitbaronessUh.
motocoasterUmm.
robertwhetselWhat?
robertwhetselI can't talk today. Well, I bit my tongue a couple nights ago. It's pretty Dang bad. So my tongue doesn't work. But I can build into discord the bot that you can actually do the spin wheels and if you want to do a screen share so people are joining the discord, they can watch as you spin it as well.
kitbaronessThat's amazing. Well, actually we are setting up a brand new fresh discord.
motocoasterFor hellbenders. So as soon as that's set up, yeah, we'll definitely do something cool. And then as soon as our actual app is ready, we're going.
motocoasterGetaways.
motocoasterFrauds, frauds soul.
robertwhetselYeah.
motocoasterI gotta get a rooster here or chicken frost solves.
robertwhetselYeah, he's not here anymore either. Just keep pushing the button.
motocoasterGood.
robertwhetselGoodly movie. Alright, here's the next one.
robertwhetselI'm going to write this down so I know so is Ronan.
motocoasterYep.
robertwhetselYep.
robertwhetselMD and fiaz.
motocoasterYep, and now it's DEW do 3.
robertwhetselOhh, he left too.
motocoasterWhat the hell, Matt? Honey bears?
robertwhetselI've been farming.
motocoasterNo, no. Just a man hunting bears by himself. Mr Mad honey bears. He's still here.
robertwhetselNo, I didn't. I didn't even see him.
motocoasterYeah, he was down there.
robertwhetselHmm.
motocoasterAll right, next one I figured out how to not to have to go back and reset.
robertwhetselI have TOLU Stark dot Tez.
robertwhetselAll right.
motocoasterTolu, who shared his wonderful art.
motocoasterSo.
robertwhetselOK.
robertwhetselSo here's the thing to get this.
motocoasterTo get this if you don't have a.
motocoasterYou don't have a Solana wallet address. I recommend you download the Phantom Wallet and just send me by direct message or wallet address. Umm, and well, first I'll send you the couple help Enders and we'll get you a hellbender. So congratulations.
motocoasterAlan joined late but you know I would love to hear you know if and I'd also like I've been farming to to say hi to the group but let's.
motocoasterSo for the next just a little bit, I'd love to just hear from a couple others. So Alan, would you like to share your art?
motocoasterYeah, sure. Can you can everybody hear me?
prismaticllc95Yeah, please.
motocoasterAwesome. Yeah, I joined. I joined probably about an hour to an hour and a half ago. But I I like gut.
prismaticllc95I had to reset the app, so maybe it refreshed and threw back in.
prismaticllc95Um, but yeah, so.
prismaticllc95Um, relatively ish new to the NFT space. I just quickly went through some of my photos in my library and just like screenshotted it and then post it on my Twitter real quick so you can see a gist of some of the AI assisted work that I've been doing.
prismaticllc95Umm.
prismaticllc95Like.
prismaticllc95If you can see there's like.
prismaticllc95Like cosmic space lines, Angels, warriors, Dragons. It's it's pretty synchronistic because it's like, you know, hellbenders is an interesting way to put it.
prismaticllc95These are more heaven vendors.
motocoasterMy, my heaven vendors for sure. But like in in the same scape though it's like, you know, like from the heavens bending the hell right. Because like that's basically my whole life purpose is you know.
prismaticllc95Essentially taking like.
prismaticllc95Heavenly inspiration, but then using that heavenly inspiration to transform and transcend the.
prismaticllc95The negative darkness that we experience here and now when the relative matrixes. So that's basically, you know my my life's purpose more or less in its own way and.
prismaticllc95Yeah, so.
prismaticllc95AI assisted work is a part of it and the other side of it is like I have a EDM DJ artist persona as well too, where it's like I make my own music as well as like DJ mixes as well as taking like.
prismaticllc95What it's going to transform into like NFTS, but like visual works all embedded into the music. So it's like the stuff that you see like raves or festivals or whatnot. Like it's going to be this full, fully dimensional, fully immersive experience. And I think the future vision of it will will be where it's like I'll be able to cut out certain clips that I've already done. I have tons of stuff on my YouTube and like.
prismaticllc95There's a really fat link tree, but like, it's kind of hard to, like navigate through what? Basically just on my my YouTube, my Instagram, you'll find a lot of like the video stuff, somebody tik T.O.K stuff. We'll have some of the video stuff, but not as much. Mainly YouTube.
prismaticllc95And but yeah, just be visuals with the music that can then be coined off into the NFT space.
prismaticllc95And yeah, just it's, it's very, very open format and very, very like inclusive in the sense that it's always growing. And you know my intentions is to create community and create connection and to help also expand wealth and generate wealth in all these different areas, not only like the artist area but also like with the gaming as well too, because I have very humble beginnings within the gaming space as well and have a lot of connections there. So I want to be able to also.
prismaticllc95Make this mega rap to be able to also create a platform to help gamers build wealth. So that's a whole nother conversation, but yeah, there's there's a lot of different things going on.
prismaticllc95It's incredible. You know, it reminds me of and particularly and there's little feedback. So if you could go on mute and then.
prismaticllc95It's incredible. You know, it reminds me of and particularly and there's little feedback. So if you could go on mute and then come back when, yeah.
motocoasterThere's that book, I don't know if you've read it, the Nexus trilogy by Ramez Naam and just the prismatics, like the different. Something I read about rainbows is that everybody has a different rainbow. Like there's literally two people don't see the same rainbow because it's actually created through that interaction between.
motocoasterThe light and the human. Um, I actually had a dream.
motocoasterOne night the night after a ayahuasca journey where I was seeing all of these different rainbows in a garden, but there were lots of different rainbows in it, and it made me think that.
motocoasterKnew that you could only see one rainbow at a time, so there was obviously all these different.
motocoasterAll of these different consciousnesses that were present so but in this book because you had mentioned djaying.
motocoasterThrough you know, it's sci-fi, so there's just this complete connection between the DJ and the club goers through.
motocoasterNeural implants, nanotechnology, etcetera, etcetera. And your work just really reminds me of what that experience would be like and the range, you know, you have some incredible everything from incredible landscapes to.
motocoasterPortraits. Um, I mean, I really see this also in a game world. And yeah, I mean what incredible work. And I'd really like you to stay close to this because.
motocoasterThe Hellbenders game is all going to be based on AI.
motocoasterUm and.
motocoasterCo Creative, Co generative and it's just, you know, this is going to be an incredible.
motocoasterIncredible aspect of it, so really amazing work. Thank you so much for sharing it.
motocoasterI am curious about. I mean, do you use when you DJ? Do you combine, uh, your?
motocoasterVisual imagery with your music.
motocoasterYeah, thanks for asking and yes and.
prismaticllc95It's transforming. So like mainly when I'm DJing live or you know virtually or whatever I'll I usually have 3D visuals that that that create like these portal loops.
prismaticllc95I don't like again you you'd find on YouTube, but it's just basically 3D. One of my next per visions is to able to somehow learn how to animate these two D AI generated images into 3D formatted images so that I can really like make it more flowy.
prismaticllc95But yeah, with with 2D work it's like I've done like the the stuff where it's like you can do the ripple effect so it creates like an infinite loop in certain sectors you can create like an aura glow or like you know water moving or something like that, but I haven't yet.
prismaticllc95Umm.
prismaticllc95Invested fully into.
prismaticllc95That 3-D2D to 3D animation space? Not quite yet, so I'm bridging the gaps.
prismaticllc95I really don't think it'll be.
prismaticllc95Well, I really don't think it'll be very long before it's, um, it is truly.
motocoasterImmersive beyond what we can even imagine right now, particularly once we all have those augmented reality spectacles that, you know, just look like regular club kid 3D glasses or something.
motocoasterWell, thanks so much for joining us and.
motocoasterWell.
motocoasterI've been farming, I guess you're. I was hoping you could at least say hi, but I understand you're back in in listener mode and we should wrap up now anyway.
motocoasterSo, kid, can you can you take us out?
motocoasterYeah, I wanna see everybody back here tomorrow. Same bad station, same time.
kidonthephoenixAnd let's keep talking about how we can build a a great app and let's keep hearing about some more artists journey and let's keep connecting.
kidonthephoenixI, uh, yeah. So tomorrow 3 Eastern, 2 central.
kidonthephoenixCome join us. Help us build the app, hell benders, make sure you're following Moto.
kidonthephoenixKeep up to speed with us.
kidonthephoenixI don't know what time that is in Nigeria, but I appreciate you guys showing up. It's pretty late there. Alright, have a beautiful evening and hope to see everybody tomorrow.
motocoaster
