I want to use the word power networking because networking is just simple, but power networking is like, it's you know, it's like it changes your life, you know, the people you meet, keeps you feel connected even if you're like just working from home, you know. And it's also like a good source of information about like current trend

Group of, you know, alpha people are like a group of just NFT community, right? You talk to them and you're like getting all the news, just staying updated. You don't have to like, you know, check in your news all the time.

Right. And the third part I would like to say is like you never know when it might lead to a great opportunity for a new partnership or a new job. I met Jesus like you know through jazz guy like Jazzy Guy was is one of our admin in the moonbow, you know Voyage Club that I you know it's it's like my analytic community but so he was doing a survey on Twitter and that's when he found Jesus and you know we we connected on discord.

People can be like mentors, your former colleagues or something, or industry experts you have met at you know events and just colleagues and friends you have recently made a move or recently posted something, you know, thought proof like pretty much like on LinkedIn or Instagram, Twitter for example. You know you keep connecting to a lot of people you know on a dai

You would say, I would say like when it comes to like power networking, the secret is, you know, like the secret to making power networking manageable is keeping the calls or zooms to like just short, you know, you don't have to talk for hours and hours. You can be like, hey, what's up? You know, how are you doing? And you know what's going on with your life. It's just 10 to 15 minutes, you know, you don't really have to spend hours of, you know, all you got to do is just be respectful.

You know, on the other person's time. Just don't be like ohh let's talk every day to 15 minutes. I don't think that's the best option. You know, you gotta like respect the other persons. Yeah you gotta respect the other person's time as well. So if a second call is warranted, you can schedule one as a follow up. But if not, the short check-in can be perfect time frame for both parties, you know?

So here's I would say here's what each call should probably include. It's like a quick professional update sprinkle with a brief personal update. It's that relevant if if that's relevant based on your you know relationship, the catalyst for your outreach.

So I would say, Jesus, what do you think the most important thing is when it comes to networking, what people can do to make that networking or that connection more powerful?

Yeah, I I prefer if I have a mouth to mouth talk and not just chat because it can obviously network also through chatting.

But I think it's much more powerful to be in this 15 or 20 minute call like you said short but crisp instead of writing and you don't really get to express how you maybe want to express things. So for me that's clearly big indicator for tight also networking because there's a networking we just right here and there sometimes. But then you have these tight good networks right, that I want to really also take care of because I know that I value these.

Relationships. A lot.

So for me, yeah, the talking.

Wow, that's that's really insightful. Um, another thing I want to say is like when it comes to networking, it's very important to focus on learning. You know, most people have that. I would say dominant motivational focus, like what? Psychologists refer to this as either like a promotion or a prevention mindset, you know, so those in the former category I think primarily about the growth and advancement and accomplishment that networking can bring them while those in the ladder see it.

That's something they're obligated, you know, like me for example, I feel sometimes I feel ohh, I'm obligated to talk to this, you know, to this certain investor of my hedge fund because you know we have to connect even if even if we're not on the same energy level level. I just, I just feel obligated, you know, to take part because of professional reasons, you know.

So that's that. It's really important I would say definitely when it comes to networking, definitely like focus on work, like focus on learning about the other person and not just you know, just feeling obligated or something.

Yeah, I have, you know, met a lot of people from so many different cultures. I've traveled so much around the world and I came to know that a lot of people they're different. Everyone is unique and everyone needs different, I would say set off networking aspect, aspect like the way they connect and the way they express themselves, it's very different for.

Like a lot of people, you know.

Jesus, for example, I love talking to him like I don't. I I love talking to him for hours because I feel like I'm able to talk pretty much about anything without getting judged, you know? So I really appreciate that from you, Jesus.

These guys do, but we do it in a smaller scale because we just get funded by our NFT owners. So if we for example that depends on the market right now make a 1000 collection and we sell them for like 5 bucks, we will get I would say 50% I would put in a Treasury and that's what we have to work with. So it's obviously not like these big companies like CELINES for example where they work with bigger chunks. We would start small if in this market we're talking and.

Show like how how we perform overtime. So basically we are a hedge fund. Slash venture capitalists.

Slash NFT company in the end, but is it turns us now and yeah that's kind of it. There's obviously more to it that we for example have the charity aspect, but that's also not completely formed out because the community that's the fun part will take part in this project. So we will make different votes on different decisions. For example, hey, we want to donate now X amount of money. Where should it be for the getting the plastic out of the ocean foundation or?

Getting turtles rescued and some sanctuary, so that's where I think.

We will be different than other Daws because DAO itself is nothing new. What's interesting is that it's transparent, means you guys see every transaction we do. So if I buy or give money away or pay people, you see it. It's not like hidden behind the scenes and you guys don't know what happens. It's all laid down on the blockchain and we going to be fully transparent with the funds. So that's what I'm building.

So I have this NFT collection, it's a 10,000 PFP NFT collection, it's called the Moonball Voyage Club and we pretty much give travel rewards as utilities. So again, that's so much people, so many people actually asked me that, how are you able to fund that? So how are we able to?

I think that is because we are, I mean I I also run a hedge fund in New York, it's called the Blue Team capital and we would pretty much be doing derivatives trading from the funds of you know whatever the NFT collection is getting right. And that's how I mean based on my past experience, I my aunt like my AUM has, I mean it's, it's I don't want to brag about it, but 2020.

Was 1100% and then 2021, 2020 one, it was about like 600%. This year again it was about like a 300%. So you know we are really good at this game and now I have been trading since 2013. So I do trust that experience and I do, you know I would love that if the community would trust that experience as well and that's how we would be able to support.

The whole travel part, you know, like the whole travel report card. Some people ask me like what do you mean by travel rewards? What I mean by that is we would be having monthly like like raffles, you know, and then we would have like curated like trips and everything and the raffle winners will get to have like a free trip. So everything is going to be paid for like for example your flight, even your visa, like let's say you are in a.

Into your.

Different country and you know you require visa for that, for that particular, you know, location. So we would be also helping you with your visas and your flight tickets and your hotels and everything so.

So yeah, that's pretty much, pretty much us and me as a traveler. I've traveled like a lot of places and countries except Europe, but I've traveled a lot in Asia and, you know, South America as well. And I see that a lot of people kind of get trapped in that, you know, that tourist mentality. It's like they keep going to the same places and they don't, they don't really, you know, get to see the hidden locations. So my goal is to create that curated travel experience.

And just give it away to our community, you know?

And I would also love you guys like if you if you if you love if you really love traveling and let's say if you also have traveling space or more like traveling friends for example. I mean just tell them that hey this is a community for web three travelers you know and if you love traveling if you have that wanderlust just just join the moon bar where it's.

To Miami in a private jet and it's a round trip. So we would be having that as the first, first raffle, you know, travel reward for our community. And then as we go ahead with our quest map, we would be increasing that number and we would be you know, curating pretty much even more expensive locations and expensive places for sure, you know. So that's again we are trying to do as we go ahead with our quest map.

Again our quest map is pretty much based on you know floor price of our Moon bows. I don't want to sound crazy but I do aim higher and I do want to say that our ultimate quest map or road map activation is if if like moonbow and FT floor price reaches 258 we will be having our ultimate space travel launch as well. Like I have been talking to two board directors of space.

Yeah, you don't expect. Yeah, you don't expect like you, you just meet random people, but then they turn out to be extremely influential in your life, you know? And you're so happy that you connected with them in the first place.

And again, when you're trying to like I would say, if you like, let's say you recently met this person.

The most important thing is always, always have like a very strategic introduction, you know, some just don't say like, hey and just vanish like that. A really important thing is, you know, you introduce yourself in a very strategic way, you know, and not just, hey, good morning and blah, blah, blah, you know?

So if there's a specific person you hop, you know, like really hoping to connect with like let's say Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, doesn't matter. Like, you know, you really at least know that. You know, like at least know that person's background as well. I, I don't mean to say like stalk that person's account, but at least know something you know about them before you start, you know, jump into that conversation with them. So that's that.

So from there I moved to esports and gaming and yeah after that I moved to Web three. But so basically I was very lucky in that three hours not aware of how things work and all everything and how to manage the community community.

So basically I met this person over LinkedIn has his name is James, so he's the CEO of Accelerate Solutions. So basically what this what this organization does is this train people for free the way you said earlier like giving, giving to the community is the is the way of getting something back from them.

So this guy, basically he trailed a lot of people to be community manager, moderators, giving out free certificates and help them to understand how to manage communities, lots of lots of stuff. So so for me I would I would definitely say that James was the person who who is very important and that's how I measure the LinkedIn is the only networking.

Professional side where I met him and I was I was just browsing LinkedIn and I was just looking after things like basically I used to work for a very very big company in India which is which is into gaming and fantasy games. So they had a big layoff and due to due to recession they had a big layoff and I was looking. I was just wondering what.

That's what what next and what I have to do. So, so, so one day I was just browsing LinkedIn and I found James Post. I liked it really. I liked that particular post a lot. And then I connected with him. Then I was took up the course, which was for 11 days. And yeah, in that course, like I I get to learn a lot, like a lot of things about how to manage.

Community, how to how to talk professionally, how to how to follow some etiquettes which are really important to manage a community. So James was the first person and the next person. I would say it was Jesus because he's the he's the next person who like I was. I was still rookie and I'm still rookie. I'm still understanding this space and Jesus was the second person who who gave me the opportunity.

To at least moderate his community. And I wanted to make sure that Jesus isn't the the the project that isn't like something. What do you say? Yeah, it's it's not a rug or something like that. So what I wanted to do is I I wanted to know everything about the project. So I made sure to stay in one of his ask me anything AMA.

And yeah, I asked him a lot of stuff. Like, I think I'm the one person who kept on asking him so many questions, so many stupid questions, and then when I felt, OK, this is the right project I can start something with.

Bob was the time. Like, well, I felt that OK, I can surely be part of this project and I can work with this team. And since the idea is really beautiful, so yeah.
