Yeah bro. Ohh. The therapy space. It's a therapy space. Yeah man. It's called tabuns. It's like bro self-care Saturdays. It's a bro. It's a must. I'm telling you. You come through over there. It's so dope. It's so dope.
It really is, man. It really is. And I didn't know how important it was until I started realizing damn, I got a lot of shit. I need to get off my chest right, cause I go to regular therapy. But it's not, it's not the same shit, you know what I mean? Because I feel like nobody on in Twitterland knows really who the fuck you are unless you actually tell them, you know I'm saying.
Not that before you stepped in, because I was like in the middle of doing something. So when I stepped in, they were just introducing me and then they, they announced they were about to close the room. We've been here for over 2 hours.
Test account capabilities of you know of of his like projects that he got going on like the one that where they'll fund, they'll fund your, your, your, your NS mean you're trying to buy the finance it. So they mentioned that yeah we finance.
When the when any of the big company names come knocking and shit, I'm going to have to probably like use them as a customer service. If you're I would. I would prefer to, you know, just just for the sake of.
I'm part of the V I'm part of like the V community, so I'm just gonna have like V Nation dot ETH. So I'm just gonna create like the different Youtubers and you know, I'm saying like see if like like they're going to be able to like utilize it like, they're like they could be a great like test subject for me, you know?
Ohh absolutely bro and all you need all you need it to be a success. Cause from there you've been you have a proven concept that works already. So like bro I'm I'm all for it. I'm supporting you in that. If you need my help with anything I can help you. I got you bro.
Yeah, we're. Yeah, that would be. I mean, I guess by the time influencer starts speaking about it and they're saying all the utility over you could do with this. It's such an amazing tool. Yeah, I guess that's where.
And Google comes docking for that wallet. They're probably gonna come on wanting to purchase, you know, other derivatives as well, like they did in the.com area era. They fucking purchased a shit load of dot coms and derivatives with it. Even misspellings, bro, like.
You know, I just found the fucking. I just came across a really, really good one just now, bro. Dom, I couldn't let you up before, bro. I don't know what was going on. My brother. I don't know why it wasn't.
Had WAVY, had Stoney, had my boy actually happened to pop in at the perfect time with his like meta boards. So like he he bro I gotta show you. Got to see this shit, bro. Hold on. I'm going to show you like some of this is some of the dopest shit ever came in. And we were talking about like the Metaverse.
You know, we had some, some guy come in yesterday too, bro. Who was who was fucking his name. I forgot his name. He was a maxi bro. The guy just came in mad aggressive, cutting people off. I think he might have been really like drunk or wasted or whatever, talking about he's got like 100 something, Maxis like, asking random questions. And I'm tolerant.
Bro, like, I don't say his name is bloke or something like that. And I was like what the fuck? Like, bro, I knocked his ass down. I was like, yo, listen no I'm not trying to throw shade, bro. But I like I told you 234 times already. It's like I'm just gonna put you down the speaker like in more than welcome to listen. Did you just kept requesting kept, requesting kept. And I'm like, yo Gee, I think Jason or something. I'm like, yo, Jason like chill bro. And to the point where bro, I had to kick
I know. But The thing is too is that remember Twitter fucking controls whatever happens at the back end with a viewership, whoever sees our space or not. So I mean it's out of our control. We have to make an effort at least I guess at our end.
But it's literally like a a meter board. Yo was good play maker. It's legit a fucking it's a hoverboard for the metaverse. But we did a whole dive on this yesterday, bro. This is embro. Look how clean and for for like WAVY and like the tech crowd to be like, yo, this is so dope. Like, I'm totally getting one of these things, bro. The the 3D the way this guy this guy is one of the best 3D designers. Like I think I've ever fucking seen. Like, it's so impressive.
And like just like if you check it out and they didn't and they didn't mind yet, they're only making a thousand of these and they're gonna be hell of fucking cheap. They're making 1000 at I think it's going to be .075 for like the first one. And he's doing almost like a 2 for one kind of deal where if you buy the first one you'll get the second one. For point you can get both, for like .1 ETH you can get 2.
Yo, you know what's going to happen bro? You you're going to become like a staple in a regular on fucking that smart search that domain plug is it is doing because they said every time, Oh my God bro. If I type in meta your shit just like it's going to be bump bump, bump, bump, bump, bump, bump. Like you're it's going to be your shit that's going to be coming up.
That's what I'm saying, bro. Like anybody could do this. Like I got the Umm. Like with the I I came up with the, the, the copyright. I didn't come up with it, but maybe I make like started getting trending or something with the copyright sign. So I did the same thing with the with weed. So I went and got Ganja, Mary Jane, Herb, all that shit. Anything you could think, well it's like 567 words, but they all got the copyright on it. And then I got all the weed ones, so I did that.
Yo, what up? What up? No, I was just. I was just dreaming you. I was just saying, yo, I'll stop by for a minute because I'm gonna go to barbecue in awhile. But I saw you all. I saw you put out the space. I wanted to get in here and see what you guys were talking about. But hell yeah, dude, I love what you guys are talking about with the meta, for sure. Hell yeah. Like with the the smart searches and all that, you're gonna see homeboy pull up like so many domains pull up along his name anytime yo
One of those words, everybody's getting meta everything right now. So yeah, man, hell yeah. You're early to the game. You're gonna make some money off that. You're gonna get some exposure. And I just happen to be here, man.
Man look I appreciate that and and yo NFL champion this dude you know he was the first one they're saying what I was doing I was like because because NFL champion is the first person I met from the the whole ENS community so I that's why I fucked with NFL champion hard too because he the first one I told him about this he like he saw the the thing like it clicked like as soon as I told him so it was like yes it's like let's go.
People don't have imagination nowadays, man. Like, if you're gonna like, be successful, let alone in like in the metaverse, you've got to be able to have like, a little bit of imagination, like homeboy Zombies home was trying to own the block, bro. Forget him, forget the block. He's trying to own the hood. Like I swear, post office, power, wireless, you name it. He's going to be every utility fucking company there is. Yo, what's up, Dom?
Man, like like one thing that you gotta realize if you can't do it in real life and you can't see it in real life, ain't no way you're gonna be able to do it in the metaverse, bro. It's like you gotta.
You guys somewhat have your head on together in the real world before you step into the metaverse, bro. And then then with these domains, bro, I'm about to take over. Like, man, I got the I got the meta transportation, the meta, Postal Service, meta depot, meta, telephone meta, meta, wireless meta.
Down. Hey champ, you are half 1/2 man half zombie. Have you guys um used those free domain or those free websites, those dot Coms. It's like a domain. It's like it's one of those names where you can actually go in there and what you do is you put in a couple of like keywords, so like meta and building or meta and payments. And what it does is it'll go ahead and give you like 100 different.com names that you could make up out of those two words and it kind of uses.
AI, to help you figure them out, bro, those are kind of really cool. And if you haven't searched them, search them and be like, look up, uh, you know, domain God, what did I search? I searched like domain name Finder and it brought up this website and I just started putting in like different words that were trending in ENS and it brought up some really cool names, you know? And I think you would totally benefit from that. And I'm totally thinking about going and putting meta anything after and s
So my company that I made is called Meta and meta. Now you could just type in top 500 companies and you could just look at them and put meta in front of them. Like I got meta depot, metallosis, metal wireless, metal unlimited. You could literally just go down the top 500 companies and put metal right in front of them or you could just type in like type type type industries or top like high paced high paid jobs. Like. I mean the website stuff is cool too, but you want this stuff that's going to m
And it like other people like the two on board so they can conceptualize it quicker like they'll concept they'll be able to understand either like how I just said Johnson and Johnson alright my company is meta and meta just like how Facebook is rebranded their their company name is Meta now. So imagine how many how much traffic I'm about to get you know I'm saying they just name their whole company Meta. When they go look up meta transportation they gonna look up meta telephone like all them Fac
Appears to have stopped showing title tags for mobile mobile search results for the entire website, such as in searches for the name of a website which generally show the home page, according to Google Central documentation.
Search engine journal. What is this? Ohh. So this kind of plays into what you were just saying, right? Where it's like meta and meta if there's like. Is this real though? Like is this corroborated on a bunch of different things?
I'm telling, right? Like, hey, the other day, NFL champion, the second day I met you and we were talking about that. You know, I'm a brag about this forever. The second day I met you and I was telling you about to put the copyright sign in there. And then we all put this in a pool and we pay people out. NFL champion was like, bro, it's a good idea. Are you a developer or are you just come up with the ideas? I said, bro, I just come up with the ideas. The next day, or like two days later, the dud
No, no, not not the searchable feature. Essentially what they're doing is they're showing the full site name instead of the tags, right? So like what the way the algorithm works is if I type in like meta, like, you know, whatever combination of like meta, what of those search like when they go through the search tags, if your name is meta and meta, they're going to show ultimately if there is a website and a home page that has meta and meta. And that's exactly what somebody said, that's what's g
Hey is there a way guys to legally like with your meta and meta? OK, knowing that a lot of people are searching for meta Facebook meta and all that. Is there a way to legally somehow like say so you create the website but you also like allow a redirection to meta Facebook from your page but before they get to that redirection they've seen like domain names or whatever it else what whatever else you wanna put on that page, you know what I mean? It's like, it's like it.
Yeah. Like, like it will allow you to get to the meta, Facebook. But because, you know, let's say you pay a little extra for, you know, uh, CEO or CEO type of advertising or what have you. So you get a little bit up there and let's say they click on you and they're like, oh fuck, this isn't meta, but you have a little button that says redirection to meta, you know, Facebook. But again, before you see that, there's a couple little things about domains and etcetera, like your domains you have or w
You know, search results after meta, we do wanna advertise on there. Or maybe some of us say, hey, we'll pay to have some of our domains on there because we know when people search meta and or anything meta, you're going to be one of the top five, you know what I mean?
You're right about that. So this is what plays into the another thing I'm going to do. So I have the, I have the, I have meta, meta as like the head thing or like the head like name and then under it, that's where all those things fall under it. So I have the meta transportation meta Metaphone, meta. So each one I could do a different company for like 1000 bucks you know what I'm saying? And then over time this will be used as like a token of like certification like alright, you're under.
That a meta and then you're under meta, meta, the transportation part and it'll all like father, like family tree kind of together. And it'll be kind of like a tokenized way of of like saying you're official and then like this will all tie into another project I'm doing in TCG and I'm building a metaverse out and this other project. So in this other Metaverse I have, I commented the one out of 1 NFT out of 10,000. So in this meta verse everybody knows me. So through that this will be pretty much
Business card for everybody to know me in this metaverse. So once everybody knows me, they'll come to me and use my domain names and my old my system once I get it up and running. And then I got all the clean version of the name so I can go out and search for some companies to bring aboard my domain names too. Like I'm out here marketing myself. I'm not just sitting here waiting for the the these wraps that come out on the domain names. I'm not waiting for all this other stuff. Like I have all k
You're just a heads up though kids. I'm gonna have Sam from ESF tools. The ones who have like the domain rapper is now currently who you're able to like issue the sub domains name bound and all that other shit. Like that site is the dopest fucking site ever. I want to like. I'm going to start like diving into that shit like literally this weekend.
Yeah, like it's it's fucking cool as shit. Like, I was just reading up on it before I start, like fucking up all my domains just in case. But like bro, this shit you can do on there, it is so fucking cool. He's coming on Twitter spaces to give us like a walkthrough tutorial, I think probably on Tuesday, either Monday or Tuesday. So put your notifications on.
Yeah, put out, put out a tweet, I'll I'll mask, tweet that shit out and and get the word out. Hey, I'm a bit. I'm gonna have to go to that BBQ fam. So hopefully you got a spot later on space going on because I'd love to come back and chill, have a drink and listen to you fools and get together. But real quick, champ, how did you get that? Did you really get that Nick dot E interview or? I mean, what? How did you bro, when is that going down? We got to promote the hell out of that. But Congrats,
Bro, here's one thing, bro. The thing is you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. That's that's saying stayed with me my whole fucking life. When somebody told that to me as a kid, right? When I heard MJ say that, she was like, what the fuck miss 100% of the shots you don't take. I'm like, hell yeah, what do I lose? What am I afraid of being judged? I don't give a fuck. Like we need answers. So I literally, you guys want me to read you the fucking the DM real quick. Like, hold on one second. I
And we were, we had, I never had a back and forth, but I had reached out like three or four times prior, didn't respond. So I wrote that come day by the way, it's a pleasure to meet you. I wanted to reach out and see if you'd be open to coming on one of my Twitter spaces to help me and a lot of other people, which is basic info about how the Dow works. We could structure it where essentially there's a couple of people that come up for questions initially. I can provide you maybe a rough outline
On Twitter I said I just really enjoy this community, but misinformation spreads like cancer. And I realize you don't speak for or on behalf of the Dow, but you're an extremely respected name out here and I feel it would be awesome to just have a candid conversation with you for the community to hear what are your thoughts? And bro literally just wrote back. I'd be happy to. He goes, I just need a couple of weeks. He goes. Defcon is a little bit crazy. I just need some recovery time. I said no p
Bro, that that was genius. That was fucking funny. That was intelligent. And that also pulled that some of the strings of his were like, yeah, it is true. You know, this and that going on with the Community, this and that happening. It would be good to be a bit more vocal. Dude, that was a bad ass. Fucking honestly, that was probably, I don't know how what you sent out the first three times or if he was just really busy, but that was great. I I definitely got to take notes from you.
Yeah, appreciate it, bro. Appreciate it. Appreciate it. And you know, if you guys think that it would be helpful because like I like my whole life, this is kind of what I've done, right? In some way, shape or form. I guess I from Wall Street, like I did sales. So I I've written scripts, like literally scripts to where shit you've seen in like or heard in like boiler room in Wall Street. Like I've written scripts like that to where like nobody's getting off the phone with me unless you hanging up
You're talking to like, the C-Suite, right? Like the CMO, the CEO's, right. And like, like, I'll sell anything, like put point blank. So this stuff is like if you guys want and you're going to start reaching out to either companies or whatever it is, and you need help trying to figure out how do I get past the gatekeeper? Yeah.
So I got a question for you then. So then if you're saying that you got you you you're really good at selling So what is your what's your best domain that you're going to do sub domains out of in cell and and shield to everyone because you said that you you know you you got these suburbs these skills right. So like let me hear like what you going to do like what your domains like because you know what I'm gonna do with mines that's let me hear something of yours what you cooking with.
Can't. Somebody just didn't remember that fucking shit, somebody this pen, and he, the guy takes out of his hand and goes go fuck yourself and he throws the fucking pen out and he said no. So when it comes to these kind of domains, here's the thing, when like or when you're thinking about like selling something, right, it's like, well, what the hell are we selling? Does the person know what we're selling? Do they have a need for it? That's the biggest thing. And right now these people can't even
This thing. So in order to do that right, there's the level of education that has to happen almost like try like first right. So it's you can go a couple of different routes but obviously like I'm building out NFL champ, right. Look am I attached to it? No, I don't give a fuck. Somebody offers me enough money for it. I'm building that shit out. So I'm what I'm building out now is I'm looking at kind of what's in my network right now. Like what do I have the easiest access to and is this the easi
Like it makes sense for me and I'm gonna tell you why. Zombie. I work with the autograph IO team right with with with Dylan Rhodes and and some of those people who actually popped into my space a couple of nights ago and I I'm I'm trying to get him into the NS spaces. I have yet to get him into one, but he needs to 100% get in there. But autograph IO is literally Tom Brady and his company, right? So they're cofounders. Their partners. So there's an infamy right there. Tom Brady is an NFL champ.
NFL champ. So now I can go after these bigger names, right? I have somewhat of an inn, right with Dylan and I have to now think about how do I create value. So the way I'm doing this is, yeah, I created Tom Brady and Eli Manning for now just as kind of like the subdomains. But now what I've been doing the last few days is I'm gathering as much Intel as I can because I want to update. And what I'm realizing is you can update those fucking text records, OK, in your, in your, in your domain names w
Shit. And I'm just starting to read like smart contract addresses where it's like you're pointing towards like a smart contract that's having certain functions we can unlock over another 180 cryptocurrencies to be able to accept in our wallets, not just those typical four or five. So right now I'm in kind of like the data gathering stage, but once that's done, how I'm actually going to sell this shit bro, is I'm going to go like it's I'm relentless when it comes to the pursuit of something. If I
Right. For this? Like, what is the purpose of this? And I'm actually working on it now with somebody else. Shout out to fucking WAVY, who's a fucking master at this shit, right? He's helping me build a site. He's ultimately going to help me market that site, right, when it comes to the SEO aspect of it. And he's also going to be, Oh my God, what was the third thing? Say, oh, we're creating. So I'm writing the content and he's like, making it like, nice and clean for me. Like, like whether it's v
Already right where it's like I'm creating. I have so much content guys, and I don't. I literally don't put out any of it. I literally just help individuals. I'm, I'm idiot, right? I could be making so much more money if I knew how to like structure. But organization is not my key. So it's like he's massively helping me by doing those three things. And when those three things are done, then it's just sheer hustle. Like I'm going to pay influencers. I'm going to do like everyone, believe it or no
Every day. Because I don't care if I have to pay everybody to do it. That's what I'm gonna do. Because I believe in it that much. Because if Tom fucking Brady, Tom Brady just gives me either a retweet, a mention on a video, I don't give a shit something, or I can at least say that it's there and people can verify it on a blockchain, bro, I'm set.
No, that shit is doable. I'm saying web three, you better like people that saying there's too far reached maybe in web two when you had to go through all these companies and do all that other weird shit to get to people. But nine, web three you can go for.
The website's gonna resolve, bro. The website is going to resolve DNS also, like, so people are going to like, they're going to see the difference between web two, web three, and this is the one thing that I'm thinking about, and I haven't decided on which way I'm going to go yet. But there needs to be a right because initially this is where I look at it, right? It's like you're waving your hands and it's like, pay attention to me, ENS, ENS, ENS, and nobody's paying attention to you. Until final
Now it's get you have to get a hook in, otherwise their attention is gonna like it's gone. So you have a very, very small window to get somebody's actual attention. And this is where the hook comes into play. So when I'm thinking about the hook, I'm like, all right, what is going to be the actual best hook that I can like drive in, meaning what's the best value? And that's where I'm now starting to do more research. Also where it's like, is the best use case for, let's say, Tom Brady, does he ha
Right. How does he use it? I'm not looking to the Patriots and the Patriots who bought their ship for 75 Earth. They're actually going to be using it for a fan experience. So why can't Tom Brady do that? Why can't the individual players do the same thing? Right now I'm kind of understanding what it's like, where do Tom Brady's fucking fans live, right? Like, I'm taking such a deep dive into this because if I'm going to sit there and create all these different sub domains, right? And be like, thi
This is gonna be great, but I need to be sure. Not sure, but I need to put my best foot forward right? And not half asset because I could just create them now and just be like, oh, here you go and give it to them as is. What good does that do? Me couple people tweet about it, whatever.
Because here's what you have to here's we have to think. You have to think. If that person was standing in front of me and this is what we don't do, we don't simplify shit, right? We complicate. I don't know why, but we complicate ourselves more than anything. What would I say to the person if they're sitting right in front of me?
That is the point. I'm not going to give somebody the whole definition, theory of naming service. You're going to be able to do this. You'll be able to do that. Fuck all that. What is what? Oh, so you know, from a fan experience perspective, Tom, this would be revolutionary for you. It'd be a way for you to get in touch with your fans or experience or let your fans experience you like they've never experienced before. It's going to feel that much closer to you, right? You're going to be able to
Right there. If he's going to say, what's he going to tell me after I tell him that? No, fuck you. I don't want to talk to my fans. I don't want my fans to feel closer to me that are gonna pay me more money. No.
No that's cool because I think that a lot of people are missing missing the step number one like you got to have you got to build it up like people just buy it like it just sit on it. Like you have to actually do something with it. That's why I'm glad that you said that you didn't like the the in real life experience is like that goes along with it too. You can't just like it's got to be you got to come from all angles with this shit because it's it's new. So like when something's new you gotta
Yo. And the majority of people, bro, the majority, and I'm gonna say 85% of of like people are just buying these and they're just going to sit on them. And these are. And those are the people that are going to say, Oh my God, I sold my shit. And then two days later that person turned around and flipped it for 50 Ether 100 ETH. I promise you, you're going to hear those stories. But it's like if you're not going to dedicate yourself, then who the fuck is?
That's why I'm I'm glad I stumbled across this stuff, man. This is really a fucking gold mine. And especially what makes it so great is like you comment these, it's not it's not too late. Like I know we we we need to like the GRAIL word, whatever. But you know those things are still out there. You see me pulling these things out like they're still out there but they're just hard to come by. But man, once you find one of them, the one thing that I tried to do when I make a domain is like all righ
If I can't make like 10,000 subdomains off it, there's no point in me minting it. Or if I'm minting it, it's probably just for like for bragging rights like how I have that the zombie, or with the man with his hands up and the zombie and dot, it's like.
Yeah bro. Hell yeah bro. Like, you see now that you're different. Like that's a totally different mentality, right? People aren't like they're they're hearing you like right now and like what what does he say 10,000? That thought hasn't even crossed people's fucking minds, bro. Legit it actually it genuinely has it. Would you guys, would it be beneficial like would this like not sales but like kind of like approach and like what kind of homework to do beforehand. How to do discovery. Like what s
I think that would actually, I think, yeah cause and then on top of that NFL, I don't think anybody's done that yet. So I think that that would be something that you could brag about too on some thread type shit. Let's get it.
Yep. I've been meaning to do it with ranch. Yeah, I see you, bro. I've been meaning to do it with ranch. I've just been fucking doing a million other things. But I think like I can apply it to here and we can, I can kind of make like a little like mini sales playbook, you know what I mean? In terms of like how to go about like, you know, shopping these things, not shopping them, but like if the opportunity presents itself, like, you know how to go about it, kind of like sales.
Yeah, even even had a mint one or even um how to how to grab one off the mark you could do you could do 2 separate ways. You could do one on going about picking one off the market and whether like how to evaluate it and how many subdomains you can do and then you can do one about how we just meant them and how we make one.
How I'm gonna do it? Like I got the meta and meta and then I got a couple of them lined up under it. So like even now, like how you got in NFL champion, you could have like NFL light champion under it or like NF or NBA champion under it like you could we could even make that a whole meta, like having a father and son and type setup with the domains.
Yo, what's going on? Come here to support anytime you know there's a weekend ENS chat. I'm always out here to support. And you know the fact that I got in just when you were talking about building and stuff like that. And you know, I just wanna chime in a little bit if you don't mind if I post a little something on your little nest right there.
Yeah man I actually asked you know I got I got all these bags in in uh you know all these great ENS domains and you know and I was like I'm waiting for something to build upon it and I was like you know what I'm just gonna stop procrastinating and I see I ES is sublet he has his dot limo so I started learning about PSF and you know making making the free website and linking through your you know four through your DNS. So I bought ENS Thai dot ether which I'm starting my own I guess digital real
I'm doing a small little niche. So like I said, you know, I think she mentioned, you know, if you if you don't have a million sub domains you're doing it wrong. And I bought a lot of cities and street names where I can, you know, market, you know restaurant dot, you know let's say equivalent of Broadway right. So I bought some, you know places in Thailand that's very popping. Just imagine Broadway Rodeo, Dr 5th Ave. But imagine that hey shoes that 5th Ave or you know theater that 5th Ave and the
The fact that I can do it bro. You know you go on YouTube do a little bit of you know copy and paste and you can get your own free you know interplanetary you know filing system I PSF free website decentralized and you can kind of create it within like a day trust me with no you know computer experience. So I'm glad our building with us and like for me there's like a small little niche you know a lot of people in Southeast Asia they're huge on the the crypto but you know with ENS they're kind of
Here and there just to help the culture and I'm glad that you're having the space and you know, hopefully we give you people some ideas to go forward with this because I think it's like, it's man, I like I said for me like I'm trying to invest, you know, this is the future. I feel like this is going to be it. So if you start building, I think that's the fastest way versus just looking in your, you know, it did that getting offers like getting bids, you know, being a little depressed because all
Hmm. Yeah, for sure, bro. And just a heads up, by the way, so check this out. So in regards to what you were saying of like, you were registering like street names and like everything else, right. So the way that because we were talking about this last night where it was like these DNS domains can literally be like, they're going to be living obviously, like in your wallet, right. But when like when you think of like the metaverse, right, how does that actually play into this entire thing? So we
Everything that 0X was just going over and you're going to be able to cause like I don't think you have to register each, every single one of those obviously. Like that speaks to it directly and that's like a hey 5th Ave or you know like whatever name of a street or a neighborhood. But when you have all like when you have like an A dot E domain, if you have the name of let's say like a neighborhood, you then create the subdomains for each of like for that entire neighborhood. So the higher you g
Bro I got the I got the I Oh my God the if you get if you can get a land a land on ETH address like if you go in these meta verses I'm giving y'all sauce right now bro you go right in these meta verses and you go on there and you figure out what they call their land plots because it you know and and decentral land they call their land plots parcels. So what did I do I went right on there and I typed in parcel coordinates so I own that so now I can put you know how many subdomains I can make out
Yeah, that's fair. I mean, I mean I'm huge. I mean I would I got into space even for the NFT's even before the crypto actually bought land like you know, to central land and and sandbox and you know I kind of want to build upon that. But the fact that you have that, I mean best for sure I'm going to have to ask for your, you know, negative 1665.
And I'm gonna have to bargain with you here. But yeah I mean you see the potential and I I you know, I feel like damn, can we get paid a little bit for our thoughts and and and our and our vision. But I guess it doesn't work that way. But I think one day we're gonna we're gonna wake up and you know if you start seeing offers in your thing I feel like that's not when you sell like that. That's a big indicator you start seeing offer.
That's great ideas. These are great fucking ideas, man. Like, that's exactly the way, like, you see what I'm talking about? Like, to me, that's, I call that outside the box, right. Is that really outside the box? No, it's just a different angle that he's just like, yeah, I'm not trying to be the worker bee. I'm trying to be like the the like the Queen. Like I'm trying to be the bee that sees it from the CEO perspective. You understand? It's like, how does that person see it, right. You get what
It's it's one reason why I'm able to to call some of that stuff out is because I'm building that metaverse like building the city and the metaverse. So then like since I'm building the city out I have the biggest land plot then I told people to buy land plots around me. So once they buy like this isn't like everybody doesn't have that happen to them. They don't have like the dude like hey buy land pot over there buy land pot over there and then walk into India S and then have that that previous
Do you hear this dude right now? Like, the unwavering fucking and unrelenting confidence that this dude has, right? It's like the way he's talking is like, I don't care what anybody's going to try and tell me. Like, somebody can come up here and literally tell me. Like, fuck you. That's not going fast and you're going to fail. I don't care. Like, you're not going to, OK, go get out of here. Fine. Like, that's the way in which we need to speak and and think ahead. Right. Sorry.
Ohh, sorry brother, I thought you were done. I was just to say 100%, man. Like that's the kind of confidence that you got to have. Like not everybody's going to get it and not everybody's going to jump on your fucking bandwagon. And it's OK. It's just fine. You know, it's not for everybody, but it is for a lot of people and a lot more people coming up. So you know, how many people have started things and failed? How many people have been told that they weren't ever going to succeed that are more
Bro, if you're afraid of the I'll tell you guys right now, if you are afraid of rejection or afraid of the word no, I'm telling you, you're going to have a rough go of it. If I were you, I'd start making a hundred 100 cold calls a day and literally just get used to getting hung up on. Because if you're scared of the word no, it's going to be a really, really, really long road. Because in the sales game when you have to like, sell something, like you can control your effort, right? But you also c
You can only control what you're going to control. And the majority of people don't realize that. Yeah, I can control the effort I put in, but I can also control am I making the most of the time that I'm putting in? How am I doing this right? Like, start getting introspective and realizing I can fucking do. Like, I don't mean to sound Kumbaya, but like, this is what sales is. It's unrelenting belief in the shit that you do. Like, nobody can sit here and tell me, like, I'm not a great salesperson
No, I'm confident in my ability because I've done it before and I know that I can do it again. OK, different sale. I don't claim to know it. Show me how to do it. Be curious. And that applies to everything, especially in the NFC and the crypto game. If you're not curious, I'm telling you like, it's going to be an even longer Rd than this. You have to be like, you got to dig through everything, dig. But like, you could have a zombie. You having a good time doing this shit? Or is it going to be? I
No, this is man. This is pleasure. This is fun, this is exciting. And you know what? There's nothing. There's nothing negative about this. The only thing that's negative about this is probably my sleep schedule. But I mean, other than that, I mean.
So like there's no way that you gonna get ahead of the game. This is the only way you're gonna get ahead of the game. Like all these companies, all these big organizations they trying to box you out but the only way to get in is to be right here on spaces with other like minded people is trying to build through this bullshit. So if you hear right here building like not saying you're going to go to the moon but bro you got a way better chance that a lot of people. So man I'm I'm trying to get $1,
You know, I'm saying these domains that I got are pure fucking gold. Like I wasn't. I wasn't worried before I had these domains. But after I found these domains bro, I'm set. Like I just paid like $10 like in some some of these I paid 20 bucks for it when it was during the day and the gas was high. We give a fuck. You know how much about to make like these domains are the truth. NFT's are the truth. Behind these land plots is the truth. It's just buying the right ones at the right time, bro. And
Like you can't just fucking like all this stuff is speculative. Nothing in his hair is not speculative. If you can't see past the speculative like are you going to have to have to have someone hold your hand? Like you gonna you gonna need a adult supervision when you out here in these streets but.
I used to be that person being like, yeah, listen, this can out here with this bullshit, right. I used to be that person. That's negative self talk. That's you saying I'm hating on somebody else for having belief in themselves. Like, and I'm telling you here what this man is saying and you have to like. I'm not saying be like him. You have to believe that you can do this shit. These things. Things don't sell themselves. Period. End of story. There's very few that do. Water sells itself, yeah.
A NFL. I never. I never wanted a Lambeau. I never in my life wanted a Lambo until I came into crypto. So anybody said with these weird allegations and all stuff. Hey, this is the culture. This is what the fuck people get brought into. But I never wanted a Lambo in my life. I never wanted the biggest mansion in my life. Now we're done. Now we inside Web three doing all this shit. Mother fucking Lambeau this, Lambo that now. Alright, well, I want a Lambo too now. Like I never honestly wanted none
Yeah, bro, like I said, thanks for having me up. But like I said, you know, you actually, you mentioned, you know, you gotta reach for these dreams. Like literally, I'm actually first time obviously with the COVID restriction. I'm actually flying to Thailand actually, you know, investing my time and, you know plane tickets and, you know, family to actually spend some time there and actually, you know, literally doing some cold walking in like old school, like hey, I got this ENS, I would love fo
You know, obviously with the pandemic and stuff like that, I couldn't travel. But this is like, I think I'm gonna go forward, got this website up, I'm gonna get a haircut, buy a suit and just go to do the old school knock on the door and say, hey, can I, can I sell you this? So.
Yeah, for sure, bro. Like, I love that. I love that. If you want to know how to sell something, go door to door. Knock, go knocking on door to door, go to business or business. That's the that's the crash course. Then you'll really find out.
Because here's the one thing that somebody told me. When I first started, like in sales, I was like the cold call. I was like just after I quit Wall Street, by the way, I quit Wall Street. I was like, yeah, I'm gonna go cold call, like whatever, you going for punishment? Like, what the fuck are you doing? Yeah, that's what I wanted to do. And when I started calling.
Meaning on these phone calls, saying shit that I wouldn't normally say as a person pushing other people out of their comfort zone, right, to be able to do these things, right. And I'm not saying this is what you say to your prospects. This is what, in this context, this is what you're saying to yourself. Like, I got to get out of my comfort zone. Yeah. It's not comfortable for me to go up and maybe speak, or it's not comfortable for me to maybe go up and ask questions. Like that's the shit you h
That right there is the first step in selling fucking anything. Like get comfortable being uncomfortable a little bit because that's when you really start to like you're going to see like stride. Like yo, when I zombie, when I walked into your shit yesterday, like Zombie invited me to his special and I walked in and this is a dude that's been on this at that point was on for like, I don't know, 2448 hours, some crazy shit like that. This dude had a whole world fucking record room. The whole 9 ya
And I'm like, this is crazy because like, I saw the evolution happen where it was like a lot of people from my like my V community, like it took them weeks to do this like struggle, fight this, that this dude up here like.
That right there is like OK, now I know what I want. Now I know that this is what I'm going to do. This is my idea. Let me ask you this question, zombie, what if your idea doesn't work out? What if your sub domain idea doesn't work out? Or like you hit a roadblock? What do you do?
Ohh the anytime I find a hit a rollback, I just look for new. I just look for new. I hit a roadblock multiple times during the my crypto career. I've been in crypto for like 3 years now and anytime I've hit a roadblock I always just get in my bag and find new.
Yeah, Dave, I can see this being very, very beneficial in a lot of different ways actually. Like just as far as what to look for, what to avoid, you know, where to look for it. Here's, you know, here's your key points, you know, so people aren't fucking around on shitty websites and getting hacked and different things like that. It could be very, very beneficial. And also, shout out to special dude, I've been junking out on that issue.
Yeah, I was gonna say that that um that I PFS that. Ohh man need that for sure. Just talking about the the free website because I know how the Internet of Things and websites and all that nonsense. That web two way I know how all that works. So it ain't too far off from the way that the Web 3 version works, just different names and titles and stuff like that, but damn near the same shit.
Listen, like I PFS I can definitely like, I like, I even need to do more research into IPFS, right? But it's like when you think about PFS it's like the when you think of like the decentralized website that's that's ultimately what gives you decentralization is.
You don't have one central server, right? It's like my stuff is not stored in one like given place where everybody knows where it is. But I have to do more homework on PFS. But I'm gonna see if we can get WAVY in here to help us. But what else would you guys want to see? Like in like the?
Alright so we got three so far we got the IP FS then we got the one how how when you buy your domains you need to be looking for like the the criteria for like a 5000 to 10,000 domain buy or like the the the the the reasoning behind the emojis too. I think that that would be great like a lot of people that coming into the this ecosystem they should just have a a one stop shop where they can get everything they could get the.
Yeah, I, I I agree. I think that that first. Like how? Like simple shit, right? Like how to set up a wallet, how to keep that wallet safe, what applications are safe, right. And and like that stuff. But yeah, going into what what he was just saying.
And the criteria and also like educate people on how to be patient, like first and foremost right, cause like people need to watch this shit for a few months before buying in, which is something I never did, but I wish I would have done right.
Take your time and don't rush into things or you're going to get misspelled words. You're going to get things that you don't that don't actually work out because there's so many scams out there, right?
I I know a little bit about it, I know. So I should also state that like as you can imagine my use case is going to be more enterprise than like personal I think like IP SEC. Ipfs is an interesting storage like I guess, I mean I would argue with storage medium effectively. The problem with it is it's like it's priced like Dropbox which doesn't really make sense for actually it's more expensive than Dropbox when you get to large enough numbers. So I've actually found like other solutions like in
Torch provides I think is the better decentralized. Like it's not as I guess like decentralized as I PFS, but it's still a pretty decentralized solution. But realistically, until the cost basis gets down as low as something like an S3 Shard, it's going to be hard to see mass adoption of IP FS, at least as at an enterprise kind of level.
Like it? I love it. Yeah, I love what storage is doing. And for those that think that Trevor is speaking Japanese right now, you wanna just give them quickly, like what storage is, how they actually use, like, like how they look at file storage, how they do it, shards and everything else.
Sorry, all I know about it is that, so it's basically basically the way a lot of these services work is they're basically splitting up your taking your data kind of like dividing it into chunks of about I think it's like 64 megabytes at a time or some amount like that. And then they're distributing it and it's a service that basically tracks that distribution. That's essentially how I PFS works. DCS or at least storage solution which they call DCS works the same. It works roughly the same.
And they charge basically per full chunk. So if you only use one MB, you're paying for a full chunk because ultimately they have to, they have to serve at the content that way. But it's really good for like large files specifically because like. So it's like, it's a good solution like for like what I'd be using it for like my and like my work, which is a lot. Dealing with a lot of larger assets doesn't work as well.
For like documents or what have you. So I think with specific use cases you can find a lot of savings moving to a DCS solution over something like like a A WS like kind of an S3 storage solution IPFS. I don't know any off the shelf solutions except for like Pinata which is what most like most. A lot of people host NFT files using that but I don't like it because.
Yeah, So what I was saying is, I think, yeah, Pinata kinda makes sense for a personal solution, like if you want to use it like Dropbox or if you wanna host a couple files and you don't really care that much about the cost because it's such a small like like service cost. But if you're like looking for an enterprise solution, it's just not going to cut it. It's just like literally orders of magnitude more expensive than an S3 Shard or something like even DCS.
I know, no, no, I was gonna say if anybody, all I was gonna say is if anybody knows any other like IPFS, like storage based storage solutions that are more enterprise focused like, I'd love to hear about them because I've been looking for them in storage is the only one I've really found. It's technically not IPFS, but it's in the same kind of vein and I'd love to learn more about like who are the providers in that space because like right now S3 is just still the simplest. But obviously in the
For sure. So here's the definition that if you look at every like you guys look on Wikipedia, this what I PFS right here, or rather his word allows you to do. It allows users to host and receive content in a manner similar to let's say BitTorrent, right? As opposed to let's say a centrally located server. IP FS is built around a decentralized system of users, slash operators who hold a portion of the overall data, creating a resilient system of file storage and sharing. Any user in the network c
Its content, address and other peers in the network can find and request that content from any node who has it using a distributed hash table or a DHT. So when you hear the words like hash and this is where like I think maybe we have to kind of make a differentiation, you'll hear hash and blockchain and hashing and hash power and all this other stuff a little bit different.
This says fuck, sorry about the noise it says in contrast to BitTorrent, right I PFS aims to create a single global network. This means that if 2 users publish a block of data with the same hash, the peers downloading the content from user one will also exchange data with the ones downloading it from user two. That's interesting. I PFS aims to replace protocols used for static web page delivery by using different gateways which are accessible with HTTP.
Users may choose not to install an IPFS client on their device and instead use a public gateway. List of these are here. So Trent, let me ask you this question when it says HTTP. IP FS aims to replace protocols used for static web page delivery by using gateways which are accessible with HTTP. What's the difference between HTTP and HTTPS?
Thank you. Someone like again I'm coming for I should I guess a little context. I'm coming in from like a from a content production standpoint. So when we think about file storage and file service, we're talking about literally moving gigabytes not terabytes of files in and out of our system every single day. And you need a robust solution, something more robust than like like obviously like we I love Google Drive for personal use, but it's not really good at an enterprise level. You can't actua
They're serving files, so you use something generally like you set up a a WS3 Shard, which is basically a server that's it's a storage server. That's what 3A sensibly does at the most basic level. And that's kind of the one of the industry standards unless you're building your own like bare metal server if you want to do that, or use the equivalent of like Azure or Google or IBM or whoever your provider is.
To me, what I think is interesting about IPFS is specifically in the file storage and service and how you can use it to both be again in the spirit of decentralization web 3, because that's the space that I'm operating in, but also if there's a potential to make the content easy, cheaper and easier and safer to serve.
Like, honestly, storage is a storage is cheap now, like storing files and serving them. Like, those fees are just very low. So whoever's going to have to build a solution has to compete with those incredibly low fees. And the only solution I've seen that comes close to it, and I'm quite impressed by it is storage with the DCS stuff. But I know storage isn't technically IPFS, they're their own kind of thing.
Uh, OK. The needs of cloud storage are pretty simple. Data was supposed to be private, hack proof and always available. But if your data is stored in a centralized location, it's still vulnerable at storage. We believe that only you should control your data and it should be available all day every day. So we developed the first of its kind decentralized cloud object storage solution that stores your data globally across statistically diverse nodes and ISP's.
Default encryption makes it resistant to ransomware and tampering and no single point of failure, making it less susceptible to going offline, getting hacked, or other disasters, minimizing risk while increasing confidence and control. We even developed user assigned access grants to ensure maximum privacy. Even the people at storage can't access your files. Getting started is easy with S3 compatibility, just change a few lines of code and discover the next revolution.
That's again, this is where we're kind of at the end of my experience with it. I'm I believe they do operate the nodes. It's that's why it's like less decentral like IP FS is literally anybody can operate the nodes and then you're unpaid on whatever the chain, like the store, like storage. I think they're operating most of the nodes and they have a couple trusted partners who are also operating modes. But ostensibly the idea is you have hundreds of nodes around the world that each store piece of
Yeah, cause I I looked. Yeah because I was trading this last year. Like I was looking into this last year. I was trading this thing was like 3-4 bucks. I was like this thing is nuts. When it came out it was like the concept was like holy crap, this is gonna challenge IPFS. But the way I looked at it was.
Wait a minute. If I have one terabyte free of space on my computer, like, they're gonna pay me to use my computer, essentially run a node, right? Like from my computer, my computer will run the node and they're gonna use that one terabyte of space, right? So it's like they're gonna pay me for storage that is not being used, right. So there's like obviously different requirements. You have to always have that one terabyte available. Your computer has to be always on right in order for them to be
Wait, you know me? You're like, you know, I'm pretty skeptical in a lot of these projects. I'm not gonna lie, storage was onto the front. Like, holy shit, this use case actually makes sense. And the cost makes sense. Like, I was like, I was actually kind of impressed because again coming from my angle as someone who's looking for a storage solution and enterprise storage solution, their costs were lower than in S3 Shard like for me to set up. At least from the outside it looked like they were I.
Three, and quite frankly, like I don't even care about like if you could beat IPF, sure, that's great. But the the one you, the juggernaut in the industry is S3. If you can beat S3, you win. So if they actually have a solution that's better than that, they can take over.
So I don't, I want to make sure that we didn't like lose everybody in in the sense. But yeah like these, these are the kinds of things that like when when you guys hear me say like be more curious, try like really trying to understand like what this stuff is like. Not only can you use this obviously like for hosting your sites and everything else but like you can also get paid off this shit. Literally you can get paid like real money like that like that's a real thing. People will pay you to kee
That's why everybody's kind of up in arms now where it's like ethereums, like it's pretty much controlled by the US government now. And it's just like you could say that. I don't know. I don't know, maybe I there's no way to say that. But is it less than it was before? Is it more than it was before? Yeah, it is, right. Because when you have nodes that are centralized, like until not centralized nodes that are like highly concentrated into like a few different either individuals or entities, that
Fucking Rick runs into everybody runs a node and we're all located around the world. So it's like, it doesn't matter what happens, like half the world can get fucking like nukes off the map. The network's still going because it's the number of participants.
Yeah, man, I I was gonna say, yeah, thanks for having me up. I love talking with y'all because it's always some good informative stuff. And Trevor got some tricks up his sleeve, man. I know that guys got a bag of damn tricks, so I like hearing what that man's got to say. Thanks for letting me come up here, NFL champ. Man, hope you have a good rest of your day.
Man, I fucking logged on today and the Twitter kicked me off and I lost all my followers. Like I followed like 500 people. So if I followed anybody and then it didn't fall back. I mean, that's my bad. But yeah, I'm center following people back. I don't know what happened with my Twitter this morning.
You good ohh guys. The thing I actually have to do it at 4:30. It's actually going on like right now is a record release party in spatial. So I gotta get into spatial for the VR boys for their NFT release. So go check it out. You should probably see it on the Explorer page. There's definitely gonna be highlighting it. But yeah it's being Greg's gonna be there the whole the whole crew. So if anybody wants to go, just check it out and if you need to link just DM me.
