My track record so clean they couldn't wait. I must be getting too flashy, shouldn't let work. It's too late because I'm here to stay and these girls know that I'm nasty. I sent her back to her boyfriend with my hand print on her as she said he talking.
So I don't clear up rumors. Where's your sense of humor? I'm done making jokes because they got all like, baby boomers to my head. Just took his summers. I make feel like they're juniors. Say your time is coming soon, but just like Oklahoma, mine is coming soon. I'm just like.
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. It is Thursday, August 25th and you are tuned in to the one and only MFT morning show. We do this show Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM Eastern Time each and every week, where we talk shop on all the stories of the NFT space. What projects are going up, what projects are going down, who's winning in the market? You know, most people are losing in the market these days, but we talk about all of that and everything in between.
I'm Pio here with my co-host, the one and only funniest man in the business of Web three. Nifty Nick signal, the classiest writer of a newsletter that you could ever ask for in web three. You can sign up for the newsletter at the nifty.com. Benjamin. What more do I have to say? The guys just an absolute monster. NFT God, a newsletter competitor to signal we might have an on stage fight. Spencer, he's he's working on some crazy stuff. You're going to hear about it.
In the in the very, very near future, know the host of node mode and of course quad a big big Fanny pack guy and moon birds holder. Today's show is sponsored by NFT rivals, so I have a tweet pinned to the top. We're going to be diving into NFT rivals later in the show. If you retweet the tweet that's pinned to the top and follow NFL rivals, then you'll have a chance to win one of two NFT's that were given away.
And I'm really excited to have them as a sponsor today, given the fact that this week we were having a discussion about Fantasy Sports. So now we got some actual professionals to weigh in on that conversation. So it's going to be a lot of fun. Make sure you stick around till the end of the show for a chance to win that giveaway and to hear about NFL rivals. So as usual, even though it's a bear market, there's a lot to talk about in the NFT space, so I'm really pumped to get into it.
Wow. Well, I you're redefining getting caught with your pants down. You're getting caught with your pants just in the other room. I didn't expect that. So no. So you at the beginning of the show, you're so sure I'm not gonna throw to you that you're like, I'm just gonna bathe?
Yeah, I mean, uh, luckily I'm just finishing up so that that's good, but it's, I'd say about 30% of the time. I'm not yet showered at the beginning of the show. So today you caught me on a bad day. But you know what? There's not a lot going on in the FT space. I mean, the biggest news we have is a bit boy dropping his lawsuit because Kobe sent a guy 100K and big boy got scared to death. That's like the biggest thing that that's out there in my opinion, you know?
Doing great, man. I, you know, he he's showering right now. I haven't showered in 2 1/2 days, so we're just not, we're just built different and that's really because I'm just trying. Yeah, exactly. I believe me too. And I'm just trying to get to my final form, OK? And showering is part of that journey.
No, what I look at instead is the ETH price reaching basically the uh target that I had set yesterday on the show on YouTube. So I look at that instead after I got stopped out so that that's what I look out at and roll around and think about is saying damn.
I mean, we talked about this before, how your calls are typically right, but in between when you call them and when they become true, you know, some action happens there some, you know, emotional reactions and things like that happen. And obviously I gotta give you credit. Look, doing this type of trading is not for the faint of heart and 10s of thousands of dollars can get erased in super short periods of time. Are you, are you taking, you know, the dive back into trading on a regular basis? Ar
We'll see what happens after this, where it ranges here. So I don't know now. Now I gotta wait again. I got stopped out and now I'm just standing again because the same cycle over and over and over again. I'm like, yo, this is the right call. It is the right call, I get stopped out. I think there's just something to learn from that, which is like, I just need to set wider ranges on the down side. The problem is, is like then your risk, risk to reward ratio is just, it doesn't make sense.
Yeah, that's correct. So if I set 5050 on the the risk versus reward, like I'm willing to risk $1000 to make $1000 then and but I'm right greater than 50, you are correct, then I'd be making money that would require persistent and consistent trades over a long period of time and I think that's where I'm failing.
What happened was I lost. I only lost $450 on the trade so that that was what, maybe 550. I have to look because it's whether I include the fees or not, but I ended up losing like $450 maybe. Actually, no the the with the fees maybe like 650. So I lost 650 with the hopes that I was going to make. In this case it would have been like $1200. So.
Instead what I looked at was the resistance line, which I have at 1665. I'm getting technical, but if you look at the daily chart of ETH, that gives you kind of the best technical setup for shorter term trades.
And technically yesterday we were rejected at the at 1665. So it happened two days in a row. We had. So Tuesday we got to the top, but it pushed down and literally stopped at the 1665 level. Next day rejected down Office 1665 if you look at the candle. So technically today is the first time that we're above. So I got like I just got.
Well, so look, so, so real quick, Nick. I just want to give you a little a sports pep talk. You know, there was a champion. There was a championship fight in the UFC on Saturday, OK? Was that Leon Edwards versus Kamaru Usman? It was the second time that they fought. The first time Kamaru Usman beat Leon Edwards and defended his championship right through 4 rounds. It's a five round fight, 25 total minutes through 4 rounds. The fight had just been basically.
Dominated by kamaru Usman. There was one round that Leon Edwards kind of squeaked out a win, but the rest of the fight was just all Kamaru and Leon Edwards was visually like, you know, just giving up. He was just done and his coach was screaming at him in between rounds. Leon, stop feeling sorry for yourself. Just screaming at him. And with a minute and 40 seconds left in the fight, the comments had commentators. You know, Joe Rogan, Daniel Cormier.
John Annick, they had Dean Thomas, another commentator. They called him in and they were all talking about what went wrong for Leon Edwards in the fight and why he had lost this fight with a minute and 40 seconds left. And then out of nowhere he shows a left hand to get kamaruzzaman to react and he delivers a head kick. That was an immediate knockout. The whole arena was completely stunned and you have a new champion, and that's where the minute and 40 seconds left in the fifth round.
Well, it's just, well, it's it's because dude, like, it was just so shocking. I was shocked and I knew the result. I didn't even watch the fight live. I knew that Leon Edwards knocked out Kamaru Usman. I watched the whole fight and I was shocked. I was like, holy shit, that was crazy in the fifth round. So it ain't over till it's over. Nifty neck.
Make your core problem, Nick, is that you're not aligned with your chakras. You need to start buying NFT's again. You're trying to be this little coin trader, right? You're trying to wear an extra button on your button up. Just look a little mature and older. Be like, hey yeah, I use tradingview.com and I find ranges and that's really, that's really what, that's what I do on a day-to-day basis. No, no one, no one wants to hear about that. But if you're like, yeah dude. So basically I spent $1000
That are like 1/3 cryptload, 1/3 third crypto Dick bite and then 1/3. Now they're now you have so much attention, you know what I mean? Now you have a lifelong friend because they're like, OK, this guy's doing some weird stuff. Like, I want to hear more if you know me.
I don't know, like this Ponzi scheme that Micah had come on this stage to encourage me to buy into doesn't seem to be working well at all. I'm going to be completely honest. So far I put in .08 and I've generated point OO1, so I'm not sure how this Ponzi scheme works out, but it's not working well in my favor at the moment. So that's one of them that I bought then the other day.
No, you're Nick kicks is talking about a different project from literally January the the project kicks us talking about I bought into also and me and kicks were chasing the alien friends pump. It was when people bought alien friends for like .048 and they went to like 2 1/2 feet. A guy in our discord had like 30 of them that he bought at .04 and then went to 2 1/2 and me and kicks were like oh OK all these NFT are going to do that and we just ended up getting wrecked instead.
Actually, so if I'm looking through my pics here and my trades, I'm actually crushing it on NFT side, the two bit bears, we bought those on this show. We had a YouTube show where those were going where where the team was like tipping us and I was like, I should probably get a couple of these, bought a couple. We're up 3X on those. So I'm actually.
Yeah. So that would have been a 2X there. That's a nice gainer. We got 2X on the little verse the the Doomsday garden. I don't think that those are, no those are that's a loss at this point in time, but could come around where I'm only down 50% on that one.
Make up a mental health and initiative. Then. I'm not buying because no one in the FT space has any mental health. It's just mental decay, you know? Real. I'm gonna throw a Ben in a minute because Ben has a fantasy sports background to my understanding. I want to ask him about that, considering today's show sponsored by NFT NFL rivals. Retweet the tweet that's pinned to the top and follow NFL rivals for a chance to win one of two NFT that we're giving away at the end of the show. You know, easy.
World premiere of our new show, everything but Jpegs. Are you coming down from all the fanfare that has been swarming you since we rolled that show out? We have the were the paparazzi coming at you when you were going to Starbucks this morning? Like, how's the past 12 hours been for you?
Success, like I think we may need to do it every single night. I don't think that there was anything that put us at risk. I think all the comments made were just completely within taste and quality. Quality discussion.
Ohh there is a blast. I had a blast. And also you know what else is feeling good right now? Dust protocols pump into 2.5. Your boy bought in at 1.6 posted a tweet two weeks ago. Feels good, feels good.
Yeah, I bought it like 1.8. I probably should have called Nick and been like, you have to buy this too, because we're gonna have to mint youths. It's basically an identical play to ape coin. Easy. Do you think that we see a pullback? Do you think it just keeps running?
I think it keeps running cause we don't have a mint date yet. So that's like the big thing here. Like until we have a set mint date, people are still unsure. They may try to wait for a pullback, may wait for something. But right now, I mean it's already up to like a 23 sole cost mint if you are converted to soul. So two weeks ago it was 14, took a little dip if you bought it at like one point. Yeah. Hey Nick, those 15K air drops you got, all bull market may need to be spent. OK.
Yeah, it's a lot of tokens. So, uh, it's it's on coin market cap. It's actually on Coinbase or crypto.com as well. I'll send you a link because there is a site that eliminates trading fees, so you can get it for cost if you want to swap now.
OK, well we're we're gonna dive into all this. NFT God has his hand raised and he's the guy that actually brought up the dust trade up. Before we throw down FT got I wanna throw to to Ben. Then we gotta do the weather report. Then we'll dive into NFT guard to juicy show this morning. Ladies and gentlemen, it's 926. We haven't even had the weather report yet. But Ben, your your past life was focused on fantasy sports. Am I right about that?
Yes, specifically daily fantasy sports. Not as much as the of the season long because I tend to lose focus like 1/3 into the season. But yeah, daily fantasy sports is is where I spent a lot of my time over the years.
I mean, I, I guess I would say there's definitely some parallel into markets in general just because there are different ways to approach how people play those type of games. And you know, some people are specifically just, you know, focus on fundamentals and you know, things that they hear and watching interviews or listen to the things people say or whatever. But then there's also like the technical analysis side of it, which I I was more predisposed to where I would focus a lot more on data.
Well, yeah, I mean, I always say that kicks made the most money in the bull market out of anybody that didn't have board apes. I think Whoppie needs to be thrown in that conversation. And then Ben is probably the board ape that made the most money, not trading board apes, even though I know you did have some board ape sales, but you crushed it in other areas of the market as well. So yeah, reminder, everyone retweet the tweet that's pinned to the top and follow NFL rivals diving into that projec
To our one and only weather reporter, the one and only signal the best newsletter writer in the NFT space. Sorry NFT God signal, please take it away. And then I actually want to hear from FT God after the weather report, but go ahead and say.
Yeah, boring folks. He got that Thursday, the 25th of August on open sea volume. We're looking around 14 million still hanging out here. This is where we've been for most of August, just sort of ranging in between that 14 to 18 million range on the leaders overnight. The most notable changes are with apes and moon birds, apes leading their open sea ranks. They bounced up almost 10% overnight and now that floor is back to a juicy 74 ETH and.
Mutant following Sweet, seeing a leg up as well. Moonbird also recovering nicely after they got a nice clean sweep after a fund bought six birds. That floor is back. There's gonna who that floor is back up to 14 E.
Overnight, node and the art market is about to get all hot and bothered in the shower after QL is coming. That is the next NFT collection from Fidenza creator Tyler Hobbs. There's going to be a Mint pass auction happening at the end of September. There will be 900 mint passes and that is a Dutch auction starting at 58th. Those mint passes will allow you to mint our tireless next collection onto Nickelodeon.
Nickelodeon is back with Hello Kitty. This is part of the recall world. Yesterday the collection had several one of one auction for rare Hello Kitties. The top one Hello Kitty to the moon sold for almost 10 ETH and today is the public sale. I'm sure this is going to be an interesting one to watch.
The discord was all over my final form. We spoke about this earlier. This is a collection of derivative meme projects. It's caught Steam, ran up hard, and it's almost at .11. And lastly, moonbird oddities have been running. We spoke about this on the show when it was it was it was last week when they're hovering around the 1/8 range, and since then we've had announcements around their utility. Kevin Rose says that he's going to sweep after the embargo is lifted, and they're already.
At 1.75 ETH, let's see if they can go back on up to two onto crypto ether, seeing a good bounce after the Ethereum Foundation announced official dates are for the merge. This is set to happen between a 10th to the 20th of September, so This is why we're seeing a recovery in ETH. An overall it looks as if we're just having some relief on the top collections. We're seeing the leaders climb back up and stabilize for a Thursday. Volume is OK ish.
We'll see how far crypto rallies and how NFT prices react. As we've seen from several guests and from Nick this morning, it's still risky to be long or short in these markets. So for now, taking all of that into account, our 24 hour forecast, it's going to be overcast. Back to you guys.
Fantastic weather report as usual, signal just a couple of other points from the nifty Daily Digest, which is written by signal. Five days a week you can sign up at the nifty.com, the top three trending sellers. You guys are going to love this of the past 24 hours. Our Lady Rare, a Pepe Yacht Club. Good God, please save us. Mutant potion, which is another free mint. So that's two. I'm assuming lady rare Apepe Yaakov was a free man. I'm not sure. And then finally my final form.
I know that's a the nifty discord favorite. I always get a kick out of the things that the nifty discord really like. You know, pledges allegiance to, and my final form is definitely one of them. Before I throw to the NFT God himself, nifty Nick has his hand raised. Nick, there was something you wanted to have.
I was digging through some other NFT's that we had minted here. I was just literally scrolling through my wallet and there was one that I don't know if we discussed it on this show, but it definitely came out of our discord, which was the bear market bullies. This was from like two months ago and I'm looking at this thing. I don't understand why, but apparently I'm going to make money on this thing and.
I haven't been hearing anything about this project, but I'm seeing actual activity on it. The It's just shocking to me. Like you can be in some like the fact that you can still be in a in an obscure NFT.
Yeah. So I'm like just looking at that being like what, what is going on here and and like last week there was a day with with 40 sales, 30 sales, 24 sales. So there's like actual one day with 99 sales.
I don't know what's going on with that particular project. I got one of the rarest when I meant it, apparently just by luck, and I I never sold it, but I don't know what the deal with that is. I I just find it fascinating that I got some of these, like random things just sitting in here that are actually worth something greater than zero. I don't know.
You gotta liquidate a man. Nifty Nick is one of the best in the game when it comes to buying and one of the best in the game when it comes to selling. You know, high value things. Nick, I feel like, you know, when it comes to sell, like trading short term trading bullshit, you you aren't skilled. Do you know what I mean?
That this is a medium term at this point and the and frankly in the NFT market you could argue that that's long term with two months this this is the the one that my final form that one that that's one of those like pump and dumps. But to be fair, even if you were talking about the rare Pepe copycat ones, I mean theoretically, theoretically that one still has a significant amount of volume, the floor is still halfway decent.
Although that one wasn't a a complete shit project because as everyone that was collecting it the the artist is famous or whatever that made the Pepe Pepe Lisa. But simultaneously like you have one like the genuine undead, which actually if you bought yesterday it looks like you would have doubled. So you've gone from point O 5 up to point O nine with that one.
Yeah, I mean you're you're right. The NFT market has long been a market that you know for the past like a year and a half. It just you can get bigger wins in a shorter period of time than other markets, period, including the crypto market. It's just like there's just landmines everywhere in the NFT market, whether you're talking about legit scams that will drain your wallet, being tricked into minting something that's actually nothing or just buying something that immediately goes to 0 like buyi
Uh, one other notable thing I should have mentioned from the newsletter is that uh, ezu, which is the companion collection from psychedelics anonymous minting on Solana very controversial project, has failed to sell out so far, only 33% minted. We can definitely throw to easy and Manny later on the show to discuss that and figure it out. Ben raised the Santa. I want to hear from Ben.
My my mistake. Thank you for the correction. As usual Spencer and easy throwing to Ben and then I will I. You know I always want to hear from FT God. Come on now. But Ben, what is what is on your mind?
Kind of getting caught by a little bit of a paralysis because I can't figure out exactly what I want to do, but I wanted to ask members of the audience here if you hypothetically or actually had about 75 feet that you were looking to spend. Would you feel more comfortable getting a board ape or spreading that around like 10 to 20 to 30 different?
Well I'm, I'm definitely, I'm definitely interested in D guys, but I'm my my dilemma is is more so about. I either want to get another ape or spread around a bunch of different projects and I'm I'm sure D guys would be included in that as as I've been definitely eyeing it. But it's it's not like you know, ape into one single project or apes. It's more about like ape or a bunch of different spread out diversified projects.
Yeah, I was gonna say or a punk that's it's like apes, punks and then look, D gods is kind of, I mean, it's just it's the thing that's rising. I mean, if anyone else has any other opinions, I think this is a good exercise. I mean, NFT God.
Yeah I look at this dead gods and dust situation as very similar to the other deeds and and board app situation where going into that release is one of the most hyped release in the in the history of the FT. The four tapes were going to all time highs and actually the ape coin was going to all time highs too. And I'm treating this situation a lot like I treated that where I'm buying dust leading up to this you meant. But what happened with Ape was a few days before when all the details.
At least it was very much a buy the rumor, sell the news thing. And if you remember, APE actually started dumping a couple days before the mint, so I'm playing it the exact same way. I'm not getting the D God, even though I think it'll keep going up. And I if it gets treated the same way as board apps will dump right after. But dust is a lot more liquid, so I've been playing the dust game up to now and picking that up, and then I think Frank mentioned he's going to announce the date in the next
Of like $3500, my target was like 2 four. So we're right around there right now, actually a little bit over it, but we still don't have an announcement. So it's it's a matter of when that comes out for me to then make an action on it.
So you guys think it's gonna dump? I wonder. See, I have I have just a little bit less dust than I need to buy a Ute. So that was stupid, but I wonder if it's smart to just sell it as if I, you know, as like as if I have enough dust, sell it for the gain, and then and buy more dust on the dump.
Thanks. Yeah. I'm pretty interested in seeing what happens. I don't know. I think they could have some big announcement that'll make it rally and do this stuff to fade. Frank, right. Like, you know what I'm saying? He's so wild card that he could have something that'll just, like cause full capitulation and then it'll super pump. But it's just my out of context opinion. But I had one thing to add about fantasy football at one five years in a row, like spares the genius, like, use auto draft.
Well, look at that, ladies and gentlemen. We got Manny winning five years of fantasy sports in a row. Shout out to our sponsor today. NFL rivals retweet the tweet that's pinned to the top and follow NFL rivals for a chance to win one of two NFT's that will will be giving away at the end of the show. It's definitely going to be a juicy discussion about the project. If you're in the fantasy sports, I think you're going to find it really interesting. And we were talking about, you know, fantasy spo
Yeah, it was just in response to Ben's question. So on deploying 75 ETH whether to get an apple to get something else and spread it around. Personally I would spread it around but also have exposure to yoga via acoin. Acoin moves in tandem with the crypto market. So when you see a big sell off in BTC, you'll also see a big sell off in app because it's an old coin, but at the same time it also moves in tandem with Yuga news.
So if you're looking for upside without having to lock up all your capital in, in a very illiquid asset being an ape, I wouldn't do that. And I would put it into eight coin and then the rest of that capital I would spread around project which I like. And I think there's potential upside there. I just see it as that if you're gonna lock up such a large amount, you don't have liquidity. And if you need that liquidity, how you going to get it out of the app because you might not be able to sell it
So signal, I mean, so I have a bunch of apex coin that is you know, lended to a major crypto platform. So I'm getting like 6 or 7% interest on it and I just forgot about it. I'm like, alright, cool, eventually appcoins gonna be worth something, you know, let's just farm this interest. But my thing is like it is like an altcoin, like for real, you know what I mean? And and so I'm just kind of like buying it now. I don't know, it's just risky. I don't know if anyone else has a different opinion or
I think it was like 1010 Ish grand or something like that. But after I saw the the dump I saw Earth rising a little bit thinking that Apple has been pretty much tracking along with it. There's a few big gaps that they're going to have to fill on the way up and potential staking announcements coming soon. I think that it is a good play and it's also I'm treating it a similar way as the easy and others were mentioning with dust and that like I have a.
OK, well there you have it. I don't know if anyone else has any other thoughts before I move on to Spencer on on APPCOINS specifically buying it here and expecting, you know, a little bit of a run up. Yeah, go ahead.
Like if we get a I'm not sure if we're forming a head and shoulders. If we are, it goes down towards. I tweeted out my target price of like as low as 1250, which is pretty damn low. I'm waiting on a setup here for like longer term. There's some interesting stuff above. The target that I said yesterday was up to 1726 is where my line is over that. There may be some interesting.
It may get interesting. We were discussing before there was like only a couple weeks ago we were like Bitcoin to what was it 3K? Was that like the target we were setting? Yeah, 30K and and so obviously that's the compelling thing. If you're able to make 50% then you're you're like, who's not going to be interested in making a quote quick 50%. Unfortunately it got rejected. ETH went on a similar thing where we saw it tear up to you know, 2000 and get rejected there.
Wanted to see for for that to break out if if we can get uh like a bullish market structure again, then yeah, something like ape is really interesting because you can frequently get a solid multiple against like ETH or whatever. But by having that. That said, today ETH is up 2.7% and apes up .4%. So we're not seeing that perfectly play out, but I think that's just because we're seeing it just an.
Awkward market structure. Bitcoin is still in a relatively bearish setup at at this point. Like, it's not above any key levels, and historically that's been the thing to lead. That said, I was watching something this morning talking about this, which was basically saying.
With the upcoming merge, you could take a bet here and it wouldn't be. It wouldn't be wild to see ETH gain more of a leadership position here. It's still not the leader like everyone always has discussed about the flipping. We're far away from that occurring.
But we could see, you know, a an additional push from ETH like we saw in this existing setup here just towards the merge. And a lot of the conversation, I don't know how people are saying like, yeah, we're expecting the market to tank, you know, towards the end of Q4 beginning of next year. So that's going to be a risky setup. I like it's it's just treacherous territory. That said, you know fortune.
There is the bold and no one's the only person calling the bottom. If you're calling the bottom you're in the minority. So like if you're buying and we we do see more upside than it's real interesting. I also do like ape. I'll just add to wrap this up. Is the the the all time low for this is what like 3 so so we've seen it drop down to three. We've seen it as high as 20. What was that 24 and that was based on a multiple of.
Ape token if you want to get exposure to this ecosystem. I actually do like it just fundamentally because I actually think that they're going to end up creating something. We don't know all the plans with other deeds and until disproven, you have to keep betting on that team and so.
Theoretically, we should see value accrue and this is one way to get exposure without having to buy a full NFT. So I do. I do like it. I just don't see the overall market structure though, which is more difficult for me. But again, Fortune favors the bold and we could see this market get more bullish and I surely hope that it does because that's when we're all making that cash.
I like to take Nick. One thing to say is crypto kaleo, friend of the show and you know crypto analyst on Twitter has he has a big following. He did say that it's not out of the question to see a squeeze to $3000 on Earth before the merge. Obviously that's a big thing to happen, but you never know. Spencer's had his hand raised for a while. Spencer, what's on your mind?
Yeah, I'm just gonna go back to Benjamin's original question because I sat with this for a while recently too, and I think in this market I would go for an app or a punk over trying to diversify. I I just, the way that things are moving, I think will continue to see consolidation towards the top projects. I think apes specifically have pumped a little hard like I got my ape this weekend on Monday at 64 E and they're up to like.
76 Right now and and that feels a little high, like the challenge with apes to me in this market has been like, if a clone is worth like less than six, is an eighth really worth like 74? I don't know. That maybe seems like an extreme, like.
Number one, project premium. But then you look at punks down at like 66 and and I think punks to me it's never been clear which should really be worth more, punks or apes. And I think like, like I on Monday got an eighth at 64 and a punk at 65 and I would think that like right now you could get any but like 70 something probably OTC and like you could still get a punk probably at 6465 and I would go for the punk.
Yeah. So I on Monday, in the midst of everyone being like, Brenda, I was going to liquidate everything and the markets gonna crash. I was like, I've read their docs and they're definitely not like with anything because like the the thing was with the bend out crisis. Crisis was that if you read it, like what happened was they were just listing everything above floor. And then if it didn't sell, they just kind of kept it right, which meant that they wasn't going to like, hit the market or anythin
Well, yeah, I mean, so like the the I bought my 864, I think that the floor on them now is like in the 70s and there's been some transacting and like close to 80 recently and then mutants dipped as low as 11, they're back up to 14. But I just in general would like like rather than having one ape, I think that these prices like having like 6 mutants feels like really good because at 11.
You know, I could have gotten 6 for almost the same price that I got the app and like, maybe I should have done that because it's, you know, 6 memberships to the Yacht Club versus one is pretty attractive.
It's definitely a great way. My only issue is like, I don't love I I do when I buy outside of something that's like less than .1 where I'm just beginning into something and I don't care what the damn thing looks like.
Into a a bunch of NFT's and as much as like when I talk about you know, deploying 65K into a crypto as quote ludicrous as that sounds, I can literally exit within a fraction of a second like I could just be out fully liquid, but with with like little movement to the market basically that that's the thing that's awesome about it. Liquidating your.
No, I get, I get it. It's just harder for me. I I personally have not been able outside of my punk purchase. I've never purchased something like in that range and it's a or. Actually, no, that's not true. But Goblin Town at 11 K and sold it like for $200.00 loss.
But outside of that, I don't think that I've ever purchased in that range and it's it's just it's challenging for me to to make those sorts of trades, but you're definitely right and it's the most bullish thing is actually seeing that the action that we saw on mutants and the floor going up that that to me is the most bullish thing. The thesis of what that membership and access is the that's something that like.
No, but we know we we know there's gonna be a club that's like a membership club that's similar to Soho House. The first one's gonna be in Miami. There's rumors of where the rest will be, but like we we like that. To me, that's the next big catalyst for apes. Like, I think other side is probably more of a risk than a catalyst at this point. But the opening of the IRL clubhouses, I think is a big transition because then you really start thinking about like the price of a mutant ape right now.
Versus like a lifetime membership to Soho House. Like I'd pay. I mean, that's how much that would cost, right? If anything, it's cheaper than what a lifetime you're paying like, what, one to two grand a year for Soho House? So to buy like a mutant right now at 11 Earth, that's like.
I real quick. I love what Spencer saying. I think I I wanna go on record and say I think Spencer's right, but now I just have to make the joke. So you just go into Soho House for a bunch of nerdy dudes that are on their computers all day? That that's just the joke. But I agree with Spencer.
Isn't that what makes Soho Soho House special, though? It's like filtered like you have to bring people in that you know and everyone's trust and like, I don't know if I'm going to trust a menate Yacht Club Soho House, you know?
So they're in the unfortunate situation where they need to hit quarterly results and the way that you do that is get more members in. And so ultimately you're in a structure where you have to quote dilute the membership and and they they built up a bunch of those different houses, so houses. So I mean whatever dilution means, I mean it's one of the most like sort of pretentious slash elitist, you know approaches to something where it's saying you deserve this and and you don't like basically sep
Here is like mutant apes. Well you can just buy it and so like there's no, there's no hurdle to to getting in there, so there is no filtering you. You could also say there was one that there's two others that are comparable in this space. You got friends with benefits which get which has an actual filtering mechanism to allow you in and you need to own X number of tokens of their their coin, which is precipitously dropped ever since I ended up buying it and then separately.
You end up there's also the fish Fly Fish Club with Gary Vee would be other one that's tried to do this and that hasn't. I mean that that's done well. It's it's been relatively static. Who knows who the people are that bought it though, like it's it's pretty.
It's pretty random. So when when, when all you have to do is buy something to enter. I I like debate what it is, but what you at least know is you got a bunch of people that are willing to buy something worth the $15,000. I don't know what the value of this thing is long term, though. Like, it's still as much as you say that. Cool. They're gonna have a club in Miami that's nowhere near me. So the one time a year that I'm in Miami or maybe I go down twice a year, I'm going to end up in this place
But, but, but but but, Nick, they're probably gonna implement something where you'll be able to rent out the membership of your ape to somebody if they want. And I know every whenever you start talking about this, everybody starts like spitting their drink out and saying, look, that's not going to happen, blah, blah, blah. If you're betting that NFT's are a big deal, if you're betting that board API club will continue on a trajectory that's just up into the right, it doesn't have to be this para
Then there is a situation where Nick could rent out his apes membership. It's not the the ape itself and I gotta give Manny credit. He just DM me to plant the seed. It's not that you're sending your ape to another wallet, it's that there's a way just like, you know, all this technology is developing the way that there was token proof for the tickets to the ape fest and all that. You can rent it on like a monthly basis. Maybe you can rent it for a night and just make a quick 200 bucks on a Wednes
Out, yes, there's a lot of dudes and everything, but you have to bet that the board API club that got Jimmy Fallon to buy in, that got Justin Bieber to buy in, that got Eminem to buy in, we'll be able to figure out a way to make a social club in cities in the world that is actually desirable for people to go to. Like there's much more far fetched ideas than that. And if you think about it that way, then a mute Nate at these prices looks pretty cheap. But we are in a traders market and we are in
If you wanna make a bet on the NFT market, which I I do I mean that's why I have the the ape the ponk the those those things to me are like I I feel like I can't sell them like they're they're just I just have them now at this point I think that there's.
When you look at, yeah, the broader NFT market, you might as well have exposure if you're going to be bullish on NFTS as a whole. And I mean fundamentally deep down, I am like that's why we're in this space is because we actually believe in NFT's. So yeah, I, I love that thesis and yeah that that that's a great point.
And you're gonna get to walk into the big door that just has a board ape, not a mutant ape. And you go in there and everybody's doing cocaine off of the couch and people are just like, you know, doing crazy shit, throwing the SIG.
No, I think the IRL stuff with this clubhouse idea with Miami being the 1st place and then potentially it's spreading to other locations in the world, is gonna play out and there's gonna be foma around it simply because look what happened at 8th. So you had that token proof was, you know, the way to get in. And then you had people like I heard stories of someone using zoom and then doing token proof so that when the QR code came up, they could use that person's April mutant and they're in anothe
And then that person could get in token proof. We're gonna find a way to like, block this, they said. But the point is people want to be an eighth best. People want to be in a yoga labs ecosystem. And when you're gonna go to an event, and I think they really are, and they pretty much alluded to this, they're gonna do Coachella, South by Southwest hosted by Yuga Labs next year or, you know, whenever they they do it, everyone who's listening to this space right now is going to want to go. And if t
VIP mutants are, you know, slightly below VIP or whatever, and then everyone else gets like a par experience. You're gonna have massive foma around that. So I do see them retaining this cool factor being that sort of supreme Web three Coachella, South by Southwest meets where everybody in the space from you guys to Moon pay to Gio, Siri, everyone's going to beat there. There is no way in the world that everyone here is going to be like, yeah, I'm cool, I'm not going. I'll just stay at home.
Yeah, if GAIL Siri brings David Blaine and and David Blaine is literally walking around doing card tricks. Like you could say, like, I don't give a shit about that, but there's a lot of people that will be interested being at that party and having David fucking Blaine do a card trick for them. I'm.
So, ladies and gentlemen, just a reminder. Retweet the damn tweet that's pinned to the top and follow NFL rivals for a chance to win one of the two NFT's that were given away. We are going to be diving into that project. They sponsored today's show. We're really excited about it in just a few minutes. But before we get to that, I got to throw to my man node, the host of the new podcast, node mode. Today at 5:00 PM, we're going to have K Dean, the one and only. K Dean, Special guest from Cosmo, C
Hey, Dean is going to tell us who Cosmo de Medici is. No, I'm just kidding. He probably won't do that. If he did that be crazy, but he's not going to. But we are going to talk about the Fine Arts side of the NFT space and what the Medici group or Medici group I should say is up to. So that's going to be exciting. Uh, node, what's on your mind?
Yeah, I'm excited to roll up to those, uh, the next eight fest in my minivan, you know, shout out to all the dads out there, the soccer dads. And by the way, David Blaine, dude. He walked up to me at the moon Birds Party and and asked me if I had 1/4 and I didn't have 1/4. So you guys are way behind the, you know, the 8 ball there, dude. Moon birds are at the forefront of coolness.
It it totally happened, dude. He literally walked up and was like, hey, you guys got 1/4 and we're like, no, we don't have 1/4. Like, just do another trick and he's like, I'll be back, you know, find 1/4 and none of us found it. So it was it was kind of a bummer. But I will say I I had another thought just on on the NFT market. What's interesting to me, and I'd love to get everyone's thoughts here, is there's like that 3 way race is still happening between Azuki Doodles and clonex. Like, they're
I I'm curious what people are thinking like a zuke's just popped a little bit a little over almost an EI think over the last few days after they announced they did this little teaser of a of a shot a picture of the alleyway. You know and it looks like OK, there's more than meets the eye, right there's actually a story behind the alley it wasn't just an experience that NFT NYC, so they're they're trying to suck me back in personally, which is interesting azuki is you know, clonex is still is stil
I'd love to know what Spencer thinks of that cause I think Spencer owns. I mean you're clonex bowl Spencer. I don't think you have azuki and didn't you have doodles exposure before? But maybe now you're a little bit bearish on it.
Yeah, yeah. But floor price going up has a lot to do with market cap, my friend. So I would say though, like I have challenges with doodles, they're just not delivered anything gather but but then like azuki, I'm a little mixed on because I want to not like azuki. But I also think that there's at least one more bullish announcement from Azuki, which could be them doing a funding round and Vagabond stepping down as part of the funding round. Like, I I don't know if that's going to happen, but lik
And then I think that who it's a tough one between clonex and doodles. Maybe clone X is kind of like a safer bet, but I do agree. I think that Azuki does have this chance for high upside, because if I'm not mistaken.
I would love to hear from Nick and easy I I really I think Spencer's spot on I and that's why I was excited to throw to him. I think that that was a spot on response from Spencer, Easy and Nicks opinions. I always value on stuff like this. Then I want to hear from quad and there were diving into our sponsors so make sure you retweet the tweet that's pinned to the top and follow NFL rivals for a chance to win one of two FT's that were given away later in the show. But Nick you know any thoughts o
Neither of those. I mean, honestly, I'd be looking at moon birds is one that I I'm interested in adding. There's some, even the pudgy Penguins, interested in having one because I like it. I like how it looks.
That even happens with board apes. So, like they they went as high as you know, $450,000 would have been a good time to sell. But yeah, I mean they come back down to new highs each time. And so we're at like, I don't know what it is right now, $120,000 or something like that.
I just like sort of what 10 KTF is doing better and if I was gonna bet on one over the other, I I just my brand that I like more is 10K TF. So I'd be operating on 10 KTF getting some of those Gucci apes I like.
But I mean well, and all I'm doing is offsetting. I'm like taking money out to pay for the punk that I got, like at this point. So I'm trying to think of anything else that's like actually interesting in there. I like the mutant trade. That one. It's interesting me bits are back down again. So there are 3.5 that may be an interesting trade.
Maybe picking up a couple of those if I'm looking at anything, to be completely honest, that's the cheapest entry into. Well, actually, no it's not. I guess you could get other deeds, but me bets comparatively has less volume. I'm.
Other deeds is interesting me bits is interesting, you know, the other deeds is interesting because everybody hates it so much and you're going to see it at you're going to see it at an attractive price and people still won't get it because they hate it so much.
Very funny. Very funny. Look, we got a job. We're jumping into our sponsored spot in just a minute from NFL rivals. Very, very exciting stuff. Real quick, Spence, I wanna hear you can put a bow on this. My bad quad. We're going to dive into the sponsored spot. Spencer, go ahead.
Yeah, I was just gonna say that I totally agree. And actually my trade this morning was that I bought 10 of the unopened combat crates from 10 KTF. So I totally agree. I'm super bullish on what they're doing and the combat creates feel like the Best Buy to me right now in that ecosystem because they're kind of like the EPS serums in that there's just like a limited supply and there were only ever be fewer of them. And then if you look at the way the bonuses work in, in, in the new 10K TF.
I like it too. Well, ladies and gentlemen, make sure that you retweet the tweet that's pinned to the top and follow NFL rivals. We are going to dive in to this sponsored spot with NFL rivals. We're very excited about it. If you're into fantasy sports, this is definitely an interesting one for you to listen to. Ladies and gentlemen, let's dive in.
A hell of an intro. Appreciate that. Yeah everybody. Yeah. Names Billy like people said executive producer on the rivals. Good morning for those in the West Coast. Nice and early. Appreciate everybody hop on this this event today. I am a gamer and a football fan since I was a kid. College football, played college football at UVA and then worked on Madden for multiple years and now I'm here, we're here making an awesome new.
Generation of an NFL game called NFL Rivals and uh yeah, let's jump right into it. So NFL rivals, yeah, this is the first NFL and NFL PA licensed video game that leverages the blockchain technology, right? It's it's an it's an arcade style free to play football game. We're free to start football game where you build your Dream team roster, you build out your squad of all different players all over the league and compete online against other peoples.
People, squads. As you play the game and earn rewards that you know make your lineup better. You'll also be able to further maximize your dream team's potential by also upgrading players, improving them over all everywhere you can, improving their stats, their speed, their strength. You know, I'm saying throw power, agility, you name it.
And yeah, but it's all about having fun, man. Playing the game, competing and climbing leaderboards, and then taking your rewards and building out the sickest squad you can you can dream of, and then showing that off by just crushing your friends, crushing your rivals, winning tournaments, and getting even rare rewards and rare NFT players.
We love crushing our friends and just just getting billed. But OK, so this is really cool. So I like the free to play model. We've been talking about that. We've been talking about how a lot of this stuff is just gonna end up being free to play and then, you know, just like the the kind of free to play model for traditional video games. I know you have a video game background, you know, you worked on one of the major game publishers for years and you have a football background, which I think is
Yeah, yeah, good call. It is a web and a mobile game. Yes, we are talking to Google, we are talking to Apple. Our game is planned to be on iOS and Google Play and then yeah you can also play it, play it on on web. But I would, I would say with everybody here it's I would say we're optimized towards mobile and as far as gameplay goes. But yeah the the the game is scheduled to go worldwide in the first half of next year, 2023, but we're planning a private beta at the end of this year.
Awesome. And so, so early 2023 private beta later this year. And I wanna, I know Ben's gonna probably have really great questions. I'd imagine. Nick's got great questions, so I'm gonna throw to them in a second. I want to talk about the actual NFT collection, which is Rarity League, right?
So Rarity League is our games NFT presale collection. It's a 3D generative art limited NFT collection of NFL team helmets, but you know they're not the helmets you'd see on the field. This is much more fan inspired and things you may see in the stands like I think of if anybody's a Raiders fan, think of what the Raiders die hard fans wear to games where they got that that the the shoulder, the the shoulder pads with the spikes. They got their helmets looking wild. They're like decked out to supp
Very cool. And all the NFL teams are gonna be represented in this, right? And then there's there's gonna be 2500 FT per team and so this is like a a more, it's a it's definitely a big supply compared to a 10,000 piece collection right in in the NFT space. However, it's not the just print more NFT's, you know kind of strategy that we've seen some other sports leagues do. So this is going to be like a limited run and these are are the NFT's that will ultimately be.
Yes, yeah, yeah. So that's a great call. It is a, it is a large, it is a large collection, right, when you think of it as a whole. But if you think about it for individual teams, individual fan bases, cutting it down to 2500 a little bit more, a little bit more to, to, to digest. But as far as like the value of these things is where it really counts, right.
Any rowdy league holder will have access to this beta, along with the Direct Line of communication to the dev team on feedback. This is kind of a big deal for us internally as well. We want to get as much feedback as possible, especially from our most dedicated community and no better yet, from people playing the game a lot and sending us all their thoughts to make the best we can.
The next aspect is guilds and and and when I say guilds you know I don't mean the YG's well I mean the actual in game like clans. The Guild mode in game. So every every rarity, league, helmet and FT is tied directly to an in game Guild. So as a holder of a Rarity league helmet you are the owner of that corresponding Guild. And as the owner you get the rewards paid out to each member of your Guild you know based on performance, leaderboard, ranking, you name it.
And or it could be exclusive player FT drops that are only go to the top, the owners of the top performing guilds. So I mean we also, we also recognize that people buying and holding these readily NFT's, I mean let's be real, they're not all going to be gamers may not want to have to deal with all the hassle and you know managing a Guild if anybody's familiar it's a lot. It can be a lot. So as a holder, as an owner of the skill, you are not required to engage.
Or even be an active member of of that said Guild you own instead. You know, by all means, feel free we want people to, but instead you can just appoint a leader and let them run it, but you still reap those bonus rewards that are paid out based on, you know, your guilds ranking.
Absolutely. And so you know I love this because to me this is like almost NFT 2.0 in the sense that you guys are rolling out an actual game. So like the idea is that people will want to play the game, right? Like nobody makes a game that people don't want to play with with the intention of not having people want to play it. But people can also just bet on the success of the game in a sense by buying the NFT's and then maybe there's going to be people that play the game and by the NFT right so yo
Yeah, we definitely want people to play hell, yeah. We want people to play more. More the merrier, you know? I'm saying more the merrier. Bring it on. It's it'll be a fun game. I hope everybody does get a chance to do so. But yeah, like you said, it's a new world. It's a new world where we're we're merging, right. This is now free to play, but also play to earn, if you will. And we're kind of merging these worlds, and we're kind of treading a new path here. So yeah, obviously we totally want peo
We recognize there's a there's a different audience in this space. Not everybody is a gamer, and we want people to still have the opportunity to be engaged with the product. It'll just be through, you know?
So for those who aren't aren't familiar, the NFL and EA had had a longstanding exclusive exclusivity rights deal for gaming, and I believe a year and a half, maybe even two years ago at this point they decided to cut ties with those with with full exclusivity. So instead the NFL really kind of divvied up their rights. The EA remains the only person to have simulation game rights, but they they they they spread out other rights. So I think.
You know, we as mythical and NFL rivals, we got arcade NFT blockchain gaming exclusivity. So like nobody else can make, nobody else can make a game an NFL arcade game on, you know, the blockchain technology.
So have you guys been building games before this and like what what that's like a I don't know what. Well in order to get exclusivity, I'm assuming there's some sort of like it's not just, hey, do you have enough money like it's do we think that this team has experience. So, So what is that like what brought you all and what brought you all into this space?
They definitely in the NFL, did their due diligence, right? They shopped buyers, they shopped potential people. And yeah, let's not beat around the Bush. The investment and the money available was part of it, but it also had to do with the NFL's confidence in the companies.
Mythical I mean, we have a lot of gaming industry vets, a lot of people from Activision. You know, I've built call of duties, have built the war crafts are Co our cofounder made Guitar Hero and DJ Hero. I helped build Madden Ultimate Team when it first started in 2012. We have a pretty large extension, extensive gaming experience along with significant Umm, you know, a lot of our teammates are from dapper, some have come over from so rare. So we have a.
Hell yeah, alright, great. Yes Blancos, all day. It was the once they got their hands on that and saw it and got a better understanding of like our background and the platform we're building off of and our gaming direction, I think that probably tipped the scale and like they they picked us over other competitors.
That's awesome, man. Congrats. That's a huge deal and I'm sure you're gonna do great things with it. I know you're trying to keep some things, you know, close to the chest, but I'm just curious, like, are are you trying to are are you looking at like like a football manager kind of experience or what are you thinking?
Yeah, so the game is like, maybe let's call like 5050 for now. Maybe a little bit more towards playing in game and and like game play. But another big part of the game is really about managing your team, unlocking players, getting getting the best players you possibly can from earning rewards in game and then building out your squad, upgrading them so you know level 012345, you know, 20-30, upgrading all their stats, personalizing them even for the rarer cards at high end upgrades.
The art may change and like and like then all of a sudden, or you have the choice to change it, and now all of a sudden you have, like, I don't know, your Charizard turned into a holographic Charizard, if you know what I mean.
Ohh, that's a that's a great game. That's a classic. That's the NBA jam of football basically. What in terms of, so it sounds like you have a pretty sizable team, so it's not like you guys have raised the decent amount of capital you have like a sizable team. How large is this team?
A mythical as a whole is 200 plus at this point, maybe even more. Hell yeah, I know it's been fast. Our last public raise and like public valuation was like 1.2 billion in change. So yeah, the the investors people have seen what what we're building and they have, they have made the the the choice and trusted in us on their investments.
Yes, good call. So this we have been around, I've been on the team for like roughly like say like 9 a little over nine months. But but mythical was founded in 2018 and Blancos was dropped a year and a half after that and our our, our funding began right around then and there late 2018, early 2019. They've done a bunch of different series and then as as as early as mid last year is when we had our our final like series.
And Blancos was was that you're all first foray into or from the foundation where you guys created as like hey we're gonna do blockchain gaming. I have seen Blancos but I don't I don't recall anything about it, but I'm just wondering like what was that sort of the thesis from the get Go 2018 is pretty early to be making about like that. The only NFT stuff that we saw at that time was crypto kitties essentially like like what?
Yeah, a couple of our founders have been in the space since 2012, 2013, 2011 and or even before that in some rare cases and just understood the power and the potential of the platform looking forward. But to answer your first question, when the when the company started obviously was much smaller, I think it was like 10 to 20 people at one point once they started once they started building Blancos. But to be honest, Blancos had two purposes, one, make a fun game, right, let's not.
Beat around the Bush, you want to make a fun game, but it was also a proof of concept, right? We had to build out this game and support it on our platform and on our servers and stand up a marketplace to be able to, you know, trade and sell your Blancos that you're earning. And once that was proven out, that was a big core of our later pitches and investors saw the game, saw the potential upside in the future in the direction we were going and decided to invest. And yeah, here we are.
And look, real quick, Nick, I want you to ask another question. Nick, I was just gonna say, ladies and gentlemen, this is your last chance to retweet the tweet that's pinned to the top and follow NFL rivals. Today's sponsor. We're gonna be giving away two NFL rivals NFT's. OK, so I'm going to be drawing the winners while Nick makes the next question. And and we want to hear from Ben. I know Ben had his hand raised and has that background. So we're going to get these questions, but you got to ret
And people, I just wanna. I just wanna, you know, set the tone, Nick. I'm going to run 36 lead down your throat from the 10 yard line into the end zone, play after play, 5 yards at a time, just draining your team's energy, draining your mental fortitude and getting in that end zone.
I'm, yeah, we did miss a major opportunity there. What I was the last thing I was going to ask about and I'm getting on to sort of the business side of things here, which is where a lot of my questions have been. I mean because it's so substantial, right. Like look we have companies that come on, come on here and that run projects and there's a distinction between like a project and like a large enterprise. Basically you are the enterprise scale, right. You have 200 people that are on the team t
But the the bottom line is that's that's still a pretty sizable entity at that point in time. And what I'm wondering about is you know ultimately with like when we're speculating on things, I mean there's a variety of factors that go in but one of them is like fundamentally the team and do I think that this thing is interesting and so obviously you are building something interesting. You have the team and the execution capacity to actually build, build this out. The last thing I'm wondering abou
I'm assuming there's one of two things that are in place. Like you all have developed your own proprietary gaming engine and or you have significant market traction with that first game you were leaning into. It asserts and MVP. So is it the the gaming engine that you all have developed or or is it just, hey, our investors keep believing in us and they're willing to keep, you know, placing bets because they've seen us get just execution capacity. We've gotten things out the door.
Yeah, I don't think it's the engine side of it, but it is the the platform side of it as far as US building out our, our gaming and our and our and our and our platform that supports the games on the block, on the blockchain. Less about the, the, the, the game engine itself to be honest, because just for everybody's knowledge, rivals is being built off of unity. It's being let's go, yeah. So it's I, I would go that way. But to go to your first point, like how did this happen?
You're not only investing in the product, but you're also investing in the person, you're investing in the people and the significant. Not only did the products that we presented with Blancos and the plans we had for rivals that the NFL adopt us and pick us, but they also believed in the people, the pitch and the the the background where people have worked, the passion, where, where, where it all comes from. And I believe that's where it all comes from. But yeah, this is definitely not a I'm not
This thing to happen, this is a business rivals is not the only product mythical is going to launch right. We have big plans. This is hopefully one of many, many and like at that that that's really where it comes down to you. This is a a mid size business. I like the way you put it.
Epic. And I wanna, you know, keep the questions flowing, but I got two winners drawn. They've been invited to speak. OK. And so these will be our two winners if they come up on stage. Tony T, dot E, That's at Tony T, 99,000 and Sally peace, love NFT. You've both been invited to speak. If you're not on stage by the end of the next question, I'm going to draw more winners up. Nick, did you have a follow up or Ben, did you? OK, Ben, do you want to go ahead and ask your question?
Yeah, sure. I just wanted to ask when when you were mentioning the upgradable stats and and this is more about just game mechanics and we could talk on the side about stuff. But is there going to be a cap on which type of players can have you know X amount of stats upgraded like will fall back be able to increase his passing accuracy to 100 kind of thing or like is there going to be more specific amounts that different types of players can be upgraded?
It is going to the ceiling of which you can upgrade is going to be based on your rarity. So I can't really go into like the at least we're not ready to go into like the actual rarity like tiers the namings like committed but you know the the the typicals you'll see right common, uncommon, rare, ultra rare, legendary. You know however you want to scale it or name it right now the rarer the item the higher the ceiling that they can be upgraded. But as far as like individual pieces like when you're
Pullback, which by the way, it's kind of up in the air, if we'll even have full backs. It has to be an arcade game. So we we're probably gonna have to go 9 on 9 and not the typical 11 on 11 that that you see for simulation games. Again, blitz inspired, but like fullbacks wouldn't get their passing rating increased. It would probably happen in the background just for balancing purposes. But yeah, we we wouldn't reward you with something that wouldn't matter. Like I wouldn't give a I wouldn't give
Getting technical here with the play calls, I wanted to also let everybody know we got our two winners on stage. Tony T dot E and Sally peace love FT you know, I'm wondering, Sally, first of all, how do you feel? Are you a big time football fan, Sally?
I actually, you know, I I can hold my own in in the sport, I go to my share of games, I get dragged around. But no, I'm, I'm actually really excited about this and FT and I love you guys. I'm always on your show. So I mean the background.
Funny thing, I hope you win more giveaways. Man. I love this championship energy. I'm gonna DM both of you. Congratulations. And and we'll wrap up. Nick? Nick? Ben? Anybody? Does anyone else have a question for Billy on NFL rivals today sponsor?
I'm very excited about it though. I mean look, it's it's it's we need more people that are actually building shit in this space. And the and the team in NFL, NFL rivals clearly are not only is and they've already rolled out an actual game. I don't know if you're aware of this. There's some other companies that are promising a game. This team has actually built a game. And so yeah, we need more people like them. So congratulations on your your company's growth and we're.
Yeah, for sure. I'm so I mentioned the beta, beta is coming oht first and foremost, drop one, we're having our the the Radio league. Drop one is next week, next Tuesday. Like you guys mentioned, it is like as a whole a larger collection. So we're spreading it out over multiple drops. Drop one is on Tuesday. Outside of that, the beta is in Q4 and also kind of a bonus utility we didn't touch on. We're also we will also be doing like NFL player presale NFT drops in Q4.
Also, and as a rarity league holder, you'll you'll have uh, well you have a chance at getting the white list for all those player drops. But then after that, yeah, like we said before, the game is playing to launch the first half of 2023.
That's what I'm talking about, ladies and gentlemen. So one more shout out to NFL rivals. Today's sponsor sounds incredibly cool. And and to me is, you know, one of the things that's going to propel us forward into, like NFT 2.0, for example, or or, you know, just to kind of think about it like that, like something that's free to play, that onboards people because they just want to play the game. They don't give a shit that it's blockchain and then that makes them kind of learn about it by the N
Propel the the space forward and it's cool to hear of a, you know a major football, you know, major sports League actually getting involved with people that know what they're doing on the game side. So this is a jam. Thanks so much to Billy. Shout out NFL rivals and you know, we appreciate you guys sponsoring today's show.
I'm crying at this. Signing me. Ohh Lord, this shit I'm doing for my hood. I won't get a good boy. I used to sell Reggie. Then how? I get to the Forbes, I take a shot. If I miss, I'm getting them bulls and quitting no more. Like give me some more. We win. Old Navy. You feel like Christian Dior was dead broke but Richardson was really that poor. Was really that dumb because we carry your gun.
Gun shots sound like music hanging out the Buick. Where you wanna be a shooter? Mama told me not to do it, but I did it. Now I'm locked up in a prison calling Mama like I shouldn't have did it. Watch my dream. Chatting in the instant I'm gonna visit. Posing for the picture like I'm going for my promise. Something like I ain't facing time or something right for these. Like that shit ain't hurt my mom or something. Only one going to get me, commissary. Even buy me something. Went off, fall down. I
When I first touched it and she gave me a watch, my mom's buying them like maybe we next. That just made me a threat. No? And then they just want my daddy. It just made me a set. Made me a man. Should I was fine when God gave me my test. Go to court with a quarter point and he won't say.
I guess the state and you ain't got no cake, jail overpopulated. Dan got no space. I know we're young and that got murky and get to dry. No rape. But he in the hearts of the way. The church. I know it's mine going faith when she smell like Bama. Fluid Cologne all on her baby passes said he's sending you home. She going crazy when they drop that casket all in the ground.
